Kicked a person out for asking to tell a customer with no face covering to put one on. Staff member how also asked mask complyent customer to leave for being rude. Uts customer was stating the obvious. The mask mandate is still in place in Martins county. You should inform your employees of this. And employee should be made apologise to the customer
About a week ago I came in with my elderly grandmother to send out the custom socks we made for my cousin. The lady behind the desk told my gran that wheelchairs had to remain parked outside because they left tracks on the carpet. When i told her there was no way i would leave her out there in her i’ll state she stopped talking to me and told my grandma she needed to “skrt out” before she got physical. My gran is hard of hearing and didn’t reply as she was still trying to grasp what she was saying. After this, the woman swiftly came out and pushed me back and tipped my grandmother out of the wheelchair!🤬 She then proceeded to yell about people not having respect and kicked the wheelchair to the back of the store by the door. I have since left piles of my grans poop outside the door before close so she would step out and ruin her night. The woman refused to tell me her name and didn’t wear a name tag. company needs more training.

Horrible service and stop saying “ your call will be answered by the next available agent” then “hold on while we transfer you to an operator” and a few rings later the call disconnects. All the time!!!
I sent a package to my home country (South Africa) in April on the 16th. Tried tracking the package this whole time and its saying "Label Created, not yet in system". I would like to know where my package is please.
According to Fab not Drab tracking my order was put in our box at 217 Nettles Blvd. Jensen Beach, FL. It should be forwarded back to Indiana as directed by a change of address order. The mail was being sent back & forth between Indiana and FL. That has been taken care of & package should be forwarded and not left in box.
I have not been getting my mail. There seems to be a different carrier all the time lately. I have called and told someone at the Jensen office about this. Today I received NO MAIL!! How can that be with 2 businesses and 4 different individuals at this address. This office is should be ashamed of itself. Not only are the customers not getting the mail, one day the window clerks had no money to work with while they were open, the customer was told, we aren't a bank ! REALLY ! Also when requested a certain stamp the women clerk replied it was her job but she could not get the stamps at the time, WHY ! She should have been prepared and had the stamps stocked before opening. I want my MAIL !!! I worked for this post office and we never made lame excuses, and always treated our customers with respect.
When they DO answer the phone- they put you on hold and never come back. BEYOND RUDE! The only reason they get away with the way they treat customers is because it's the luxury of having a government job.
Today I stopped by this location to mail a package, the self mail center was in use when I arrived so I went inside. Only 1 teller working the line with 1 customer in front of me. The customer at the check out had a large number of certified mail to send, this process is time consuming. After 10 minutes I suggested to the manager to call another staff members, she said with attitude, we do not HAVE to call a second staff member until the line has 3 people regardless of the wait. Duhhhh, try using common sense. How inconsiderate and rude. USPS you have to do better
