I was charged three times for one transaction due to a register problem. I have been trying to resolve this issue for several weeks. I brought my receipt and bank statement showing the overcharges and was told the Postmaster would resolve the issue. It now has been several weeks and when I went in and requested to speak to the Postmaster, I was told he was unavailable, and they did not know when I could speak with him. I was given a phone number and called multiple times but once I get past the greeting the phone rings until it disconnects. I am very frustrated.
I tried calling the local number which may be disconnected. Next I tried the 1-800 number and spoke to a friendly, knowledgeable service representative. We are trying to move our mailbox to our side of a very busy street. She is submitting a request for me which I tried unsuccessfully to do myself. Hoping for a speedy resolution.

Last Saturday, May 6th, I was waiting for a package to be delivered. I had signed up for text messages on the progress of delivery. I walked out to get my mail and discovered my package in front of my garage door in the rain. Glad I didn’t back out and run over it.
This Saturday, May 13th, I was talking to two friends as we were walking out to the front yard and saw the package delivery person drive off. That delivery person put the package in my friend’s car that had the back door up. She just happened to have noticed it before leaving. Seriously??? Why can’t that Saturday delivery person walk another 15 paces and leave it at my front door??!! Again, no notification came that it had been delivered.
At the cost of not receiving my packages, I am requesting the senders to not use USPS.
I keep getting other peoples mail. I live on 55th Ave SE. But I keep getting mail for the house with the same street address but on 57th Ave SE. I get packages with drugs and all manor of mail for the house on 57th. Please have the delivery people look at something other than just the house number. Look at the street PLEASE.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I have never received such poor service from a post office in my life. They have not successfully delivered anything to my house!! Instead of trying they immediately return it to the sender. I will NEVER go through this post office again. An absolute joke of a business.
These are thieves! They did not deliver my package. They claim they dropped it at the door yet Amazon left their delivery at the door same time same place and I found it!!

I have been to this post office many times and with more frequency for this holiday season. The staff are always friendly and professional even if you are there at the last minute. Plenty of supplies. And open until 6 which is later than others in the area, a big help with my schedule.
On June 1, deposited a check in the drive-through mailbox The check was placed in a white business envelope and addressed to-Verity Credit Union,PO BOX 75974.Seattle, WA. To date, the check has not been received. Please advise if delivery has been made....Thank you, Bernard Silbert
Thanks for holding our mail since we left for Europe on February 24. It's now way beyond the time we thought we would return, and it's comforting to know the USPS is there to help us. We're still in Vienna, and have had several scheduled return dates, the latest of which is now May 12. Thanks again for working with us on this.

Woodinville office will not answer the phone, call the other number had a wait time of 50 to 60 minutes!!! (really) Postal driver said the business was closed on Sat. . . . the business does close till 7 on Saturday . . . . lazy a little?
I haven't had a problem with the service I've received in this branch, but the mail carrier in my neighborhood (associated with this office) struggles to deliver mail to the correct address. We get one piece of mail for someone else in our neighborhood once a week.
We are having the same mail delivery issues with our mail carrier. Our previous carrier never delivered to the incorrect address. Ever since the new carrier took over we have mail from our neighbors and missing mail on a weekly basis in the 98072 Maltby area. I will be filing a complaint with the post master.
