I wish I could rate this zero stars. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I waited in line for 15 minutes to ask if they had more boxes in the back because they were out of the size I needed in the front of the store. When I approached the counter, the old man working told sighed and said “there’s no way this is going to fit in a box”… my item was shipped to me so obviously this wasn’t true. I asked if there were any boxes available in the back and he told me they were in the front. I went to look and he pushed my items away and said I needed to go to the back of the line and have it packaged before I reach the counter. I told him that there weren’t boxes in the front and he firmly told me I needed to move away from the counter. So I went to the back of the line to look and sure enough the boxes weren’t there. I waited for a break in customers to reiterate that there weren't any available and I was shushed. I tried to speak up again and the old man said “it’s not my problem if you have to go to Walmart to buy one. Leave”. I am still so frustrated with how rude this man was. Their job is simple. Send mail and stock your store. Completely useless. Time to retire.
