horrible is the only way i can describe trying to reach any one at this post office. my mail box lock has been broken , I cannot access it and it has been 3+ month and have not been able to find out if I can get it fixed or receive any mail .. 5 times called and each time got cut off or continue with an animated voice that said I have a 45 minute wait.. All I want to know is the lock being fixed and when can i pick up my key

We are moving to Port St. Lucie and the house we are purchasing does not have a mailbox. We need to learn where the mailbox should be located. No one answers the phone when I try calling. I have tried four times.

Yesterday someone from the post office delivered a box 15"x 8"x 6" and several pounds to the hood of my car. Tracking # 9405 5082 0549 6309 5102 47. I have a closed porch that it should have been left on. Had I not found it before it rained it would have been ruined. The porch was about 15 feet from my car. It would be appreciated if you would not put things on my car and walk the last 15 feet to deliver my items. Thanks

For the past few weeks the postman who has been delivering our mail SW Le June St, PSL has been leaving our mailbox lid open and this past Saturday 8/1 we had a down pour and everything in my mailbox was wet and unreadable. I want this to STOP!!~how hard can it be to close back what you opened and IF this continues I will take this higher because it makes no sense and I need to be able to read what is being mailed to me.

The postman who delivered my mail today on S.W. Ridgecrest Dr (not my regular postalworker) saw me getting out of my car in the driveway with my walker and was kind enough and caring enough to bring me my mail. What an asset to the post office to have such a thoughtful respectful man.
