It literally seems that your post office has a major problem delivering packages. I was scheduled to receive 5 packages. None of which I have received. The USPS system shows that the package was delivered to my mailbox. Of course it will show that it was delivered. The system will only show what the idiot scanning the package does. This unprofessional, unethical and gross incompetent. This is an ongoing problem with the Huffman post office. The carrier and the tellers are totally worthless. As they all say that the packages have been delivered.

This is why he worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. No one EVER answers the phone. (The one time I actually did, the lady laughed at me and openly made fun of me with her coworkers after she thought I had hung up.) They have stolen multiple packages and almost everyone that works there is so unbelievably rude! I just want to find out how to get them fired and replaced with kind people that are actually kind hearted people persons! If you don’t like people why are you working there?! So ridiculous. Get new employees ASAP!!! A new manager would be even better!! I won’t stop complaining until they get workers that care and treat people with respect!

I live in Shorewood Estates on West Shorewood Loop and I have a complaint about the mail person who delivers my mail. This person will not close mine or anyone's mail box door. Several times my mail has been soaking wet from the rain and my box door was not closed. At least one other person on my street have complained about this also. What do I have to do to get this person to close my box door?????

12/6 4:31pm. I entered with Solider goodies. I had to box in a certain box and tape with there tape, fill in Custom forms, fill in Postal address label for 4 Soliders. I knew we were cutting it close but the man came and told my Grand daughter 7 and I. You have to leave and come back tomorrow. We were on our last box. You know I thought a little sensitivity on his part was needed she is 7. She was doing boxes as a volunteer event. We were gave wrong forms than right ones. I don't quit get rudeness to a child. Mr Youngblood was very rude and not helpful. Christmas Grinch was his attitude. We tan had to carry 4 filled boxes to the car by ourself. Not even a hand gave by a grown man.

We came to this post office to get a passport for our son. The wait was not too bad and the lady helping us was very friendly and helpful.
