Customer service at East New York postal service is so nasty to their customers. The mail man said he delivered two packages to my mailbox on Sunday June 26 at 11:07 am and to date have not received any of them. Called to make a claim and this customer service woman was so nasty and unprofessional. This is not the first time mail carriers are saying they deliver packages especially on a Sunday and not delivered until two, three days later but with those two i was so lucky. WHERE ARE MY PACKAGES?

Before I begin I've read some of these comments and I thought it was ME ! NO... it's true I get mail 8pm, 9pm and some time 10pm. Omg it's so bad they are walking around with headlights. I'm getting other people mail and the lies that they attempt to deliver is crazy especially when it a private home NOT a business or building. I get track statment that it was delivery today but the next day the track statment say out for delivery, be there by 7 or 8pm. The next day the same information, NOW it's day three and the e-mail comes in... "delivery attempt at address" this practice is fraud toward businesses and out the pocket to we the customers. Our USPS do not take responsibility for their actions and when you call them they refuse to fix or reimburse the customer saying that it was deliver and we're not responsible without further investigation. Unfortunately all this falls on The postmaster deaf ears and YES it has been overwhelmingly for them but the lies are out of control and they need to STOP taking extra work from UPS, FedEx and Amazon period!!!

the worst, always 'attempted delivery' and when you call post office nobody has any information on packages, my parents are home every single day, there are 3 adults home daily, i caught the truck 3 times and this kid laughed and wouldn't look for my package, he was on his phone, he said it was not in the truck even tho he didnt check, i went to post office they said it was in the truck, ( i lost 2 days of work) then after 30 days of back and forth they sent my package back. meanwhile nobody could track down my package. and now today same thing again, these young workers are nasty and lazy as hell. you ask 1 question and they go from 0 to 1000, most of their response is "miss idk what to tell you, when they find it, it will get sent back since they couldn't deliver it" who tf is they? you guys are they!!

I payed extra money for my package to come by a certain date. Since Tuesday 9-22-2020 You guys said you attempted delivery and the business was closed to deliver to. That make no damn self because the package wasn't being delivered to a business it was my address which I was sitting outside at 7:56pm the so called delivery attempt time. The package was suppose to have a 2nd attempt the next business day and its now Saturday the 26th and I still haven't received anything. Where is my package I work 2 Jobs I don't have time to get pissed off and come to the post office when my package has out for delivery for 4 day straight this is beyond ridiculous . I payed way to much for my packages for this BS

Worst post office in Brooklyn, all the clerks come to work with attitudes very unprofessional, they lack common customer service skills. From the manager to all the clerks need to be retrained or fired... you get paid to service people do so and b**** at 5pm when your off.

Spent extra money to get a signature on a delivery which is now 28 days in the system. Letter got to this station and delivery attempt was made on Feb 14 but she wasn't home, she rescheduled for Feb 15 (a Sunday), assumed it would be delivered the next day. Letter still at the post office. No more attempted delivery, no notice to come pick it up, phone not answered after several attempts, automated system apparently not working because the letter is still sitting at the post office. RIDICULOUS LACK OF SERVICE. Either deliver it or refund my money! Tracking #70180040000075304986

Worse post office EVER! I've been waiting for a package that I paid to be expedited for over a week. It been shipped and I still haven't recieved it. When I track the package it is still with the post office. I called so many times and when they finally answered they put me on hold and NEVER came back which forced me to hang up. This is ridiculous! Toooooo MANY complaints and NOTHING is being done about it!

I live at 659 Jerome Street, Brooklyn, NY 11207. The new mail carrier doesn't come everyday. Today is January 8, 2019 and the last time I received mail was last week January 3rd. When the mail comes it's either all wet or dried up from the rain. The mail carrier also put all the mail in one mailbox instead of separating it into each mail box. We also receive other addresses mail. Please speak to this new carrier! Thank you in Advance

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a post office. I've been trying to reach them since 9:00 this morning to find out where my package is....All the phone does is ring and ring and ring. And then its nothing but busy signals. Notices are never left if I'm not there to sign. I am going to keep on trying to call. I need this package.

the reviews are so true. have a p.o. box. since 1985 i have the service get very very bad. . some workers i remember when they came to this post office , now the are retired etc.. none have been replaced. the days of good service is gone. i have had packages delivered on a certain day i did not get it for three weeks. some companies have had to send me replacements. then the package appears. what is going on. in 1985 i payed twenty-two dollars a year. no i pay one hundred twenty seven dollars a year. for lousy service. the wine bag has holes in it.

Not even worth one star or my time writing this review. In fact I am
writing this while waiting in line here which is the only reason I am
bothering with it.This
USPS is in my Mom's zip code (sadly she is on the border with the
Canarsie station 11236 which is not much better) so I still have to
visit here to pick up packages that I have had shipped to her address
while I'm away on vacation.10 years ago when I lived in this zip
code and everything around this hood was dilapidated and depressing I
couldn't imagine that this post office could've gotten worse. At that
time the biggest complain I had on this USPS site was the long lines and
rude service. While the 11207 neighborhood has improved
visually with the influx of new businesses and a young Caucasian hipster
crowd freshly imported from the suburbs this USPS site has gotten
worse. There is 6 windows but always only 1 or 2 tellers. The
Self Help Shipping Services area where you can grab your
customs/insurance forms and priority boxes is perpetually bare and
dirty. So you have to wait in line for any slips or free Priority boxes.
This slows everything down even more since groups of people end up
walking back to their teller windows after filling out forms and packing
boxes they could've ALREADY DONE at a well stocked self help station.Furthermore
there is no demarcation or courtesy rope to let patrons know where the
teller line is so when you walk in you are greeted by a mob of people
standing around waiting and confused.The
pick-up-package window is even worse. There is never a line and always
just a mob of restless patrons cluttered around a tiny dirty teller
window holding pick up notices waiting for the one person to serve them
all.The debit/credit card machines are never working and the ugly hand written signs taped up on the glass door at the front serve
to tell you want you can't do here. It is almost as if they don't want
people to come in the doors. Rather than fix what is severely broken
they would waste time writing a dozen signs telling patrons stuff is
broken and not available at this site. Sigh. Also the Postmen
for the 11207 routes could do a better job. Many times I get
tracking numbers that show a notice has been left to pick up at post
office but the Postmen NEVER leave slips in the mail box to let me know
directly that I missed a package. I can't imagine the hell I would have
to go thru if I didn't have a computer and wasn't able to retrieve the
tracking information online, print it out and bring it to this hell
hole.Someone in this community should complain directly to the
Federal government. I'm looking at you rep. Charles Barron and sen. John
Sampson. Honestly this post office needs to be closed, fixed up and reopened.
