I want to find out where a package is that I ordered way back in August from a catalog. I cant talk to an agent until I give the tracking number. but since I dont have the package how can I know what the tracking no. is? The catalogue people said that it was delivered to this P. O. but that is all they can tell me.

Mailman was delivering mail at 9:30 tonight. Since I was expecting a package and we've had a history of thieves breaking into our mail banks, I did not want to leave my package overnight. When I noticed he was about to drive away without delivering some packages, I asked if he planned to deliver them to the secured boxes at the front of the complex. He appeared disgruntled, clipped out a "no," then started up his truck. In his hasty exodus from our complex, he run over the curb and nearly hit a pedestrian walking by before driving off with our packages. It was real life "Funny Farm," only at least that disgruntled mailman threw the mail on the ground rather than drive off with it.

Why, on the days that I have no incoming mail, does the mailman not pick up my outgoing mail?

Mailed a small package to Tennessee by First Class Mail. Never was scanned in Denver. Finally was scanned in Seattle, Washington--not the most direct route from Denver to Nashville, Tennessee. After a week-still not delivered. Mailed another package 4 days ago--no scan has yet showed up. Parking lot of P.O. is peppered with "Now Hiring" signs--maybe a indicator of their problems.

It seems that the Sullivan station cannot sink any lower, but it has!!! I even stopped by at 12:25pm to complain in person about the letter carrier not even being able to read a name on several pieces of mail that were delivered to the wrong address...MINE...I even put the flag up and left the mail in my mailbox only to have the correct mail...MINE... placed over the incorrect mail in my box. The idiot at the desk told me that there was no supervisors on site to take my complaint, but if I leave my name and phone number they would get back to me...sadly I believed them...they have lied to me for 23 years and I am still trying to resolve the BS I have put up with for that period of time...tried to call the P.O. direct buy their line is off the hook...sad when we have mail carriers that cannot read or write English and cannot understand how to deliver the mail...if the training gets any worse...they can save money by training basic monkeys to do the delivery...it couldn't be any worse.

Post men have one job and seem not to know how to do it where I reside. I’m sick of not getting MY mail and getting other people’s mail that CLEARLY states a different address!!!

The carriers and the moron that answers the phone are sad. This is the worst post office ever! Package was supposed to be delievered today and it states that it is delievered....but did i get it...no. the material i needed delievered is for my business...and i have to disappoint my customers and back log their orders. Not good for me because i havent been in business long. The idiot that i spoke with told me he made a mistake! I have had my delieveries delayed or returned too many times by these people...no mistake...its a choice. File a claim is what i am told and when i asked how long is that going to take...i was told that he doesnt know because he is not apart of that department. Gtfofh! Whomever is over that office needs to clean house and get people in there that are willing to work and take pride in their jobs. We are the innocent ones in their laziness/failure to preform their duties.

This post office makes me want to go FedEx. Or UPS or ask my neighbors unemployed nephew to deliver. If they send you a notice that you need to go to the office to sign for a letter, and it gives the Times 8am to 5pm then you should be able to get your stuff at that time. But no. Oh no. You go at 8 you find a sign that says they open at 830. So they do whatever, pretending they can't see through the clear glass at the line of people waiting for them. They MIGHT open the door at 830 or 840 or whatever. By then it's a giant line. So be prepared to stand in it for an hour or more. If your tracking number says out for delivery- do not expect it that same day. One of the lady delivery drivers at my building flat refuses to deliver packages. Even though she can dump them all in the office. Instead she takes them back with her to the station. So get this. The deliveries are in her truck. She just won't actually deliver them. So she brings them back with her and gives them to the next days driver. So even when it says out for delivery or even delivered, you could be waiting a few days. Worst service. Rude. ProTip USPS Drivers. If you don't like delivering Packages, maybe don't be a delivery driver.

Terrible customer service. Postal carriers don't even attempt to come to your door when mail won't fit in box. They just leave a note in mailbox for re-delivery. They also can't track pkgs sent via UPS that are rerouted by USPS. Nasty customer service. Told me I have to come in to pick up. Just how lazy are your carriers? This is the worst office to deal with. They have lost 4 pkgs in last 2 months and always have an excuse

I filed a complaint against this branch because my mail was not being delivered. Then they started sending my mail back to the sender in retaliation. I am on short term disability and they kept me from receiving my checks for 6 weeks. These people are scum.

Now I have had TWO packages go missing that were placed in the outside drive up bins. Both just within an hour before scheduled pickup. There is a thief working at the Sullivan Station!
