I got a note a week or so ago about the food drive. I had a bag of food by my mailbox today when the mail person came by and they just left it. They did not pick it up. So I am assuming that from now on when you say your going to do something I need to just ignore it. Regards

Today I had to find a missing package. I want to compliment the USPS worker Alice. She took the time to listen to me and spent the time to explore/inviestigate .She even called me later in the day and told me my package had been found. It was delivered. Thank you again Alice and I hope this reaches you.

The problem with getting our neighbors mail is ongoing. But I am wondering why there have been no grocery ads for two+ weeks. Seems odd. Oh we live in Sedona subdivision. Have to wonder about these two items.

I'm old school and still write checks to pay my bills. Mailed six bills on June 28th, today is July 13th. None of the checks have been posted yet. I have already received cancellation notices from some for non payment. To put a stop check on the one's that have already been sent is 150$, then there are the late fees that I will have to pay. All were mailed at the same time and put directly in the box at the post office. What is going on? Any ideas?

Since I moved to the League city area we have experienced very poor mail service, Sometimes Mail is not picked up for 2-3 days. Many times we get no mail for days then we get a huge amount ( they are saving it up). My neighbors say it is happening to them Also. I went to League city office to talk to manager and staff said they are getting a lot of complaints. Service person went to get manager and came back and they told me manager does not want to talk to anyone, they apologized and said they are getting so many complaints. They commented that their manager had given some delivery people several days off and that is causing delays. They need a new manager.

Sent my sister a priority box from Michigan, it was left at her old address outside! She was on a permanent forward for over 2 months. Vanessa clerk or what ever title she is, was extremely rude when asked... Why is my sister's box scanned in at her old address as delivered? She also hung up on my sister when she asked Vanessa the same question. Very obnoxious service by another clerk when my sister picked up her box! Mailed it out 5~4~19 and she had to get it herself 5~11~19! The carrier left her box sit outsideat her old adress for 3 or 4 days, before going to get it! Could not resolve this with anyone we talked with, they were all ignorant, arrogant, disrespectful and liars!...Tip for y'all... if sending a package that this Post office is handeling, Make sure you do a Restricted Signature, Take out insurance on it, Or better yet, SEND IT FedEx OR UPS... This is a sad thing for me to be saying, cause I run a small post office in My town😔

ATTENTION LEAGUE CITY RESIDENTS: If some vandals decided to destroy or damage your mailbox lock that's located in our neighborhoods, GUESS what? You have to go down to the lovely post office to pay for a new one. $40.00 and fill out forms. Even if it's just broke for some reason. Maybe rust, weather, who know's what. Oh and fill out a hold mail form so you can receive your mail in the meantime. What a crock! Money maker if you're asking me. Good luck folks.

My package was damaged and it was left in front of my doorway anyway! Is this how you conduct business?

The community mailboxes were replaced in our Meadowbend subdivision but now there are not enough mailbox slots for the residents that use that particular box on Wood Hollow Dr. As a result the letter carriers are not delivering any mail. My neighbors and I have to go to the post office to pick up our mail until the correct size unit is installed, whenever that will be. It's been almost a week with no response from the local post office. No new keys have been delivered nor do we know which mailbox goes with each house. Pure frustration and chaos for something as basic and simple as receiving a mailed letter.

Overhead the bald headed guy that undresses every woman with his eyes when she walks in tell a customer he didn't know how to accept box rental payment a. He's been there ten years. He told her she would have to wait on the lady sitting next to him and she had just left on break. He needs to go! Second point, League City needs substations. The city is too large and populated for one office.

I cannot believe the post office has one clerk working the customer service windows. The city has over 100,000 people. I do not understand. Something needs to change. Very poor.

Countryside South. Watched as my non-regular mailman DID NOT get out of his truck...put pink slip in mailbox...backed into my driveway...and speed off. All while I was standing right there next to his truck. He was big, fat and obviously lazy. Had credit card billing and gift cards disappear before. Need USPS management to watch what's going on. I'm off to pick up my parcel in person and file a complaint (hopefully). Hey USPS...crack is against the law.

I live in the South Shore Harbour subdivision in League City, Texas. I continuously have my mail put in the wrong P.O. box. this includes Bills, invitations, mortgage payments etc. Today is 11/28/16: 6:15 PM and the mail has not been delivered. we have several different mail carriers. The one that is delivering the mail to part of the mail kiosk told me RUDELY he had no idea where are mail was. This has become a daily problem in this neighborhood and the US mail.

I agree this mail service sucks, I called there and they said they are short staffed and maybe by November things will be fixed. I own a business and when I pay for items to be sent 2 day priority mail and I have confirmation they will be arriving by said date, the mail carrier decides not to come down our street, guess they don't care if one has outgoing mail either. Whatever happened to that old saying Come rain, come snow, come hail or sleet, the postman always delivers

I went to pick up a package that was sent from another states post office, and was informed that there was an additional charge for postage due to the size of the box. The other post office made the mistake, but this post office was trying to blame it on the sender, and force me to pay the significant difference. All in all, they admitted that it was probably a postal service overlook that caused the problem. They stated that someone didn't do their job. It is unfortunate that no one could make a decision to do the right thing, and hold the postal service accountable for the mistake, without worrying about the almighty dollar. Pass the buck to the consumer......Typical government bureaucracy.....Thanks for nothing. Fed Ex, UPS, or any other service seems to be better than this. It is really sad that all of the other reviews reflect this one. What happened to good old customer service, and the customer is always right.

On June 20,2015, I ordered some merchandise thru Ebay/Paypal. I check the tracking and it showed that it had been delivered to my Parcel Locker on 6/22/15. On 6/25/16, went to pick it up and when I opened the parcel locker I had a parcel that was not addressed to me and my parcel was not there.. I delivered the parcel myself to the address to which it was addressed and went to the P.O. in League City to register a complaint. I talked to a supervisor and was told that the carrier was going to check the other boxes to see if the parcel had been placed in a different one and that he would contact me. Today, 6/26/15, I went to check my mail, and found a locker key in my mail box. I figuered well here is my parcel. When I tried open the locker box I found out the it had not been locked and it was empty. I called the League City post office and talked to a man named Victor. Explain the situation to him and he said the carrier was going to, again, check to see if the parcel had been placed in the wrong locker box. He said he was going to get back to me. This thing does not seem right. Either, the carrier placed the parcel in the wrong box and whoever owned that box took it and either, failed to bring it to my address as we commonly do in our neighborhood and took it. It contained 4 quarts of Honda automatic transmission fluid for which I paid $35.00. I may want to add that lately I have been experiencing having mail in my box that does not belong to me. If the parcel cannot be found I do not think ebay /pay pall is going to refund me the $35.00 as it is not there fault.

Worst service ever. Last October had several Happy Birthday cards delivered to my address. Every envelope was opened and all gift cards were stolen. Filed a complaint and never heard back. Now I had a package that I was tracking and shows as delivered and I never got it. I found out after calling that the October incident was my carrier stealing. Never got a call or my money back. Now the person who got my package has decided they need the item and won't come forward. I can't count how many packages I get that belong to my neighbor. I always take it to them directly. It shouldn't happen even once. If you have to have something sent to you of value, use another service.

I'm wondering if she's the same post lady I have? Bought property off Texas and Hewitt. Had a building storage with electric and address already assigned to location. Went up to post office to speak to post master about living condition and asked what I needed to do. He (assistant post master) told me to put up my mail box and I would get my mail. The delivery driver lady started sending it back because she told the post master there was nothing but empty land. I've been fighting this since. If she's not there my mail gets delivered. If you have other suggestions for me please let me know.

out postal lady is too lazy to get out of her car to put mail in our box when someone has parked in front of it. But she couldn't take it back and bring it the next day... she sends it back to the sender. Causing us to wait 2 months for a check we were waiting on. BBB, US General Attorney, the city, and anywhere else I can file this complaint is going to hear about it.

Worst customer service ever. I waited in line for 40 minutes and when I got to the customer service rep and started asking him questions. He cut me off, told me if I wasn't ready I needed to get out of line and he would take the next person. I was trying to figure out whether it would be cheaper to send by seven packages individually or in one large box. He refuse to answer any of my questions and just told me to go look at the large boxes. I was so upset I left. He was a tall bald white guy. I'll be taking my business to FedEx.

Thank you, once again, league city USPS for being horrible... Not only did i wait 30 minutes since you didnt have enought people working but you also have horrible customer service and didnt want to listen when i told you the price on the package i was sending to Canada was off (because you decided it was best to send it as a letter) thankfully your register stopped working and i got to wait longer for someone that would actually send it as a package. Oh and that time waiting to send this package was awesome with a fussy 1year old that wanted to go to the park... And when we finally got to the park it was raining... AWESOME
