They never answer the phone and lines are too long while workers visit with other patrons. Excuse me. The 1930's are long gone. Slowest people in the world. Federal employees. Our comments will fall on deaf ears. Geez!!!

My mail is yet again missing I filed a complaint and haven’t received my mail in over a month I don’t know which postal worker keeps messing up can a manager or supervisor please help me my address is 27107 sea turtle lane

We have been waiting for our post box key over a month mails are missing yesterday they send us the wrong keys they won't open the box number that was allocated to us. For 15134 N Heron heights way magnolia TX 77354

I am not recieving all of my mail. I have made complaints to this Post Office but the problem is still ongoing. The postal workers can't seem to understand that there is a street name that goes with the street numbers. Some of my mail ends up at the next street with the same numbers different street. However I can't imagine where the other missing mail pieces have ended up. This is not a new issue it is an on going problem for years. My neighbors have had the same complaints. Why is this such a problem with your Post Office!

I haven’t had any mail delivered in a few days. Even showed my package arrived through mail. Went to check it and nothing was there. I’ve had checks mailed to me and not show up either. Whatever is going on needs to be fixed. Please email me with a response.

I really like the mail delivery person she was nice and I felt she was really concerned wit the fact that I was unable to receive my package , but some of the other people I had to deal wit were really abrasive and made it seem as though I was trying to get over and they'd rather not deal wit me when I was working hard to meet them on their level the person on the phone was like ur mail is full ur gonna have to come in which is 30 minutes away from my home then I get there and they say we don't have any idea what your talking about and we have no idea why you have this notice. Not really telling me if there is any parts of my mail in their office I just wanted my Christmas gift in time to give to my little sister for Christmas I've been waiting for this item since the 5th and I was really hoping to receive it I have no vehicle so had to take an Uber back and forth from their location for me to be treated so rudely. I really did appreciate the mail carrier being so nice she almost made up for all the trouble I had to go to for in the end not to get anything resolved. I'm just saying politeness goes a long way that all I ask for

ive been waiting on a package for 4 weeks now and they wont pick up the phone and they wont tell me where it is this is bull shit.

Magnolia, Texas - 815 Goodson Rd. The white-haired man who replaced Sandy in our subdivision is not nearly as good as she was. He puts forth “zero effort“ to protect our packages from theft. He leaves the packages in plain sight of the street even though there are plants, columns, etc. on most front porches that he could place the packages behind so they are not visible from the street. Instead, he will place the packages “next” to these items that would hide the boxes and sacks. Good grief! How much effort would it take to place the package “behind” the plant, column, etc.? With the holiday season upon us how hard would that be? I mean seriously! Grow a brain!

This location, and probably others, does NOT answer it's phone- the package tracking web site is a joke for updates.

Horrible horrible. A package was not delivered, who knows why and I had it rescheduled for delivery the next day. Ummm 6 days later still no package. Oh I can get other peoples mail and packages all the time, just not my own. Can not reach anyone on the phone. So unexceptable.

I added 3 inch address numbers to the top of my mail box because my mail was being delivered to my neighbors IT DID NOT WORK then I got the informed Delivery Daily Digest this is a App for my phone that tells me what mail I am getting that day. I thought this would help keep track of my mail but it just increased my anxiety because NOW I KNOW MY MAIL WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WHEN IT DOSENT SHOW UP IN MY MAILBOX I am going to the post office today to get a PO Box Hopefully this will eliminate the the middleman that can’t read a addresses

Well I received 1 out of 3 packages that were purportedly delivered to my house at different times and locations. Guess I'm lucky I got one. USPS is impossible to reach by phone.

What is the problem is delivering mail at anytime of the year before 7 pm. The first part of the week, I sometime get mail about 2pm, but most days it is about 7pm. The USPS should be privatised to get rid of the dead wood and modernize the mail system, to bring back the pride into the system. By increasing the postage stamp the beginning of 2019 is a crock. Why should the tax payers pay for such mismanagement that could be corrected.

I wish trump would close this POS service. My idiot mail carrier can't figure out how to close a mailbox apparently. FFS, how hard can it be? I wish I knew his name so I could shame him here.

6:15 P.M. Why, no mail service pickup today? Yesterday 3 boxes left open w/ mail strewn on ground.

Can't get my packages. Mail lady is the laziest person I have seen. She also has a nasty attitude and she refuses to leave packages at people's doors or even see if their home . although a substitute post person doesn't have that problem and delivers to the homes. Regular Mail lady instead puts them in the locked absentee managers office and good luck trying to catch the manager in if it's not rent day why does a postal service have a key to our managers office in the first place. Caught up with her one day and she said she's been with the post office a long time and she can do whatever she wants to. Which in this case is not deliver packages. I'm going to take this complaint to the District distribution Office and on up the ladder until something is resolved. I should NOT have to chase down my mail because these people refuse to do the jobs we PAY them to do.

According to tracking information, my package has been at Magnolia P.O. since December 19. This is a Christmas package for my grandchildren in Sugar Land. It was mailed from Oakmont Pa on December 12. This is not acceptable

Found out that postal worker has been having some of my important mail returned to the sender saying I was no longer at my address. When did I move and where did I move to? I am guessing that it was probably the same fill in route driver that was tossing our packages in the woods by our gate rather than bringing to the door.

We moved to a new office last week... 33130 Magnolia Circle... and were excited that maybe we'll have dependable postal service. Yesterday we received 23 pieces of mail in our box that aren't ours... and this has happened almost daily now. Also, the tenants in the park tell me "good luck" getting our mail. I'm not sure what to do about this so I came to your site. We plan to catch the carrier and have a discussion... But you need to see what's happening. This is worse than the Woodlands post office carrier, and that's saying something. Thanks

I don't think I'm receiving all my mail. We used to get sale papers from the local businesses, such as Brookshires and Arlan's. These papers have stopped and I'd like to know why. I use these papers to do my shopping.

When we first moved to this address, our carrier was fantastic - we always received our mail, the mail that fit in the box, she made sure that we received it either in person or at our door. Now, we receive mail sparingly, outgoing mail has been left in the box under new incoming mail numerous times (with the flag still up), parcels clearly marked "Do Not Bend" have been crushed to stuff in the box. If it can't be crushed, the carrier leaves the notice for pickup instead of trying to actually deliver the package - someone is ALWAYS home. We live at the end of a dead end road, and close our gate to allow our horses to graze. This new carrier refuses to deliver mail when the gate is shut since they can't turn around. When we addressed this with the postmaster, they replied that the carrier would have to drive in reverse for a quarter mile! The end of county maintenance to our gate is roughly 100 feet. Huge difference. Too bad there is no alternative to the USPS, at least on our street. My how things have changed.

Asked the post office to hold our mail while we were gone. They did it. The second time we tried we gave them a date to hold the mail and instead of starting the mail hold on the date we requested they started the day after we called. So they skipped our address for four days before we left. Moral of the story is don't give them an advance notice if you want to receive your mail prior to your requested hold date.

THEIR POSTMEN CANNOT DELIEVER/MATCH THE ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE TO THE EXACT ADDRESS ON THE MAILBOX!!! OUR LITTLE COLLIER SMITH ROAD MAILMAN CANNOT READ NUMBERS! GET US SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO DO A GOOD JOB FOR THE COMMUNITY PLEASE! WE ARE ALL SO TIRED OF NOT GETTING OUR MAIL, BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ON OUR STREET DO NOT REDIRECT THE MAIL BACK TO THE MAILMAN TO FIX, "HIS ORIGINAL MISTAKE" OF, CANNOT READ NUMBERS!!!!!!

After reading these post. I'll take my business elsewhere. Intolerable eye rolling and bad attitude customer service is not something I welcome.

I was delivered a package on Saturday. Except I didn't get it. Evidently the post office gave it to the wrong house. Since it was a book I will never get it back. I have emailed the post office and they simply refuse to respond. I tried calling today. Five times their phone was busy. So in the new year I will drive over there to see what is going on. And the next book will be delivered by UPS.
