Changes need to take place at the post office located at Partners Way in Porter, TX. Since moving to a subdivision that feeds into the post office, I have not received a large check from my company. It was misplaced by postal service. I had to request another check to be sent to me since I didn't receive it after 3 weeks and it was coming from right here in the Houston area. I have also mailed a few cards to friends in Humble & Tomball and they have not received them. It has been one issue after the next with the postal service since moving to Montgomery county. Everyday there is a new mail carrier on the route. There is also another person in a non-usps vehicle that delivers mail. Mail is consistently placed in wrong mailboxes. When checking with the post office face to face, no help or solution is delivered. Just so much incompetence and frustration. This is unacceptable and needs to change. The residents should have confidence in their postal service that they will receive their mail and that their mail will be delivered to where it was intended. Please get your office in order!

Another lost or stolen package! Says delivered in my mailbox. Person delivering needs a write up. No mail delivered today, nothing in my box yet it shows there should be mail in my box. This is irritating when you expect a package to be delivered, Says it’s delivered, yet there’s NOTHING in your box!! Porter mail person needs to be written up for not doing their job!! I don’t think they even delivered today because our package pick up was not picked up! Shame on you for lying to your customers!! I will be calling to file a complaint!!

I live on Parker Rd. off Ford Rd. in Porter. We are frequently getting someone else's mail and other people bringing us some of ours they received. I'm currently trying to find an important package with a tracking number that the post office shows as delivered to my address that was NOT. Postman says he has no idea. This is the second time this has happened.

I live in Porter, TX off of Ford Rd. The postal service in this area has been totally dysfunctional for the past 5 years. Every week, I get multiple pieces of mail that belong to my neighbors. They also get mine. I make sure to get their mail to them, but I haven’t always gotten mine. In June and July of 2020, I have had five (5) packages that were not delivered that were MEDICAL supplies. The last week of July, I have received a bank card and medical supplies for two of my neighbors. On one, their correct address was changed to match mine. READ THAT TWICE. This unsatisfactory service is hampering people’s health since many of them are disabled. This should be looked into immediately! The carrier/carriers responsible should be monitored or fired. They are jeopardizing people’s lives!

Me and my neighbor watch as the postal driver drove thru out our area (Jaymarr ct ) passing five houses around 3:00 pm. Now I had mail to be picked up. Which never was. Now I have had mail returned prior to senders, which cost me additional money, Now you don't pick up the mail What gives! Can you explain to me why he drove thru and didn't do his job.

I live in the Woodridge Forest subdivision with community mail box locations - each resident address has their own mail slot - service to this location is terrible - in the last week alone I have received mail for four other addresses including one for Ford Road in Porter - I am not sure what the problem is with the delivery people but they continually get the wrong mail into the wrong mail slots - also I have a notice that a package I was awaiting for Easter delivery was delivered to the parcel box last Friday, April 14 - when I checked my slot there was key for a parcel but the parcel was for a neighbor on the other block (which I delivered) - I am still missing my parcel - this service needs to improve with the delivery people paying more attention to what they are doing - I am sure they would be upset if this type of thing happened to them
