I put checks in the mail yesterday morning on Wednesday. They had still not been picked up by 7:10. They delivered a package to my front porch earlier in the day. I put the checks back out in the mail today it is now 6:15 and they still have not been by to pick up the mail. I know you are short of employees and it is summer time, but this mail really needs to go out. I guess I will have to go to the Post office tomorrow instead of putting it in my mailbox. I never know when I'm going to get mail it can be anywhere from noon to after 7:00.
I tried for 2 days to call this office to update a delivery that I made an error on so my customer could get their package on time and no one ever answered the phone for 2 days! Terrible!
I filled out a change of address online when I moved February 28, 2021. Some mail was forwarded but I know most Christmas cards have not as I always receive many. Forwarding was supposed to be for one year.
Unbelievable...an address change was completed and initially - without issue - mail was delivered! But then, suddenly - the mail delivery stopped. When we went to the post office in Bothell to inquire, we were treated dismissively and with a shrug of the shoulders. What is the point of enacting an address change, only to have it reversed because the name of the occupant wasn't added to the inside of the mailbox? There was nothing on the website indicating that was required, in order to receive mail after an address change. What's worse is the dismissive attitude of the supervisor - who could care less about the issue.
Thank you, postal carriers! Thank you for your service and patience during the holidays, and for delivering as best you could in the 2020 political and pandemic environments.
My mail carrier is not what I expect from someone that works for us. Today, I was out racking my leaves from the tree your person dislikes and my neighbor across the street came out with her kids to go for a walk with her kids. Her young son said "The mailman didn't stop because our garbage can was in the way". I saw your guy and he did go around the garbage can and went on by. I don't know if they had mail or not, but that is the image your person gives. My neighbor said he had left a note complaining about a tree that needed to be trimmed, but before they had a chance to do anything their tree was trimmed by him. We want to work with you but this guy is out of bounds and thinks he is doing us a favor to deliver our mail. I have complained about him before.
Please respond, I have complained about this carrier before,
only 1pc advertising mail delivered yesterday, & just now. Recent service has been far from perfect. Delivery as late as 5:30pm, 1 Saturday, no delivery. I complain to MC about prescription drugs jammed into our box, one package had a hole so gig I could reach in & grab a bottle of pills. What's going on at MCPO!?!?! 425-745-8622 Would like to speak to someone about our poor service.
Pat, my postal carrier for 17426 Bothell Way NE, is absolutely the best mail carrier anywhere. I have lived in a number of cities on the East and West coasts, and Pat is without a doubt the hardest working, most reliable and conscientious member of the Post Office I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
Received excellent service from Sylvia when I called regarding a misdelivered book; she tracked down the problem quickly, found the book and got it delivered the next day, and even called me to let me know it had arrived! Top-notch.
How on earth did you talk to a live person?? All I could get was the automated answering service and I was on hold for over an hour today (Saturday) before the call disconnected. What number did you call?

Was tracking delivery of medications recently. Package sat in Mill Creek PO for more than a week. Asked our carrier and he said that there was a pile of small packages that were just getting ignored. He was frustrated as well about it. This doesn't make any sense to me. A lot of these small packages are for order mail only medications and are very time sensitive and limited when they can be filled. A delayed delivery time due to neglect on the part of the PO is just unacceptable. I hope this helps shed some light on the issue, I hear were not the only ones having problems here.
The postal carrier who delivers to our apartment complex is incredibly lazy. If our apartment office is closed, they do not attempt to deliver to each address - they simply drive away.
Apartment offices only accept packages as a COURTESY, it is not required that they do it, and so if they are not open, the carrier should at least attempt to deliver packages to the actual address. I have had several shipments arrive late because of this.
john there so disorganized in there .we have din going there to pick up our mail. after a break into the mail boxes at avana 522. they fumble around in the back for 10 15 minutes looking for your mail. and come back with one piece of mail!! and say that's all there is ..not so .they have not separated the mail in any kind the order. so they have to look threw hundreds of pieces to find yours. insane!!!
Be careful of the guy called Jeff who works at Bothell usps. I feel sorry for such permanently grumpy people who are supposed to be public servants like many of us. This is the first time in 15 years i encountered someone (Jeff) who just wouldnt help, guide or explain the less ordinary way of mailing express packets. He had this attitude of 'drop it and leave' if you ask for more explanation or guidance. I forgive him for his rudeness. May the Allmighty give us the strength not to be rude or unhelpful to anyone, because oneday we will all be in a situation needing help.
My wife and I patronized this location to mail a defective phone back to Verizon today. The package was prepaid and Verizon recommended getting a delivery acceptance receipt that would prove that the package had been accepted by USPS and is in their care. After grunting for us to move forward, the man at the counter refused to scan the package or create the same acceptance receipt that we've received at multiple other USPS locations. Instead, he insisted that we drop it in the slot and that the other locations "just don't know", whatever that means. We're home now, have entered the tracking number into the website and received a "not found" status. I hope our package is not lost or stolen before it gets scanned as accepted, because Verizon has told us that without a receipt for acceptance, we will be responsible for the full price of the phone. Very poor customer service.
Worst customer service EVER. Jeff needs to take the stick up his ass and be fired. I will NEVER go to this location again. I'd rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes to the next location than have my day ruined by unprofessional, rude, and insensitive middle-aged men.
