Medical refill prescriptions delivered to wrong address. My identity could have been stolen. Prescription pills could have been sold and killed someone. Pills were needed by me as prescription had run out. Luckily, people who received wrong package returned package, unopened, otherwise things might have turned out much differently. Tried to call Alameda post office. Too busy to answer my call!

Princeton Pl. 80013 and that day's mail was there plus a key for box #C. Opened box #C and it was empty. Where is our mail? Need it to pay bills!

I am a postal worker. If they are showing up they are doing better than most and deserve more than a 1 star review. Don’t belittle the ones that show up. At least they’re trying. For those of you saying it’s not a hard job I would like to see y’all do it. I have had multiple jobs within the post office and each one is very different and complicated. Not impossible to learn now because I have and I love doing it but what I am saying is until you do it do not judge. It’s harder than it looks. They make it look easy but just like any place and person you have your good days and bad days. I would like to come on once and have someone be thankful. Be understanding. This world needs more of it.

Our carrier keeps walking on our grass and making a path. Told him multiple times not to and he still does. This is unacceptable. Thought they were trained not to walk on people's grass

On my block you guys replaced the entire mailbox unit on Saturday, 4/10/21. To my surprise there was NO way to access my mail with my old keys!!!! The next day Sunday, 4/11/21 finally a note was there to obtain new keys at this main postal office (Alameda & Buckley). Went there on Monday right before they closed and they could not find any keys for these new mailboxes unit! WOW, WHAT ON DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISORGANIZATION!! INSTALLING NEW UNITS AND NOOOOO KEYS. The lady who appeared to be an leader or manager who helped me just ignored me fully after not finding any keys. She asked me to write down my address, name & phone #...what for if they don't even call me or ANY effort to get m keys. This is totally unexceptionable, bad attitude, bad service, and snobbish! Who does that? Installing new units and NO KEYS available. People have to work and don,t have time to go to the post office during operation time during the week until probably Saturday ( would be a full week without mail received)! Even called the post office several times today but NO ANSWER AND NO ANSWERING MACHINE!!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!

Mail svc is extremely poor. Half the time mail does do not arrive until after 730 pm and as late as 10 pm and occasionally twice a day and occasionally on Sunday. Most days mail is two to three days late. At least once if not not more a week I have someone else’s mail. Twice this year alone I have not received Mail sent to me. Today again my. Neighbors mail is in my box. But none for me. Last week I had mail in my box from Xanadu St. I live on Ouray.

Having carrier issues of not showing up to deliver mail or pick up mail... ever since our regular carrier had health issues and then retired was understandable but any one carrier that takes up his route is not doing their jobs to complete as they are doing their route and then to follow up a day later or 2 to 3 days later?!? Recently since the crisis on days that there is no inclement weather to prevent from doing their routes seems to skip on hot days, cold days, windy days and even light snow days... this mild winter has been uneventful as we had no blizzards or any bad snow days and ice that would interfere with their responsibilities but our new carrier seems and/or other assigned carriers prefers to do their job on decent weather days that is completely unacceptable and when you call the direct number to the Alameda post office no one is answering the phone; in fact is to avoid complaints or questions!

I fully understand that the covid-19 is out here I also understand due to the covid-19 there has been a shortage of employees because there are a lot of people that feel by being out in the elements they might get the covid-19!! But over all the mail has been running just fine sense the covid-19 has been around!! I'm very very disappointed in the USPS right now because when you mail something in the same state it shouldn't take no more than 2 days 3 at the very latest to get to it's destination!!! I sent a letter out last week in the middle of the week Wednesday as a matter of fact tomorrow is Friday & my mail still hasn't made it to it's destination!! There is something very wrong with this picture mail runs 6 days a week in the United States of America ok!!! So tomorrow will be a total of 8 days mind you in the same state if there was any kind of issue with my letter it should have been back in my mailbox with a explination as to why my letter didn't make it to it's destination but that didn't even happen so I will be calling tomorrow & they will be getting a ear full from me because what I sent out was extremely important!!!

I have never been so enraged after trying to get information from an organization. The automated system is useless the tracking site gives no estimated delivery date or even where the package is. Just to is on its way to the next facility. With all the people stealing packages USPS encourages these criminals because we have no idea when our package will arrive and are forced to keep our door open so that criminals won’t steal stuff. I will never use the USPS service again and will from now on use UPS, FedEx or Amazon. This is why no one has faith in our US postal system.

Lazy and incompetent workers, that don't care about others delivery problems. All they say is im sorry. How f****** hard is it to but mail from the same route in order and deliver before night time. Seriously, you have one job. I guess f*** the people that need their medication delivered. I Was told I couldn't be helped and just to go the ER. POS bet you wouldn't brush people off if it was your family members.

I was wondering if there is a new carrier on this area. At times , I get my mail when Angel is working, then it seems no mail is delivered for 2 days, this is not right. People are expecting mail and 401K checks and then have to deal with nobody even stopping by, this is unacceptable. I would think the manager would see that the mail is delivered every day as it should be, even if he needs someone to show him the ropes. Angel is the only carrier that is efficient and puts mail in your box and then in your hub at the front office. People are wondering where the mail is when Angel is not working, these guys that are showing up are rude and seem to not care if you get your mail or not, nothing is more irritating that to watch a govt. employee get away with such actions. I work for the govt. also, I know there are lazy people that are employed, so hope the mgr., at least starts paying attention to your mail, 1037 S. Evanston Way, Aurora 80012. That is the address at the Preserve Apts., p lease see that our mail is delivered daily, thank you.

After reading the disgruntled patrons problems and issues with their carriers, I almost feel guilty with the praise I desire to send my postal carrier's way. I only know her first name, Elizabeth She has been delivering to our house for a couple of months now. Elizabeth reminds me of the postal workers who delivered our mail in Chicago 50 years ago. She makes a point of polite greetings, Doesn't matter if we are experience a blizzard a monsoon or sunshine., this wonderful woman always seeks us out when there is a package to deliver, When mail was damaged (not by PO) Elizabeth explained she wanted me to know the PO did not cause the damage to the letter and she did not feel comfortable leaving it in the postal box because of the letter's condition., I'm retired and now joyfully anticipate our mail delivery each day. She recently injured a knee I believe it was. You know how heavy a postal carrier's bag is. It was after 7 PM when she rang with the mail. Said she needed to take a couple of days to rest her injury but with it being the holiday season and the PO being short handed at this crucial time of the year she would work Saturday if she was needed (Saturday was a requested day off approved) I hope Elizabeth stays with our route forever. She is a credit to work ethic and a shining example to all

I would like to file a complaint regarding my postal carrier! I have lived in the same home for 24 years and have never had issues like what I have had with her. I live at 18342 E. Hawaii Pl. Aurora, Co. 80017. I requested her name several times so I can make a complaint and she refuses to provide her name.  There has been multiple times where she does not deliver my mail. She has claimed that because I have a small vehicle parked in front of the mail box, the box is obstructed and she will not walk around my car to put the mail in the box because she has to be able to drive in front of the mailbox. I have never had this happen in all the years I have lived here. There was a time she didn't deliver my mail for 2 weeks and failed to even provide a notice that my mail was being held until 2 weeks had passed. I have approached her and attempted to reason with her and she has been very rude to me and has raised her voice at me advising that she will not even give me my mail even after I have requested my mail after she has went up and down the cul-d-sac. There is something that needs to be done about her attitude when dealing with the people she is delivering mail for. I have many neighbors who have also commented about her attitude towards them as well.  Please advise what I can do as I have neighbors that also want to complain about her attitude and we just do not know the process. She is getting worse as time has gone by. Please advise and Thank You! Jesse Aguirre 303-522-1500 cell 18342 E. Hawaii Pl. Aurora, Co. 80017

To whom it may concern, my postal delivery person is either half blind, extremely weak, or just doesn't give a shit. Takes my outgoing mail whenever they feel like it, and cannot close the door to the box inviting theft. Send a high school educated or better person who goes to a gym to deliver. I am trying to locate a package I mailed in error to an address that is still under construction. Tracking shows this pkg was delivered but know one knows where. After some personal investigation by myself and the addressee it may be that the pkg was delivered to the locked mail box for this address, however, only the PO HOLDS THE KEYS until the new owners close on the house in 6-8 weeks. I have spoken to a Miss Green and she stated for the 2nd time that I put in a claim. I requested that 1) the pkg be removed and left in the sales office so that it may be picked up by addressee 2) the pkg be returned to sender (me) or 3) confirmation that the pkg is there and I can stop looking for it! On 7/18/17 Miss Green told me she would have this looked into & get back to me by the END OF THE DAY. Today is 7/21. I have not heard from Miss Green nor does anyone answer the phone when I try to call the number Miss Green gave me to contact her (which I used on 7/18). Why am I being encouraged to put in a claim before an attempt to locate my package (which is insured)? I would expect it would be less cost to the PO to have the carrier check the box while delivering other mail to the homes in that same neighborhood. Secondly, WHY DOESN'T anyone answer the phones at this PO during REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS!!!!
