Where is the 80111 post offfice now that the original location is closed?

Tried to call this location multiple times to report a driver who was driving like a maniac and nobody would answer the phone. How are we supposed to report drivers that are being unsafe and putting other people in danger if nobody’s going to answer the phone?

This USPS delivery is very incompetent and does not follow directions. No one answers the local number. My Amazon Prime order was to be delivered by USPS. They had it in the truck at my apartment but refuse to carry it to my door. Left a slip in my mailbox to reschedule saying it was an unsafe location. That was a lie. Amazon Prime and I called USPS to complain and reschedule to deliver the next day. They never deleivered. . The customer service has no idea what is going on and the drivers never want to work. I am still waiting for my package

Since no on answers the phone at this post office, I followed directions and called the 800 number. What a miserable experience. The on line recording asked numerous questions but instead of giving me time to answer the recording answered for me and moved me around in the system. I asked over and over to speak to an agent and was directed to the survey. In the survey I was asked my overall experience. When I punched in my rating, the call automatically ended.

Our mail today 2/11/20 along with mail for 3 other businesses in the area was delivered to the Town Park Suites in one bundle with a rubber band around it. Thankfully they called us to come get the mail as there were checks and other important pieces of mail mis-delivered. It was not the regular carrier.

Tried to call this post office dozens of times while I was out of town longer than expected to ask them to extend the hold on my mail. They never pick up the phone. Bad service.

OUR NORMAL MAIL, WITH OUR NORMAL DELIVERY MAN ARRIVES AT 1PM...... TODAY IT IS 5PM AND THE DELIVERY HAS NOT BEEN MADE. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND YOU INCONVIENENT PEOPLE IN GREENWOOD VILLAGE,.

Supervisor Patty was rude, obnoxiously yelling at another e.ployee. I don't think this is How to manage employees. I can't believe the things she was saying to this woman. Unacceptable.

Lost card with money inside......returned to sender for not enough postage.....added postage and she still hasn't received it! It's been a month ago............Bad service

they lost a very expensive package i have had to do all the work looking for it,hope the police catch the thief.

Terrible service. Very, very rude staff.

I called about a missed delivery and they were very rude.

Terrible post office, rude office staff & lazy carriers.
