This post office is terrible about answering calls and effectively solving issues we have with delivery problems. There's no supervisor available either. Our mail box has been broken for over two months and we've been required to pick up our mail and packages there. It's infuriating to wait in their long ass line while the employees talk on their ear pieces, only to find out the items are still with the mail carrier. Also, can't get through on the 1800.usps number. Someone needs to address this bs now!!

Sent pkg from Pine Bluff, AR on 11/28/2015. It left Little Rock, AR on 12/1/2015 to be delivered to the 80239 zip in Colorado. Today is the 10th of December and pkg still hasn't arrived to its destination. It's not even the so-called Christmas rush and yet, so what's really going on? Do I ask for internal investigation? Carrier keeps telling me she hasn't sent n it come through yet.....hmmmm
YESSSSSS my package was sent from Illinois on 7/8/20 and today is 8/4/20 and guess what. I still don’t have it nearly a month. I order something from China and got it before my in USA mail. This needs to stop. What good is the USPS when they can’t get your packages to you.

Very bad post office. I believe the carrier is stealing my packages. Tracking says package delivered at a time the carrier doesnt even come into my neighborhood. This post office needs to be audited..and theyre also rude and very slow.
For the past 3 months I have gone around and around with this post office on getting my mail sent to me. They continue to forward my mail to my son's address. While he and I share the same name, my mail comes with my middle name or initial. That would not be so bad, but the continue to forward my business mail (which has it's own title/name) to my son's address. Both, my son and I have contacted the this post office and, to no avail, 90 days later and the problem persists. Actually, it has gotten worse. Now that the forwarding ordered has expired, I am not getting ANY mail. They are returning it to the originator.
This post office SUCKS!!! Service there sucks. Employees are rude and they don't deliver packages on time. The employees are slow to service the customers and this postal office needs to be audited and shut down. If I had to rate them 1 being extremely poor service and 10 being excellent service they would be rated a 000. Worst costumer service i have ever had in my life!
