All reviews are accurate, they're putting people in danger by having you Come to the p.o looking for mail they just don't have and can't find. not to mention the waiting and that's because they only have two Windows working. mean time people are in crowd's and the crowd's are getting bigger and bigger,, anything of government is usely pretty incompetent but it's getting worse. thanks for absolutely nothing!

This post office is the worst, I've live in this neighborhood for 30 years, and nothing has changed, I posted a package from Florida by priority mail, come to find out 4 days later, it was not delivered because of insufficient address, so I dont know my address? I even write the receiver address on the back of the package and write Apt number on the front a few aces, ok so its supposed to come back to me, over a week going on 2, still waiting, contacted USPS, another bunch of losers, nothing from them no acknowledgement to my issue, I have one word "Thieves" but I am not leaving this alone. They need to shut them down.

This post office is the absolute worst post office !!! To start there carries have delivered mail and parcel to the incorrect address on numerous occasions!!! When you call to speak to someone no one answers and when they do answer they put you on hold and never come back to the phone or they pick up and hang up! I had a very important package to be delivered and the carrier Put in the system several times several days he made an attempt to deliver a package but that was a lie when I called to speak to someone she told me they put that because they were short on staff! I don’t know what kind of management and workers are in this Post Office but it needs to be addressed!

This the most unprofessional, Laziest bunch of idiots I've come across since the 2nd grade. Called this branch asking abt my check this dumb broad said she dont kno what days the checks come out, she didnt even kno what day it was, she had to ask somebody what the date was. No wonder my mail messed up, I said how da hell you dont kno and you work in the damn post offc, the dumb broad hung up. She should be fired, and the calls should be monitored. It's now 3:15 and I havent seen a carrier yet. Bristol Street Post Ofc. All Of Them Should Be FIRED From The Top to the bottom, I asked for a supervisor, She said Shes not available.

The mail carrier delivered a certified mail to the wrong street/address from the Brooklyn Office of the District Attorney. The green receipt requires a signature however the signature is missing. This is not the first incident in which the mail on E91 Street Brooklyn Block #4610 is misdelivered by the female carrier who always catch an attitude when you tell her she is delivering the mail to the wrong resident. I took photos of the certified letter and will call the District Attorney Office to look into this.

I’m Homebound which I am home and they don’t delivered my mail or package 📦. And always lying that someone came here. And for more proof they don’t even leave a tag or when to pick it up. I personally spoke to someone at that post office after trying for three days in a row.

This post office does not answer calls. The staff are allowed to be rude to customers and often not helpful. The professional demeanor is aggressive; service rep tried to provoke fight when I asked her what kind of receipt I would get for USPS PARCEL RTN SVC so that I can track my package. I asked her to calm down. So she walked away and I waited for her to continue. I'm a senior and like other senior are made longer times for services and spoken to as if we are stupid. Please investigate. Its a real ghetto PO.

This post office on Bristol street in Brownsville Brooklyn needs to be shut down I would rather take public transportation to another facility to get my package . why must they lie and say they attempted to deliver a package knowing damn well they never set foot in the building . last time I had to deal with them this same foolery went on I stood on line for about a hour just to get to the window for them to tell me they don't know were my package was, when I request to have the slip back all of the sudden the slip had know disappeared as well needless to say the package was never found . While I was there the police had been called for a situation similar to mine, that was the first time that I saw city police on Federal property this place is a breeding ground for violence to happen because the frustration people have to go through to get what they paid for. I called the Company I had ordered the item from and it was replaced I asked that they not send it thru USPS . I'm extremely frustrated with there service .

I am also frustrated by what's happening with my package. It was supposed to be delivered on August 30. An email said a delivery notice was left there which was never found. I requested a re-delivery for Sept. 3 and stayed home all day and again no delivery, no note, not even an online update
about the status of my package. Visited the post office on the on Sept 5, they say that the package must be on the truck as it was not in the building. It's now September 10 and I still do not know where my package is. The online system has no update and the telephone rings without an answer. I am at my limit. Will someone please deliver my package pronto. Andrea

Just want to say how frustrated I am becoming dealing with this Post Office waiting for my package . First it was supposed to be delivered on 9/25 but it never was. I did not get a notice stating that there was an attempted delivery though when I looked online to track my package it said there was no one home to receive it, which was a lie because someone was home all day. I went to this station the next day and was told that my package was not there but probably still on the truck. Then filled I out the online redelivery form to have it sent back to my home on 9/27 once again no delivery, no note, not even an online update about the status of my package. Now I have to waste more time and aggravation to back there on Monday and see what story they come up with this time
I wish I never had to deal with this Brownsville station. This has happened before

Horrible experience every time! Once they told me they didn't know where my package was and I should file a complaint. The package showed up about a month later! 2nd time around I tracked my package online and it said delivered however there's no package no notice nothing! I go to the pot office and they are no help, I was told to contact the seller and see what they could do for me. Again this package is small enough for the mailbox yet it is nowhere to be found. I strongly believe what people say about theft and carelessness with this particular post office. My advice is have your mail delivered somewhere far from where these people can get their hands on it!

Several times I have been lied to or about by those pigs at the Brownsville Station. So when I saw this forum, I thought I could lodge a complaint. But then I see that you are neither a part of, nor are you affiliated with the official USPS. So my question is: what's the point of people airing their frustrations/complaints here if there is going to be no resolution? I don't know about others but if I make a complaint, I expect it to be addressed and dealt with by the appropriate authorities. Shouldn't people be referred to a site where they can make complaints about the incompetent, lazy sons-of-...... at this postal location, and be assured that their complaints will at least be dealt with, rather than just sharing them here and then what? With all due respect, I think this is an exercise in futility. I want to know that this issue of non-delivery of packages will be taken care of, people will finally be receiving their packages, and the current staff will be replaced or get an attitude change.

I actually caught the delivery lady putting a slip in my mailbox and I said to her " im here, where's my package." She said, you have to go to the post office and pick it up. I said "but im here" !!!!!! She just walked away!! So now I know FOR SURE that this post office doesnt deliver. And yes the pick up line is wrapped around TWICE from 9am...pick up opens at 10am!!!! This is so inconvenient for people who works!!!! And then they move soooo slow in this post office. They have absolutely NO regard or consideration for peoples time. Everytime I go in to pick up a package, people are arguing and fighting from frustration....always a show when I go in there. And sometimes I dont even know my items be at the post office because I dont even get a slip!!! Ive lost a lot of money on ebay from packages that were returned that I didnt even know was sitting up at this post office. Unbelievable and inhumane!!!!!!

2nd time this month I tracked a package online, waited for the delivery, checked online to see what's going on & online says no one was home! NO ONE RANG my intercom or doorbell!!!.WTH! Last time I had to wait 2days for the orange slip, today they entered the building & put the slip in my mailbox but the NEVER rang my bell. They. Could've rang my intercom & ask me to come down to the lobby for pick up!!! But no they rather lie!! They even could've posted online that I had to pick up at the post office. It would've been better than to WASTE my time & wait for a delivery that's NOT GOING TO BE DELIVERED!!

Any time a package is to be delivered to my home I always get an orange ticket instead of my package. The line In the post office is ridiculous not to mention the clerks don't care about your belongings. They carry on conversations disregarding the long line of people waiting. They need training in dealing with the public.

I always have a problem with this post office. They're the most UNPROFESSIONAL set of employees. After all, I dont expect better. They're in the hood! You can never get through the phone lines to schedule a redelivery or answer any questions pertaining to your package. They always say they attempted to deliver a package but NEVER leaves a note. They need to do a clean sweep at that post office and hire new management and employees.
