How is it possible that every time I go the line is extremely long and only one (1) person is working/helping the customers. 1hour wait sometimes more. till the last 30 min then they all want to come out and help. Why can't they just do that from the beginning and save the customer's time? Cause they have to be there all day? Not the customer's fault, we didn't choose to work there.

My father retired from the post office and would turn over in his grave if he heard about the kind of service and obvious poor attitude some delivery people have.
First, we have a theft problem in our area.
Second, our carrier(s) have abused our postal box doors so we have had to have multiple repairs.
Third, our carrier cannot seem to take the time to close the doors properly as they are seen wide open too often.
Forth, we constantly get wrong mail and today it was a bunch. Is anyone reading the address??
Your immediate and continuing attention to very sloppy and uncaring efforts would be appreciated.
I call today02/03/22 about my package being put in someone else mailbox I was told she had to get in contact with the Carrier/. I was put on hold for 30min no one came back to the phone had to return back to work
What happened to the outside mailboxes? They were taped up and now they are gone. I had to go in to mail something, which could be a problem since I am a license holder.
My USPS tracking number show that the package was delivered in or by my mailbox. It was not delivered to my address. I checked with the vendor and they show my address on the invoice. I called the post office to inquire and was told after giving them my tracking information they could not provide me the delivery address. I need help finding the package.
Received my shipping envelope and the shipping slip but no product. Someone at the post office liked the product more than me since my mail box is a locked box and only 2 people have the key.
Not a post office anymore. can mail letters no more outside mailboxes. Must go online to find a mailbox if for some reason you are unable to mail from home. Humble Post office is just a place for people to keep their private PO boxes. Another way low income, elderly and the disabled get screwed.
Not pleased with this location. I called to find a package that I already knew was lost, but just wanted to talk to someone for clarity. I am the shipper. I called on a Saturday and talked to a female who was incredibly rude. She kept insisting she had talked to me yesterday, however she didn't because I am the shipper. I live I Idaho! She said she told the person yesterday everything, so for some reason I should already know. That's not customer service or helpful. A little kindness goes a long way and just taking a minute to listen to me and fill me in as I am the shipper and it's my product, would have given me a little peace. She was so rude I felt I had to speak up and talk over and fast, just to be heard. Then, she hung up on me....
Real great employees. I'm over here rooting for the USPS service and it's employees, but this is the apathy I received. Your job is to deliver mail and find it of you lost it! At least pretend you care.
The Humble Post Office is the most disappointing postal office I have ever worked with. They constantly deliver mail to the wrong address causing me to have late bill payments. I don’t k know if it is the sorters or the actual mail carrier that is at fault. I have very little confidence in this post office, I am filing complaints as high up as I can go.
Purchased an item in July and still have yet to receive. The delay is ridiculous and I'm very unhappy. What is being done about this especially when you pay for express shipping.
Need to file a complaint. I’ve not received mail I’m the last two weeks. My cousin sent me an invite to his graduation party over a week ago and I’ve still not received it. One of my credit card companies has replaced my credit card twice and I still haven’t received either one. I have been mailed legal documents from my attorney and I’ve not received them. And at least two packages that supposed to be delivered by the post office. I am not happy. Something has to be done about this. Who do we speak to about this. Our Local post office staff is no help.
I’d give this place zero star. Mail is NOT being delivered. Informed delivery does NOT work from this location. They are RUDE to everyone especially the older white mail and the manager is the worst of them all. She will not listen or make any corrective action on her staff. They only nice one there is a middle age black male. He always says hello and welcomes customers. Last time I was at this office, I stood in line for 45 mins only to be told I had no package. I asked the clerk to check again and she rolled her eyes at me and smacked her lips but low and behold my package magically appeared from the back. Worst office ever.
Update: lodged a complaint against the manager only to immediately receive a phone call from her telling me I sounded “privileged” and my concerns were not her problem. All I wanted was a key to my community box, it has been 4 weeks! She said that is not how she runs “her” office and keys take 6 weeks or longer. I told her that is not what the representative from the Post Office told me and she said my mail was not her problem, my concerns of having to take my kids to the post off in the midst of this crisis was not her problem and I could complain day after day she would still not help such a “privileged” person. Then she also hung up the phone on me. Super professional lady.
I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and eventually hung up. I know that people are busy, but I am looking for a package and wanted to know if it was at this location and if I could pick it up.
There is no good customer service no type of management. I went to apply for a passport and waited 4 hours they states first the lobby and then passports 60 customers later and were still waiting no one ever checked on us the people waiting to get passports,there is only 1-2 people running the facility and they state they are not able to help any of us,not fair by the way I'm still waiting

During February 25 I'm suposed to received my new driver license and because you did not recognized me as a resident you send it back to the Texas Department of Public Safety.My apartment number is 508.
It is very strange because I've been recieved letters and documents through your office before and with my name at this apartment number.
The Texas Department of Public Safety delivered another Id for me.Please, I don't want to wait more time to have this important document in my hands.

On 1/14/2019 I put 3 letters in my mailbox to go out. Two were tax payments. As of 2/21/19 neither check cleared. Now I’m subject to $300.00 in penalties, stop payment charges and will pay these online from this point forward because I feel I can’t depend on USPS. Thanks.
In my neighborhood there are 3 homes with house number 20331. They are on Allegro Shores Dr, Amber Cove Dr and Acapulco Cove Dr. I’ve lived here for 20 years and have been repeatedly receiving mail all three addresses. Mine is 20331 Acapulco Cove Dr! I want only my mail to come to this address. I have also received mail for people that live 2-5 miles from here. Please do all you can to correct this issue immediately!!
Horrible service. You call the number and no one ever answers. I just had an actual carrier, Kenna, call my person cell number and scream at me. Are you kidding me?
I'd like to have the postmaster call me back 281-213-7085 My address is 20407 percheron Humble tx 77338 , I like a father complaint on January 2nd At 8:00 p.m. my neighbor brought over all of my mail which was putting his mailbox not 1 envelope but 8 envelopes,, I check my mailbox earlier around 5pm. that evening And it was just 2 envelopes in the Box. I Have call that Post Office over and over again this is not the 1st time I've had to file a complaint which went nowhere. I can understand one envelope but all of my Mail went to someone else's Mailbox. I like to receive a call back from the postmaster. I must say the Post Office in humble their customer service stinks ,you can not get in touch with anyone I had the same problem less then year before and here we go again I want the problem fixed and I want stopped. This kind of action have cost me money .

I have had problems forwarding mail in past from this post office. They lost mail last summer. This year I have signed up for "Priority Forwarding". Expecting package via USPS. Tracking shows it was delivered to my Mailbox??????? Per neighbor, it was not there. WHERE IS IT?????? This post office does not answer phone. Somebody help?????
Harris County Clerk mailed us our early voter ballots on Friday, 10-23 and the Post Office still has not delivered them. If we don't get them by Thursday, 10-29 we will not be able to vote. We are 83 years old and can't go to the polls.
Tried calling to see about appointment for passport....no one Ever answers this phone. So, went to post office at 9:45...they open at 10:00. Stood there for 30 minutes....they finally said people line up outside at 7:00 am for passport appointments and it says so on the sign "out front"......so we walked around looking for the sing "out front".....THERE IS NO SIGN OUT FRONT! This place is SO disorganized.....
Standing in line for passport for 2 hours. No service, says that the other customers comes first before passports customers. This is ridiculous. Why have the service it no one is going to wait on you.
trying to tack package it's at this P.O, Station what is wrong with these people, tried tracking on the system they provide, why should I have to load junk in my computer just to track my item. Your behind time - Humble, Tx. Now I have to send my message to different sights, that's so dum
When I call i just rings no one ever answers the phone. I was checking a tracking on a package I was waiting for and found out the post office sent it back to the sender. I was not even notified they tried to deliver so I could make arrangements to pick it up and it was my glucose meter. I am diabetic and without a meter now...
