Had Arnold delivery me mail today just shoved my mail in the box it even said do not bend then got mad at me caused an argument cause he can’t read and his excuse is he delivers to many packages maybe get a new job. I called twice To speak to a manager no answer guess that’s why Arnold was so rude poor management
Package shipped on ice to maintain at least room temp of prescription. Package was left at my back gate in alley. Should have been at least delivered to front door, especially with no door bell notice from mail person. Sat for 2 extra days and well above room temp. Ruined. No answer at post office.
I received some photographs at my P.O box and they were shoved in box and my pictures got damaged. I know for a fact theres larger boxes there for mail that won't fit in the P.O box so why wasn't that used and why was my package shoved into my box? I can't return them and will have to order replacements.
No one answered the phone after numerous attempts! No one answered the letter I mailed to the manager either! I will call my senator's office, and the number to the main post office. I am sheltering in place due to COVID and have no access to my mail, what a ridiculous situation!
Same thing happened to me, sent them letter tried calling many times. I was out of town before COVID hit and them grandma got COVID; so I did a vacation hold because couldn't leave had to shelter in place, tried to extended could not got back home and they said I was vacant no one lived at my house. It was ridiculous they manager said not my fault should have extended it; how can you extend when the from says only so many amount of days and no one answers the phone I was so mad lost a bunch of important mail. I am sorry you had to go through that we should be trying to help eachother not make it worse during thee times.

I agree that you can't get through when you call... because I just tried to call and report that the mail delivery person did not close the back of the cluster mailbox in our neighborhood yesterday after delivering mail, and it was left wide open all night. I noticed it this morning. Secure mail delivery? I think not.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - - Phone prompt after phone prompt - - needed to speak to a person - Option 8 . . . . .rings and rings and then hangs up on you - Horrible customer service. You should all be ashamed. No wonder the Post office is going of business or is close to bankrupt.
I need to talk to someone st this Highlands Ranch location and no one will answer the phone. I let it ring over 3 minutes. What is the point for the phone if no one will answer. This post office is one of the worst.
No one is answering the phone ! How frustrating for those of us that have a valid question for the United States Post Office and no answer really ??? We have higher standards her at our office and don't get the pension that these spoiled postal workers get !
Our government (not) at work. I received notice that a package had been delivered to our locked mailbox. It has not, yet when I call the number it rings and rings and no one answers. This sort of customer service in the private sector would last about 5 minutes. It is staggering that this is what our federal employees think is acceptable. No one seems to care, mail is mis- or un-delivered and apathy runs rampant. It takes a lot for me to say you SUCK, but you, indeed SUCK!
Again today, and for months, I am receiving mail for someone who moved from this residence over two years ago. I have written notes on his mail that he's not here, I have put the mail back into the outgoing mail, I even talked to two mailpersons at our box, and yet it continues. Today, I got back two pieces of mail that I had already gotten before for this person. Like many, I tried to call but the phone just rings and rings, but no answer. I'm thinking about just dropping his mail on the ground and walking away to see if that works. What a pathetic post office!
On Saturday April 21 I was driving on University Blvd near Higlands Ranch Post Office when your truck #7533413 began tail gateing me. The roads were wet and this person was VERY AGRESSIVELY rideing my bumper. He/She was less than 6 inches from the rear of my auto when we were stoped at the light and he agressively honked and kept on the rear of my auto after the light turned green.. It was very dangerous and this person really should not be allowed to drive. I tried to phone your office and of course no one answered. It apppears that this office does not care about its customers. I will report this elsewhere.
It is unacceptable that the phone is not answered and you cannot leave a message. I represent a large property with over 200 postal customers. WE deserve an opportunity to address our concerns.
For personal attention we are considering removing mail boxes and requiring mail personally delivered.
Challenge anyone to call this office (303-227-5500, opt 8) to get help - and get someone to answer. Either the phone is unplugged or they just don't care. (from the other reviews - "Don't Care" seems to be it) I must assume there is no manager here. I'm out of town and need an answer to a simple question on my mail on hold which is not answered on the website.
I have lived at my residence for almost 20 years. The mail was always delivered between noon and 2. Three at the latest. For the last 5 or so years, our mailman doesn't show up until after 6pm and most of the time after that. Occasionally I have timely mail that needs to be addressed before banks etc close and it is frustrating that delivery is so late, especially on a Friday when you then have to wait the weekend for the bank to open. Why is delivery so late on the north side of Dad Clark? Thank you
This site is incorrect. When you call for an appointment there is no way to make an appointment on line. After going to the post office, we discovered that the only way to schedule a passport appointment is online. Go to usps.com and click on the passport info section. This takes you to a new page. Half way down the page there is a button that allows you to schedule an appointment.
Called continuously from 8:14am ~ 9:47am. No answer. If no one ever answers, please remove the number or leave message stating that you only serve customers who go the physical post office and who are in line.
I dropped off a priority over night package at the highlands ranch post office (Quebec and University) monday and i just checked the tracking number online today (thursday) and the system said they never received a package!!!! I tried calling the post office but no answer, where the hell is my package???? what should i do next??? I seriously need help tracking my lost package!!!!!

Do you think it's a good idea to have one person working at your counter at 5:23pm on a Monday?. The other "windows" have "Next Window Please" signs on them... So it's not like your employees are in the back area retrieving things for customers. 11 people on line right now. This is really poor customer service.
This post office is the absolute worst and so is our mail carrier in Lone Tree! I ordered something to be mailed overnight and the carrier lied and posted on the tracking system that I wasn't home and they weren't able to leave the package because I required a signature. That statement is 100% untrue, as a matter of fact I stayed home from work to collect my package. I am assuming the mail carrier didn't want to walk a few feet in the snow to bring my package to me. I have called the highlands ranch post office several times and no one will ever answer!!! This is just ridiculous!!!! Two days later and still haven't received anything and I paid $25 to have this overnighted.
Call to make an appointment for passport, every numbers provide online does not get you to a person to schedule an appointment. When I showed up to make an appointment, says you have to call the number provided to schedule an appointment, dialed the number and it's no longer in service...good thing I only have to go through this every 5 years for minor passport. In the meantime, hoping another office opens soon.
We need a postal office in the west part of Highlands Ranch. It takes at least 20 mins to get to the mail post office. Then you stand in line forever. Please consider an extension around west Highlands Ranch.
Checked tracking number for a parcel I ordered and it said it was delivered to my mailbox. Not so. Tried to call HR PO, reached voicemail hell, dialed option 8 for further assistance - to talk to a live person. Voicemail response came back saying "your call cannot be transferred, please try later". Horrible voicemail service!
Very poor service, not enough employees to provide the appropriate help (no one answers the phone, only one register open for a line of 10 people), inadequate supplies on the floor available to customers...I left feeling (after 30 minutes of standing in line just to purchase two envelopes) very frustrated and annoyed and hoping to find a new local post office I can give my business to.
Highlands Ranch Post Office Lost a package for my daughters birthday and just marked it undeliverable as addressed. The address was laminated on the front of the box, and also in the box and was the correct address. The tracking ended with out for delivery, and then undeliverable. The same label I printed has made it safely and correctly to her dozens of times before. Very disappointing service.
Also, I'm glad the information on this site is correct. . .neither does the passport appointment window open at 8:30 a.m., as indicated on this INFORMATIVE website, nor can you call to make an appointment, as indicated on this INFORMATIVE website. Thanks for all the help!
Is it any wonder that this idiot agency has such a bad rap? You have to appear IN PERSON. . .TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT for your passport. Oh, by the way, that means if you have a job, you have to take time off not once, but TWICE. Fortunately, the passport application hours are very convenient. . .Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., CLOSED ON SATURDAY and CLOSED FOR AN HOUR OVER LUNCH. . .you know, the times where working folks could conceivably come to--don't forget--APPEAR IN PERSON TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, and then ATTEND THE ACTUAL APPOINTMENT. What a f****** joke.
I have the same problem, I keep getting mails of my neighbors, sometimes multiple mail from different neighbors. My mail too goes to different people. Please ensure you look at the address properly which is a basic thing to do. Thanks.
The USPS claims they will deliver your mail to your door BUT they DO NOT! They just drop a note in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel the next day at the post office. Is that how the USPS general promises to deliver our mail!?
My carrier is the most unprofessional unfriendly carrier you could every imagine. Truck ending in 4060 and is in Highlands Ranch. Leaves mail for me and my neighboors at others homes and parks on the curb and has made comments to me like " Bullshit" which I told him I would report. This is obvioulsy not being address from the comments of my neighboors and the other listings below.
This branch in Highlands Ranch has some of the Most Unfriendly, Unprofessional people working there!! For sure!! The workers are Grouchy, disrespectful and rude in every respect! Always a scowl on their faces! Certainly not a way to handle themselves in a public position where they are recognized throughout the community!
I recently moved from the Highlands Ranch area to Colorado Springs and having my mail transferred has been a nightmare. I had a PO Box there and don't know if my mail is still going in that PO Box, and the current box holder is just discarding it, or reading and trashing it, who knows. But, in three months I have received very little of my mail being forwarded, and when I do receive something, all it is, is bills. I have not received cards or letters for the most part, and important pieces of mail such as Government mail, etc. is not being forwarded to me. I have called at least twice a day everyday to find out what the problem is, and no one EVER answers the phone there, even though I've called the number the postal supervisor gave me. The service is TERRIBLE!!!
