Tracking a package as of today September 25th it shows that's been sitting in the Palm City Post Office since September 18th it's not been delivered so we can't get some underwear delivered but we should trust the Post Office with mail-in ballots 7 days it's been sitting on the shelf somewhere

I have lived in Palm City for forty years at 2444 SW 13th Place off Murphy Rd. I have had it with packages being delivered after today. I went out this morning after hearing the delivery truck going by. Found my standard size mail box wide open and a large package had landed in front of the mailbox in the street at the bottom of it. There is no way it would fit. In the past my packages used to be delived to my front door. Now they are just stuffed into my mailbox or like what happened today. Please instruct your carriers how to deliver packages. I couldn't get through on the phone now or in the past couple of years.

I have been living in Palm City for 3yrs at Coquina Cove. In the past our mail has been delivered the latest 3:00pm, even at season. Now we have a new carrier, and we are getting our mail 5:00 to 6:oopm. I called the office and talked to someone who just gave me a poor excuse. It seems that this route is to much for this person. I know the mail volume has increased. Please address the problem, and do not make excuses.
