This office is a disaster!!! Waited an hour in line and they couldn't even find my package!! One desk worker just hired two days prior! What poor customer service. Absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care. I would expect nothing less of government workers.

Won't answer the phone. I have an important package that was returned to this "center" and I can't get ahold of anyone to get the address verified. I call, listen to their stupid, unskippable hours for 45 seconds, yell "representative" (because you can't press 0 and it can't understand unless you yell), wait 5 rings and then it hangs up on me because it "can't find an available representative." Why don't they have a hold service!? Why don't they have voicemail? Why don't they have staff answer the dang phones?

3rd time the group mail boxes busted In.... Reported to cops all 3 times in the last 3 months. So, either give us our own home mail boxes or get a freaking camera to catch these thieves. If my personal information is stolen because you allow these boxes to be broke into, the us postal office will pay for any damages to my credit and my wife and my kids ....you wanted easy....now you have folks information being stolen weekly

So I submitted a mail delivery stop for my home address on August 30th to start on September 6th. I learned today from my neighbor that mail is still being delivered. So in my attempt to contact anyone from the USPS to follow up on my request, I’m unable to contact anyone at my neighborhood post office because no one answers the phone after I sat waiting for 5 minutes listening to it ring continuously. The USPS website provides little to no information as to how to obtain assistance regarding my problem, other than sending an email. An email that probably won’t be read, if ever, until I return from my vacation. No wonder why no one has faith in the USPS.

I watched a video of this post office where Kevin, understands very very little of the rules and regulations of the post office. It would be very helpful if the managers know Poster 7...

Does any one actually work at this location? Ever? We have received our mail 3 DAYS so far in the month of JUNE. Mail was delivered a total of 13 times in the entire month of MAY. No one answers when you call the phone number above, EVER. We are trying to run a business and are dependent on mail DELIVERY and PICK UP - DAILY, not when the carrier feels like it. The level of service here is PATHETIC and no one seems to care. Signed, One of MANY Frustrated Customers

Supervisor Kevin F. is a bully and does not understand the policies that govern Postal facilities and does not care to inform himself of them despite the fact they are posted in the lobby. While on duty, big man Kevin F makes insults against patrons based on physical characteristics and makes criminal accusations against those same people without any evidence to back them up. I can only imagine how he acts when he's not on camera. The video of him is fantastic.

That's weird. I have spoken to Kevin numerous times and he has been nothing but respectful, helpful, thorough and kind.

I receive a package that was sent certified mail from San Diego. It took the post office 14 days for me to be able to receive my package. Certified mail was supposed to be delivered faster than 14 days but get this they said they tried to deliver it on the eighth and 13th. Funny thing is that unbeknownst to them I have a camera and it doesn’t show anyone delivering a package on either day. How in the heck are they able to get away with this? I finally received a final notice that I have to pick it up or else. Or else what?? How about Doing your job and deliver it in the first place. I guess now I know why people are calling the post office snail mail, because we get our mail whenever they feel like it not whenever we need it. The United States Postal Service used to be reliable, and even now paying for the extra postage on certified mail is a joke. they certify that you’ll get it whenever they feel like it otherwise You’re probably better off hiring a pigeon to pick up your mail. They may be more reliable than USPS.

I am missing a package. According to the tracking number, it was delivered on 6 April 2020. I never received this package. Could it be laying around the post office? Tracking number 1ZXA33310138586161. This was a Disney hoodie that I ordered for my wife's birthday.

On January 17, 12:50 pm I spoke with Josh about not getting any of my forward mail which I had set up January 2. Home address is 8170 S. Winnipeg Ct, AURORA, CO 80016 was to be sent to Wildwood, FL. He had the order in front of him and wasn't sure why none had not been forward. He was making a note to the carrier at that time. As of today 21st of January I still have not received anything. I have been trying to call the Post Office number 303-699-8907 but it rings and rings then disconnects. Please look into this.
