We were not receiving mail so I went to the post office manager didn’t talk to me but a worker bee did. She stated she didn’t know why the mail wasn’t being delivered. She gave me a stack of mail about 3” think, not very much at all. I directed the postal employee to deliver the mail. Still no mail in the mailbox. About 5 days after I was at the post office we received a note from the mail carrier in our mail box, mail will
Be held at the post office after 2 weeks of not checking the mail. Then we received another note in the mail box stating they needed a forwarding address as if we had moved. I went back to the post office. They had 3 Amazon boxes that were ordered after my first visit to the post office. All were marked hold undeliverable. We have lived at this address for 14 years and never have we had this type of problem. But unfortunately there is not an option or way to have this behavior stopped. It is rude, disrespectful and uncalled for. I’m sure this going no where but down a black hole but in the event someone is interested in further information the post office does have my address.
Have on camera the postal carrier throwing a package from 5 to 10 feet at my doorstep. It bounced and rolled breaking contents inside. She was confronted and denied throwing it that far, but admitted to "tossing it". Pathetic how they handle packages when caught on camera.
How do you get to talk to a human being on the phone at the KW PO. I have been calling for 6 days now to find out the status of my first hold mail delivery. It was to be delivered last week. Your phone services suck. All you get is hold on for the operator, after a few more rings, busy signal than it hangs up. Where are the people who can answer questions regarding mail service?
I am in and out of the Kingwood Post Office all the time and NEVER have I witnessed any postal employee being rude or non-caring. I am really tired of seeing these negative reviews. Some of the people claim " they have no respect for their job". In reality, it is the people that have no respect for the postal employees. On a occasions I have actually seen ladies walk in and hand them an item and say " I need to Mail this". One lady handed the employee a quilt. In a very professional and polite manner the postal employee explained that the item "NEEDED TO BE IN AN ENVELOPE AND ADDRESSED TO WHO THEY WERE SENDING IT TO. Another one handed him a shirt( no box; no envelope; no address) and expected him to mail it. The 3rd one
Handed him a kitchen item( again- no envelope, no address. JUST HANDED THE ITEM TO HIM.
All 3 got upset because they had to actually go get an envelope, address it and hand it to him,
Again, these are the ones who have no respect for the employees. They are ABOVE THEM in their minds truth is " they don't even know how to mail a package so when the postal people try NICELY to tell them; THEY GET OFFENSED AND LEAVE BAD REVIEWS. I have told them on many occasions that " you have a lot more patience than I do because I could not put up with their arrogance and stupidity. So when you see negative reviews it is only because the people don't have a clue how to package mail . All they know is " THEY DON'T want the postal people TELLING THEM what to do. If it was me, I would have just taken the quilt, shirt and kitchen item and put it in the mailbox. I have never seen such a lack of respect for one's job in my entire life. The post office staff at the Kingwood location are unpleasant and take no pride in their facility or in the job they perform. My office mail is rarely picked up from the box (sometimes this happens for a couple of days each week and sometimes it's the whole week); instead mail is just dropped on top of what's there for pickup OR they simply drive by and leave the mail with the flag out. If I performed my job this way, I wouldn't have a job! These folks should be fired for lack of performance, just like anyone else in the corporate world.

I have went to two post office's & I have called two mailing services & no one has Love or Wedding stamps. So I want to ask if Kingwood Post Office has those stamps. The Porter Post Office said, why didn't you call first. I did, but no one answers there either. What do I need to do? I don't want to waste a trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My postal deliverer in Kingwood will place any package on top of the mailbox which is curbside . A package was placed on the mailbox at 10:47 am on July 23, 2021. When I got home at 2:30 pm, and I checked the mailbox, there was no package.
In light of mail thefts and porch pirates, the least the P.O. can do is to place packages on my porch rather than in plain view on the mailbox.
A thief can get the package without getting out of his car.
If the P.O. can't take packages to the porch they should not be in the business of package delivery. UPS, Amazon all deliver to the porch and I have yet to have any packages stolen .
Why/How is Big MEADOWS Dr constantly mixed up with Big SPRINGS Dr? My mother has made friends with the people at the other address bc the mail has been mixed up for more than TWO DECADES.

Over a month ago I was supposed to receive an 8.5" x 11" soft-cover 75-page book I ordered; it either never reached my apartment (lost by the mail carrier???), or may have been stolen from my mailbox which was unlocked (apartment management says this is "unlikely". The book author, a social media friend, agreed to pay for another copy of the book to be sent on 9/17/20, but I'm still waiting, as I believe such articles are supposed to be hand delivered to my door by the mail carrier. WHERE IS MY BOOK, Kingwood Post Office????
mail delivery is a disgrace i need my mail and also i have three packages somewhere i guess gone i get notrs telling me i got 6 mail pcs and 1 package to be deliverd today and i got 2-pcs and no package i am a proud veteran and i know i could beat this crap
The past two orders I placed for delivery has not been delivered as it should have been. I called to get re-delivered and they say we don’t do that, and they tell me to come in and get my package. The ticket they put on my door says we re-deliver. I called USPS and they put in a request to have them re-deliver and I get nothing for a week. I call back to the mail center again and I get the same lazy response. I am immune compromised and I wish they were more helpful during this pandemic. I guess I will have to risk my health due to their unprofessional approach to their customers
Please, please, please give the customers at the USPS in Kingwood TX the quality of service that would make us proud. Two people meeting the needs of 12-15 people in line is not adequate. The automated machine for mailing packages is great except when it doesn't work and no one is available to assist. The machine requires height measurements for an envelope package which should not be necessary and there is no turning back. Very frustrating! Thank you!
Yesterday I visited the KW PO for the first time in a year. I think I am going to go back and take a picture of the front doors and send them to the Post Master General. The grime on the doors and glass are worst than any gas station bathroom in S. America. Whoever is responsible should be fired. Period. The chrome of the doors is almost black. You can't blame this on the flood. This is laziness and incompetence. The outside landscapping needs fertilizer and a few replacement plants. Total embarrassment for KW.
Consistently bypasses delivering mail if there is a vehicle in the vicinity. I have measured and anytime a vehicle has been parked in front of my house it’s been 4 to 5 feet away from the mailbox. Refusal to do deliver mail is probably against the law. Some days the mailers and delivered at all it’s saved for another day I can tell because I’ve been waiting for something or by the stack that arrives the following day. About to write to the postmaster general in Washington about this little post office that is the worst.
This place is a ghetto, to think the building is in a nice area of Kingwood and yet the staff and grounds are worst than what I have seen in S. Central LA.
Do not care about anything except when their next Gvt. handout (I mean paycheck) is handed out.
I have not had a complaint about my postal services! I'm aware of flooding issues. I don't care about circulars and newspapers but my retirement check is mailed to me the 1st. thru the 4th. of each month.

No one has told anyone about when our service will start again! Who is addressing this issue! My pension check is also mailed to me around that time. Because of this flooding issue I have no money to pay bills.
I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem! Possibly thousands of others. Surely if it is at the post office I could come and pick it up! Please give us some alternatives to solve this problem we face now!

again finding my mail in the middle of the street when taking a walk after dinner , is bad enough I don't get mail at the office because they can't find me ( the box that I paid for ! ) but for them to dump mail in the street , mortgage and auto invoice has got to be some kind of federal offense
Evidently no one at the US Post Office monitors this or they don't care. Worst post office. I drive all the way to New Caney because they are friendly and helpful. They also don't take a break when there is a line out the door. Unfortunately, my mail is delivered by an employee from that office, and he doesn't take the time to make sure mail is put in the correct box. I have lost mail far more often than the norm. Would be nice to receive a reply back, but I'm sure I won't.
Horrible place!! They have to fire their post master or whoever is in charge! Or at least the person who goes to Glade Springs Dr... My packages constantly delivered to wrong places and there is nothing USPS can do after it was delivered. Twice I got lucky and nice people from different streets brought it to me , but only twice! Today 2 my packages were delivered somewhere else again!! I ordered bunch of stuff for xmass presents and all lost now ( presents for 8 different people on 2 packages!!!!)... Please Fire all the retards who can't read address and follow instruction!! It's not fair to your customers. I called to check on a PO box, on a Saturday at 11:52 and they answered after the first ring. The young lady was very helpful, she gave me all the information I needed, without me even asking questions. Thanks
WOW ! All I can say is who is running this establishment? Worse customer service. I am always getting the wrong mail....ALWAYS. Can these delivery drivers read? How hard is it to drop mail off in the correct mail box???
Absolutely the worst customer service. They are returning mail back to the senders because they claim I have "too many" first names???!!! How can they not know that Christopher, Chris, Christopher Jon, and C.J. aren't all the same person? Who is in charge of this place?
I'm continually getting mail that isn't even addressed for my street and I'm not getting mail that I've been expecting. My mail is probably being delivered to a different street as well and that person isn't returning it. I always return the mail to the carrier that was delivered wrong. Wish the post office would get their act together. In the two years I've been out here, it happens almost weekly. Guess I'll start using a PO Box so I can get my mail delivered properly....hopefully!
I am worried about the mailman delivering after 7:00 pm. My mail is being sat in my mailbox all night and I have mailing going out that contains my checks in them. I do not feel good having my mail with checks sit in the mailbox all day with the flag up, then the mail man delivers my mail late at night where people can come still my mail over night. I am going to stop using USPS.
The service provided by many of the USPS employees is precisely why there will come a day when they go belly-up and they all have to find another job. Many of them are so rude, the postage rate seems to rise constantly, and the service gets worse and worse. Hey USPS employees, think for a minute...when the older generation is gone, who will use your service? My family already receives all of our bills through email and pay them using online bill-pay. The only thing we ever get from USPS (besides poor service) is junk mail, and I think we will be able to get along just fine without THAT. Good luck!

Got a new driver back around April. The last mailman had our mail in the box no later than 1PM, the current moron's average time is between 6:30 and 7:20PM. I routinely see that POS shopping in CVS and actually hanging out in the quickie mart while he's supposed to be doing his job. I've written and called the main office about 3 dozen times since June, but as expected, nothing has been done, and being a govt job, he's probably gotten a raise.
For the first time in 3 years my family went on vacation and we put the mail on hold. When we got back i went to the post office to put our mail back on delivery mode i rang the bell that you are supposed to ring to pick up items and mail, then stood there a few minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter no one ever showed up after a few minutes i rang the bell again and waited a few more minutes and still no one showed up to help so i went and stood in like for about 10 minutes to find out the person behind the counter waiting on people tell me when i finally get up there that they could not help me i have to go ring the bell again so i am know steaming after waiting 15 minutes to get our mail and not being able to get anything accomplished then i see a lady come in and ring the bell a couple times and the guy finally comes up to help her and he tells her to ring the bell three times to let him know it is someone he has already talked to i finally get back to the bell and ring it about 6 times to have the guy come back up a few minutes later and of course he is rude as can be he is a black man who i have seen there before and know he is talking to a white man and is nice enough to tell me he cant help out any time he likes because he is a super visor and has to run the office as well as work behind the counter i then asked his name and he tell ms his name i ask about his supervisor and he says his name is all i need. i bet he did not want to have another complaint against him.
Nearly every month, I am contacted by a credit card company, hospital, or car loan company that my mail was sent back to them because I moved. I have not moved and am tired of paying late fees for the carrier is too lazy to put the mail in the correct slots. It seems to always happen when there is this one substitute lady.
I remembered after I went to the Kingwood post office why I do not go into that location anymore. The black gentleman there is so raciest against white people that he ruined my entire day, again, because I was a bother to him because I am white. I took my letters and left without doing what I came to the post office to do. I am going to another location to be helped by someone who is not raciest. If you are white and are waited on by the black gentleman WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE OR GO TO ANTOTHER LOCATION.
I am missing a package that the tracking number shows was delivered. Tried to the call the number posted (281-913-1999) over two days and no one answered it. It does not go to voice mail. On the third day, it is constantly busy as if it is off the hook. I believe I now understand what happen to my package.
