They keep telling me different zip codes for this location. One person at the desk told me one zip code and another one said it was wrong and changed it on my change off address form.
Now my mail is missing. WTF?
How the hell can a worker not even know the zip code of the loaction they work at everyday?
I am not pleased with this post office service. I mailed a package from New York City and the package was not delivered because I did not put an apt. number. The package arrived at this post office and it never was taken out of this post office. Instead the post office sent it back to me. It has been 5 days now and I have not received it. I am irritated because this post office never attempted to deliver the package to the address. The person that this package was going to told me that she has received mail without an apt. number before and that the mailman knows her. This package when ever I receive it will cost me another $11.80. I know that the package never left this post office because I tracked it. I am going to complaint to the supervisor about this. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else. My goodness they should had taken the package to the address and attempted to deliver it. I believe my friend would had gotten it. I grade this post office for customer service an F for failure.

I been checking my tracking number it said our for delivery now I have email said I need to pick up my mail or schedule for delivery I'm trying to redelivery online but error I can't pick up my mail without transportation. Please help.
Please tell your carriers to stop driving on my lawn.
Today, 11-23-22 is the 3rd time he is driving on the grass creating a muddy mess since the swales are wet.

Have held on to my package for 7 days. Have tracking info that says they notified me of instructions for delivery. Never received anything. Called midway post office 7 times. They pick up phone and hang up to disconnect you. Why my lazy post man can’t pick up my package and deliver it is beyond me. Have held package since 8/24
I have never been treated so poorly! I tried to get my package delivered after my mail was forwarded way ahead of time and sufficient enough time for the delivery person to look at the package and see the change of address! My package the same one was delivered to my old address at least 3 separate times ! I’ve made attempts to call the post office and also spoke with someone a number of times ! Two and a half months later not one person can help me out and just tell me my package was returned to sender ! I’m left without my package and out my money ! But not one postal service person really could care less . They just told me to file a claim ! Which I can’t I was told . I don’t trust the postal system one bit !
This postal service sucks. They never take outgoing mail from my house mailbox. The mail carriers that must all be blind not to stop and see a flag up.😡

How can a forwarding from 2 years ago be still in affected after another forwarding been in place for 2 years? All of a sudden 4 weeks of not getting my mail wtf? Called the post office new carrier that appearently was not trained right started forwarded my mail from a forwarded from 2 years ago. TRAIN your carriers right. I delievered mail for another state and if i did this shitty of a job i would have been fired.....

I have sent my packages to the wrong address. The street is correct, just the number is incorrect. I was wanting the packages to be held at the post office for my daughter to pick up instead. That way they wont go to the wrong address, be sent back and I have to send the back. The packages are for my grandson B-day party later on this month. Is this possible? And if so how do I go about it?
