A package was delivered to my mailbox (333 Holly Creek Court, #1205, The Woodlands, Texas) on June 20, 2023. I cannot get the package out of the mail slot! The package contents is taller than the Mail slot opening! This should have been placed in a "Parcel box". I tried several times, to contact the post office and the phone just rings and rings and no one will answer! (zip code 77381, Panther Creek, Gosling Rd., Texas.)

Mail ddelivered to my mailbox is and has brrn unreadable due to the water that gets into the box every tiime it rains .;.; which is ofternlately! water never drains out but has to be cleaned out by hand.. This is not easdy for a disabled woman of 76 to do! The have complained by letter which was apparently ignored! Perhaps I need to send my complaint to the US POSTMASTER GENERAL"S OFFICE! Theresa M. I have the most honest mail delivery lady. I received a card that was torn across the entire top and halfway down the side. There was money sticking out and a gift card. All was still in the envelope. This was in a Christmas card. I cannot say her name because you advise me not to, however, If you email me I will give you that info. I live at 110 Dove Call Ct. 77382. My greatest compliments for hiring this sweet and extremely honest lady.

Why is it so difficult to pick up a package? This morning I had to ring the bell 4 times to get someone to open the door and give me my package. This problem has been going on for years at this location.

Our carrier left the back of the mailboxes open today. Called the Post Office; listened to a two minute recording; if I needed to speak with a Postal employee; I was directed to remain on the line. The phone rang for another two minutes, then disconnected. Welcome to the United States Postal Service Customer Service. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was left a key in my mailbox to retrieve a package from a locked parcel locker. I opened the locker and there was nothing inside. The manager at the Panther Creek post office claims the parcel was broken into and the package stolen. What an incredibly conscientious thief, to close and re-lock the locker he broke into! Obviously someone who works for the post office is stealing packages. And the post office owes me for my item and the shipping. I guess postal employees can steal packages with no worries because no one ever does anything about it.

A package was delivered to me at Del Webb, DW12, box 9/6G. The key left in my box, can not even be inserted into the lock. I've left messages to the delivery person for the last 2 days, that key doesn't work. NO RESPONSE. I STILL CAN NOT GET MY PACKAGE!! HELP!!!!!!

Horrible customer service at Panther Creek in the Woodlands, except for 2 employees. The lady and man with grey hair are very pleasant. I have witnessed lying, bullying, sarcasm and patronizing behaviors. I am surprised that nothing is being done to rectify this ongoing abuse towards customers.
