Our mail person drives like a crazy person. She almost hit multiple cars and everyone in the neighborhood has made a comment on her driving. If someone is parked in front of their own mail box, it’s like she is pissed off at the world eyes you down. It’s honestly scary, and has given me chills. Quiet honestly fed up with her driving, she’s going to hit a kid one day!

Actually she did you a courtesy. She didn't have to deliver to you because you blocked the access to your box. You want to block the box get a post office box. She is not obligated to deliver you mail.

I received a text that a certified letter or package was delivered this morning at 8:48 this morning. It was left with individual. I was the only one home and no one even tried to contact me at the door! No motion on my RING doorbell either. What is going on? Does the post office just deliver to any address and give certified mail to anyone?

There was only ONE PERSON at the counter this morning at 9 AM! There were at least 50 people waiting in the line which extended to the very end of the building. "SERVICE" doesn't belong to them! They have no concept!

I prepare my own shipments and every once in a while I must carry a box to the counter. the Post Office was busy so I carried my package to the counter and asked the Anderson, a Customer Service Employee, if I could use some Priority Mail stickers that were on the counter on the station next to him. He said "no" they were not his. I said well do you have any? His reply was "no" with zero interest in providing any assistance. I asked another employee at the end of the counter who was very nice an handed me a roll instantly. Employees like Anderson are one of the main reasons automation is becoming mainstream- it bypasses the rude and unhelpful employees who have no interest in helping with the easiest of services. - Not Good Anderson! I will email this to the Post Master as well.

I paid 1 day service for a PKG to be delivered to Pasadena out of the friendswood post office. The person never received the package. Will go to the Pearland post office from now on. The receipt with the tracking number got damaged so I can't track it....I'm screwed!!

Some mail carriers leave the mail sticking out of the mailbox so it gets wet when it rains. I have complained to no avail. Also I have filled out a mail hold card when out of town and the mail is not held. This happens regularly.

The Mail Lady ran into my mail box today and just drove off. I tried to call the post office and the phone just kept ringing. I called back and this time they hung up on me! Now they will have to deal with me in person......

I called the Friendswood Post Office in regards to the delivery status of a package. The phone rang and rang. No one answered my call. This was very disturbing.

I have never lived any place where the only post office is 10 times smaller than the size it needs to be in order to serve the amount of residents this town has. I never go during any holiday because you are assured of waiting in long, slow lines. It surprises me that I can be in a line out the door and the one (of 2) clerks is BS'ing with a customer. I signed up for click and ship to avoid waiting every time but the drop bin is locked or broken 25% of the time. So, I thought I would alleviate all my problems with the USPS by having my packages picked up at my house. Was this the answer to my problem? Oh no. My regular carrier has been wonderful whenever I do a pickup request. He never misses; however, there are substitutes who either trashes the pickup request or notes that it was not done because he couldn't find it. This has been going on for a year now and nothing has changed. Sad.

This is the worst Post Office I have ever seen. Every month at least 3 to 5 pieces of mail don't show up. This is stuff I get every month. I have had several pieces of mail show up over a month later than the post date. It is terrible that I am planning on moving our offices to Pearland or Alvin just because the Friendswood Post Office is so incompetent.

Well, once again you have lost a package. I have complained and complained and now I will start to look into any/all legal fixes I can do to fix the very poor service by this post office. I heard a story from back in the 40's or 50's when the family who owned the "Hope Diamond" was going to donate it to the Smithsonian Inst. they had to find a way to get it there in the safest, most secure way.......they mailed it. That was back when the Post office was at the top of there game. Today, not anywhere close. I have a small business for the past 4 years and I have had (no kidding) over a dozen items go missing. I have had my mail delivered to the wrong house, half the time to the wrong street (got the number right, but the street wrong). I have had to deliver a couple of dozen item to the rightful owner. I am quickly meeting my neighbors here in Friendswood, but for the WRONG reasons. I have talked to the post office employees in person a number of times. The "postmaster" at this location is (according to one of the few helpful employee's) not the postmaster, but represents herself as such. Still, not at all helpful. Poor service, poor excuses, poor attitude, poor management......is this is going to be fixed, by the people at this post office or the Postmaster General?

Friendswood TX USPS is a prime example of a failed US Government enterprise. It has taken more time to get a pkg. the 2 miles from them to my house then it took UPS to get it from Iowa to Friendswood. This is just 1 example of the poor service they provide. When i inquired about picking it up myself, I was told it would cost me $25, unbelievable. I will never use the USPS again unless an alternative is unavailable.

The USPS location in Friendswood on Morningside has the worst customer service. The manager by the name of Belinda is not very knowledgeable on policies and processes. I rented a PO Box online thinking it was going to be much easier and less time consuming and it turned out to be the complete opposite. I paid for the box online and was directed to show my receipt and picture ID at the office when picking up my keys. The staff did not know how to process it in the system and advised me that the manager would be in in a couple of hours and would input it in the system and process my order. They provided me with a box # and gave me keys to the box and advised they would call me to confirm all was set up. I never received a call and thought all was set up until I received an email from reminding me to pick up my keys??? I called and that's when I spoke with Belinda. I had to repeat myself several times until she actually got it and then transferred me to another department advising me they could confirm. When I got transferred, I was told this information could not be shared over the phone. I got transferred back to Belinda and all she could tell me was that usps does not send emails and that I may have received a email scam. I re-stated that I needed to confirm that the box # and keys that I was provided was indeed correct. All that she could do was tell me that the box # was in fact issued. Which means I have to show up in person and show my ID again to confirm that it has in fact been issued to me! what a waste of time!! I cannot believe that a national organization such as usps, has incompetent staff such as Belinda and team!!

Amazon package delivery system reports package delivered "handed to resident". Not only was it NOT delivered, I have video footage of the mailman speeding off and NOT delivering it. If he reported it delivered and kept it, that seems like theft to me!

Awful!!!!!!! I'm so disgusted! 2 very important and expensive packages were not delivered to me! I waited all day at my house for these- driver says he delivered it to my door but my item still is not scanned as delivered so it's my word against his apparently because nothing was delivered to me yet the driver says he did! I'm so upset! If it was really delivered why was it not scanned and tracking still says out for delivery! Crooks!

They blocked my paid-in-full P.O. box in error, and never even offered an apology when I brought it to their attention. Then when I checked on mail that had arrived since the box was blocked, I was told that the mail was returned to sender. I receive payments this time of month for my small business, so this is no small inconvenience! Very stupid mistake on their part and the reaction I received has me fuming.....
