Rude Staff. I called the PSL post office on Peacock to verify that a certified package was still there. When I asked her to verify that the package was still there, she was rude and dismissive because I do not drive and have to take an Uber to pick it up; therefore, I do not want to go to the post office if the package is returned. I asked the lady her name for a reference when I arrived, but she abruptly hung up the phone. If the post office were not a government entity, it would be in business because most staff are rude and should not be in customer service.

I had two boxes going out to extended family. It was getting late on a Saturday afternoon, and I was getting nervous. I called the Port Saint Lucie Post office and told a gentleman my story. 45 minutes later, the boxes were on their way. Good Job, Thanks!!

I am not pleased with this post office service. I mailed a package from New York City and the package was not delivered because I did not put an apt. number. The package arrived at this post office and it never was taken out of this post office. Instead the post office sent it back to me. It has been 5 days now and I have not received it. I am irritated because this post office never attempted to deliver the package to the address. The person that this package was going to told me that she has received mail without an apt. number before and that the mailman knows her. This package when ever I receive it will cost me another $11.80. I know that the package never left this post office because I tracked it. I am going to complaint to the supervisor about this. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else. My goodness they should had taken the package to the address and attempted to deliver it. I believe my friend would had gotten it. I grade this post office for customer service an F for failure.

Don’t wait on Post Office to deliver! Delivery man did not call or come through our gated development. It’s now over 2 weeks and still no delivery. I have no compassion for the post office. COVID IS NOT AN EXCUSE. ITS A COLD IF YOU HAVE BEEN VACCINATED. Some day my delivery will arrive

In February 2021 I send some business documents to an office in Orlando and they never received them. I had to send them again by registered mail. In May 2021 I sent a gift card with a Birthday card to a family member that lives in Ft.Lauderdale. It never reached its destination. Very sad this is happening here.

This post office is the worst one out of the port st. Lucie County and Martin County. Every post office is always crowded, but port st. Lucie west is the only office that doesn't allow you to use priority tape when I unwilling use the 1 self-service kiosk because of the line. Then, I have a package that won't fit in the drop box, and I'm not allowed to leave the already posted mail with the post office unless I wait in the line.

Sent out Christmas gifts to family on 12/01/2020 it is 12/15/2020 and tracking shows it departed but has not arrived or can be located 2 weeks later . Doubt it left Port St Lucie at all . After reading other reviews most definitely conclude thieves work at this location .

I mailed my grand children's birthday cards on the 16th of September. Today is the 26th of september. They live in Cranberry Township , Pa. I never had a problem with them not receiving their mail before now. I always mail them cash in their cards. Did someone at the post office steal the $200.00 I sent????

Very dissatisfied with the service at this office. Mail that I sent from Stuart to Port St. Lucie continues to disappear and not delivered. It’s so frustrating. It’s a gamble to send mail to Port St. Lucie. I also would like to know who do I report this horrible service to???

Very dissatisfied with the service at this office. Very poor customer service. Rude and dismissive. They supposedly delivered my package, yet I never received it. When I inquired about it to this office, they had no answer for me nor did they even accept responsibility. They ignored my calls and my request. Who do I report this horrible unprofessionalism to???

The team at the Saint Lucie West Post office amazing. They're always very courteous. They're very efficient and supportive and consistent in the way they process respond to requests from hundreds of people per date. If there are 10 people in line usually and your number 11 usually out of there in 5 minutes. Amazing.

This is really sad. They clearly need more help. I suppose the employees feel that asking for more help will put their job at risk. So far waited half hour on phone, still waiting.

FRIDAY 5/25/18, MY POSTMAN STOPPED IN FRONT OF MY MAILBOX FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES TEXTING SOMEONE ON HIS PHONE, I WOULDN'T CARE BUT APPARENTLY HIS PHONE WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY MAIL, HE DELIVERED THE NEXT HOUSES MAIL TO MY BOX. ON HIS WAY BACK UP THE ROAD I TOLD HIM HE SHOULD PAY LESS ATTENTION TO HIS PHONE AND MORE TO HIS HIGH PAYING JOB. HE CONFRONTED ME BY SAYING DON'T YOU MAKE MISTAKES? I SAID NOT BECAUSE OF A PHONE AND NOT AT YOUR PAY RATE. HE THEN STARTED CUSSING ME THROWING THE "F" BOMBS AT ME. I WASN'T GOING TO REPORT HIM TILL HE STARTED CUSSING ME. HE IS A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE AND SHOULD BE HELD TO A HIGHER STANDARD. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT WOULD APPRECIATE HIS JOB. THE SAME GUY CAME BY TODAY AND HIS TRUCK # IS 8211758, I AM IN ZIP CODE 34983.

Package was guaranteed to be delivered by 3 P>M> yesterday only update said in transit. Never delivered and this morning only tells me it is at the Post Office in Port St Lucie. I needed this for a job at 7 a.m. this morning. Why was there no update telling me it wasn't coming on Friday? Why does it not tell me when it would be delivered today. when you try to call phone #'s phone rings and rings and than goes to busy. Very disappointed in service all the way around!

Very disappointed regarding mail delivery. I live in Heritage Oaks and the mail comes so late that I can't get to the bank in time to make a deposit when necessary. My bank closes at 4:00 and most times the mail comes after that. Why are we the last development to get our mail? any way to rotate routs to be fair??

Recently I visited the Port St Lucie Midport Post Office. When I entered the office there were two employees working the counter. As soon as I got in line with two customers in front of me and four others behind me one of the two women working the counter immediately closed down her counter. She then proceeded to walk around the area complaining loudly about how shorthanded they were and ignoring the now 7 customers in line. She was talking and behaving as if she was drunk or on drugs. I then asked her if she thought it might help if she returned to the counter to help some of the now 7 customers in line. She responded with an extremely rude response of "whatever". She then approached a black lady in line (5th customer in line) to see what she needed, still ignoring all other customers in line. This appeared to be a blatant act of racism and defiance. When I finally approached the counter in my turn I asked what her name was. The other clerk, also a black woman (short blond hair) very sarcastically and rudely told me the other clerk's name was Janice. It was very obvious to all the customers that these two ladies couldn't care less about customer service and clearly displayed an attitude and behavior which suggested that they can't be fired for their "performance". This is not what US Post Office customers deserve.
