3rd time post office employee has given my package to someone else. This time that someone else returned the package, and the post office employee ripped my name & information off of the package & marked as 'Return to Sender' - did not have a conversation with the person to whom it should not have gone. I know all this because the employee told me that is what he did. So, now I am constantly emailing to get a refund for the package. What really gets me is that the post office employee did not apologize in any way, shape, form or fashion, and quite frankly came across with a flippant 'why are you bothering me' attitude.

This is not the first time that photos have been bent in half to fit in the box. When I came in to the Parker post office previously I was told that it was a substitute carrier. But, it has happened again with the carrier's laziness ruining another photo. It is clearly a large Shutterfly package that they bent in half. Please inform your carriers that this is not acceptable.

I just want to give the local management team at the USPS some feedback about our carrier - Danielle. She does an amazing job and always goes above and beyond. She told me today that she is getting a different route and that someone bid for this one. I know it is not likely to happen but would love to keep Danielle as our carrier. My address is 9649 Derby Way in Parker - just in case we can keep her.

Leisa is the best Post Master in the USA. I've seen many videos online of all the USPS sites and Leisa is hands down the most professional and down to earth Post Master I've seen

I'm getting really tired of having ALL my mail folded in half when it is clearly not necessary to fit the box. We had an envelope with a historical photo enclosed and clearly marked 'Do Not Fold' but it was anyway. The photo was destroyed. Please ask your carriers to NOT FOLD mail when it is clearly not necessary. It is my property, not the carriers. Show some respect.

I live on kenneth drive. One of the large mailboxes on our street is jammed. (the first 2P. There are 3 mailboxes that are labeled 2P). I have placed a note with the key for 2P that is in my mailbox, and I have taped a note on the outside of the 2P mailbox stating that the lock is jammed. It has been ignored for the past 2 days, Can someone put my package in another large mailbox, and then fix the jammed one?

We live in Sierra Ridge (new builds) in Parker. We have been getting mails of other people quite frequently. The other day we got a Title of the house for someone who doesn't even live in our street. I don't know who to complain. Hope someone from the office is keeping track of these comments. We have been putting them back in the mailbox. I would hate for my important mails being delivered to wrong address. I tried calling the # listed, but it is always busy.

Why is it that every single day my family has to wait most of the time an hour or more while our mail carrier hand delivers the mail to a family across the street from us. Let me tell you why, because the mail carrier and the woman in that household stand outside talking for more than an hour. Nobody else on our street gets their mail hand delivered daily or talks for an hour or more to the carrier. Our mail service has become worse and worse in the 24 years we have lived here.

Amazing! We held our mail from mid May to mid June. Asked that it be delivered June 14. We received a box of mail June 14. Yesterday, July 16, we received another box of mail from May. This included our ballots and some government correspondence. Called the post office to ask why and their excuse was that the employee must have been on vacation. Second time I have had an issue with mail deliver this year. Each time it is excused with "vacation".

Multiple orders that have been transferred from FedEx to USPS have been rescheduled for delivery many many many times without an explanation or description currently on this day I am awaiting to Parcels that should have been delivered before January 31st 2017 delivery date has been moved out 4 times already for one item and three times for the second item to mention the fact that my residence is in an apartment complex and they have this new Amazon hub which I personally don't think is going to fare too well that's beside the point the point is the parcels I have received from all of the above all carriers have been maimed demolished destroyed partially opened and the situation I'm having they're not delivering them to my soul residents they keep claiming to dropping them off at the office with no signature or verification there for returning to file a claim is practically near to Impossible there really needs to be a remedy for damaged packages out of the 27 packages and 16 months I have ordered 19 of them have been damaged Beyond repair and nobody will take responsibility for them because they're handled through two separate carriers at any given time something really needs to be done about this between the national carriers and USPS there's a lot of shenanigans going on and it really needs to be looked into it is almost to the point of being out of hand and uncontrolled

We, and our neighbours in this street, are regularly getting the wrong mail. This has happened since our regular post lady (Janice) has not been on this round. Sometimes it goes just one house down, sometimes the mail goes into a mail box several houses away. We always deliver mail wrongly left in our mailbox, but we don't know if all our mail is being given to us. Please bring Janice back, she never made mistakes.

I am in the process of moving from MD to CO for business. I needed to have my passport in hand for a drivers license so I had my fiance send it via certified mail. We were told it would arrive 2/13/17 and would require a signature. I planned my week according to this information. As 2/13 drew later and later in the day I checked the tracking # and signed up for text alerts. After 5 pm it still had not come but tracking said it was out for delivery. I opted not to attend a business mixer because I had to be here to sign for my passport. Finally 6:30pm rolls around and I get a text telling me delivery was attempted and failed because no one was available to receive the package and a slip was left telling me where to go pick it up. Mind you, I'm sitting at the table waiting for this package, and I immediately walk outside and of course there is no postman, no package, no slip. I checked the mailbox, door, garage. So the next morning I goto the closest post office (the only info usps would give me is the package is at the post office indicated on the slip that the postman lied about leaving for me.) as soon as they open, wait in line, and ask the gentleman to find my package. Takes him about 20 minutes of digging and helping 2 other customers while I wait to find my package and interestingly enough he finds ANOTHER certified mail letter that belonged to the business partner I'm staying with. The excuse as to why it was not delivered was the postman did not recognize my name on the address it was being sent to because I am staying with a business partner. This should NOT matter, just because the name is not the one he is used to does not mean he can just decide to not bother trying to deliver it. Even if that were true my business partner also had a certified mail letter that had been failed to deliver and his name WAS on the letter. This seems to me like an obvious case of the postman being lazy and not bothering to do his job. He's used to just dropping mail at the communal boxes and does not bother even attempting to deliver things to the doors. I paid over $10 in postage for a service that I did not receive. My package was supposed to be delivered to my door on a certain date and nether of those things happened. When I asked for a refund in the postoffice the gentleman shrugged and told me I couldn't have one and it didnt matter that the service I paid for was not provided. This if far from the first time I have had problems with USPS. Why should I continue paying you extra for services you dont render? I was told my package would be delivered 2/13, LIE. I was told the attempt was made, LIE. I was told he rang the bell, LIE. I was told that he left a slip on the door or in the mailbox, LIE. I want my cost of postage refunded.

I recently lost my key to my mail box and requested and paid for a new key and lock. It took a week longer than expected and when I attempted to use the new key. It did not work. Now i attempt to call to have someone fix it, and the line is consistently busy. Not even a voice mail option? This is becoming the constant Post Office Joke.

A few weeks ago I had a package not arrive in my mailbox, even when the tracking number said it had been delivered. I contacted the post office via e-mail and received a follow up e-mail within hours, and a personal phone call the next day from a gentleman named Carlos. He let me know that they would search for my package, and have it returned to me. I received my package a week after I was supposed to have had it delivered, and Carlos called me several times to let me know there were working on finding it and eventually let me know that it would be delivered that day. The customer service I received was amazing, and very refreshing.

My daughter is staying at a friend's home in Parker, CO. I mailed her some important papers for her job that needed to be there asap. My daughter gave me the wrong house number for the address. It was actually a number that doesn't exist. When this was discovered, I called the post office early in the morning it was supposed to be delivered. The person at the post office was very helpful. I had tracking on the envelope. He found the envelope and corrected the information It was delivered to the correct address in perfect condition.....and on time. Thank you Parker, CO staff!

Don't bother putting mail in the outside drive up mailbox. I have been doing that after work late at night. Some of my packages and letters have NOT made it to their destination. I will be going to another post office location.

Lost yet another package of mine and after a month of me calling and showing up in person to get answers, I have none. Each time they take down my information and promise to call me, but they NEVER do.
