Does This Gateway Post office EVER Answer their phone??? Is the place closed?? Because the manager to my local post office and myself have been trying hard for four business day to simply reach ANYONE at that location. This is so wrong!!! I have been letting it ring and ring for nearly 4.5 hours already today. I’m wondering if I need to book a flight and travel there from MN because I can’t get a answer if my life depended on it. At my local PO they answer the phone every single time it rings, because that’s an indication someone is attempting to call and speak to postal personnel otherwise I just wouldn’t call . Maybe if I called the Non emergency police and they could possibly pass on a message that a customer has been trying to reach SOMEONE since last Friday consecutively. The recording mentioned a operator ?? There is no way there could possibly be an operator,or customer service after the consecutive hours I have put in to my simple phone call attempts. This must be the worst post office in CO. Busy or not I’ve been going at this for days but they will NOT pick up but they will pick up quickly just to hang right back up on me. This certainly has been reported but still no answer all day all week long????? Pretty rotten way to treat anyone

I'm having trouble with the "package" box at 2608 S. Xanadu Way Unit D...there is a package in pkg. box "D" and the key does not work and I have no way of retreiving the package. The lock needs to be changed or repaired. Please help!!!
Ive called 10+ times and only once has someone answered. I've already made 2 cases against that office. My package was supposed to be forwarded April 5th. This is ridiculous. I've had a postal worker try to help to no avail. You wont send the package back so I can get a refund, you won't release it to me, nor will you forward it! What am I supposed to do? I would like to report a problem with my mail delivery. The postman is not delivering until around 9:00 pm. That seems a little late. Yesterday I checked the mail at 9:30 p.m. and there was no delivery. In addition the outgoing mail was not picked up. What can be done about this?

Last month I did not receive mail for a several days in a row, which never happens in my business. I emailed the postmaster and within 24 hours he replied stating that he had spoken with my mail carrier and everything had been delivered accordingly, and no hold had been mistaken placed on my mail. I attribute the delay to COVID... I appreciated the prompt and courteous response.
We use to have a great mail guy, Orlando, and before him other good mailmen.....then a guy, who happens to be black, took over. He always has a set of ear plugs, talking on the phone or listening to BS hate music and Not paying attention to his J O B, delivering the mail. Recently, I didn't receive my SS check, and they are never late, they always come on the exact day of the month, could it be he was so busy talking on his phone, he put in in the wrong slot...? You bet it's possible, more probable than possible. And when I called, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT USPS ON ABILENE, EVER!
What type of Mickey Mouse operation has delivery carriers who can not lift 7lbs? That's the reason that was given for my package not being delivered on the scheduled day. Then I spent 4 hours being hung up on and placed on hold only to be told someone will get beck to me in 2-4 business days. . .
