WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I am sick of this post office holding and delaying packages!!!! The worst . Whenever Amazon uses them for final delivery part, they receive package, hold in at office 1-4 days before even attempting to deliver. I have to call EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Here again a package was to be delivered yesterday, it was in office since early that AM at that location via a tracker tag. THen later in day it update4s to delayed because staff just doesn't feel like doing it. Now its saturday, still not out for delivery because THY EY DON'T feel like delivery a monitor. Needed for business, loosing money because of their unreliable service. Called amazon with history of all complaints and stated NEVER use USPS for orders again as hey have a 1000% failure rate and are always ridiculously late, they only had to do the last part of delivery, the package was transferred to them at that location as last part, they did not actually transport the package. Want compensation of 100.00 and amazon due to complaints is pulling their contract with USPS so let them loose the money now.

I received regular professional help and I think I was kind of a pain since I had quite a few questions. I also had a package delivered and received just fine.

By far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They don’t care about you or the products you are trying to receive. Use UPS or fedex they will at least get you your package.

I had not received a package and contacted the sender and they informed me that it had been delivered and it had not. They provided me with a tracking number. I received no notice from the postal carrier and when I call the post office NOONE answers! I have lived at this location for almost a year and have repeatedly had issues with this post office delivering or refusal to deliver package. I am not the only rsident in this location that are having repeated issues. If I do not get a resolution I will call the postal inspector for resolution to this ongoing issue. It seems that our packages are being delivered somewhere else or kept or stolen and I need answers!

The worst post office in America? I have lived in 26 states and never had a carrier that refuses to deliver. No attempts even made. When I call I am even told my package is there to be picked up, they don't even put them on the truck. I was told they don't deliver to apartment buildings. Have you ever heard of that? The USPS website states that they do, this branch just doesn't. They don't even leave slips telling you this so if you don't know someone sent you something then it just disappears. Horrendous place.

F-! Cant deliver grandsons gift cuz the address is “vacant”? Really? Grandson has lived there 7 yrs! Then, when i try to call the post office (from florida) no one answers the phone!!!! Terrible service...

Horrible post office and deliverers. They don't care if they lose your mail or give you your neighbors mail, they don't answer the phone EVER, and when you go to the post office in person they say "Sorry that mailman isn't here today" instead of trying to help fix the issue. Waste of money, especially taxes!!!!

Absolutely the worst! I moved almost six weeks ago and they are not giving me my mail I even escalated it to their consumer affairs defense and still I don’t know where my mail is!!

This post office is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. I have lived in this zip code for 9 years and have had continuous problems. Tracking says delivered but NOT to me. This is an ongoing problem and forget about calling them because they will NOT answer and if they do, they are very unhappy and unwilling to help, or they will just hang up on you.

I live in Iowa I sent my daughter a package it never made it I have to talk to this post office to have them look into it I having been calling for 2 days and they will not answer the phone this is the worst post office I'm so sorry Texans the this is the horrible service you get in this area This post office is prime example over over paid lazy unskilled work work force and the reason why the government should just get rid of the post office

Probably the worst post office. Continuous misdelivered mail, sometimes I get mail that belongs to someone else, or my neighbor gets my mail delivered to his house. Sometimes the mail is crammed into my mailbox in any which way. Sometimes the mailbox door is left wide open, even when it is raining.

This is the worst post office, I never had problems before with my mail, I so fur O lost about $ 300 in lost merchandise, or they are stiling the packages or take it to another units. This people are so inept.

worst location ever. their phone number doesn't work so god help you if your postman is an idiot that say, crams a package into an apartment mailbox to the point where it won't come back out. couldn't call them to let them know they screwed up and the automated toll free line hangs up on you if you ask to talk to an operator. I've never been more angry at a business then I am with this post office
