Very rude customer service. They wait for 2 weeks for something to be done for me to get a key to my mailbox. I had to call and they forgot to do it. Now, they are saying I have to wait again. When trying to confront her about the packages I have in the box, she hung up on me after I have asked for her name. Very rude customer service.

My Grandson applied for a passport June 4th at the post office. My son paid extra to expedite the passport so his son could make his trip departing on June 17. Now we do not have the passport and the passport office says they do not have his application, now we are trying to secure an appoint anywhere in the united states for get an emergency passport with no luck anywhere in the United States. If there anything you can do to rectify this problem that this Post Office has caused? Thank you in advance (713) 582-0458

I was told at this location that you can only send educational books via media mail. Went to another post office and they let me send my novels media mail. I feel like I got ripped off at this location, they gave me some bs about getting a memo just that morning about media mail..Whatever!
