This USPS Postal location has lost or misplaced several of my Tracked packages in the past six months. I currently have an investigation going on for two missing packages with tracking numbers. I received a notice that my prescription medication arrived and would be delivered 8-14-2023. Next notification stated that it was shipped somewhere. This location needs new management and possibly new employees.
Not sure why you have a phone number if you don't answer it.
I have a letter that needs to be processed asap and I left it in my mailbox with the flag up. I came home from work to find the flag still up. Even if you have no mail for me, you should still pick up my outgoing mail, correct?
Today March 19,2023 ny address 3303 Santa fe ave Killeen tx 76543 i received the package and I have the video the maimen throw the package to my porch and thT was rude. I have the if you wasn't to see or I put the video to the media.
Hello I just went there today pick up some latter and who work at pick up I think she is Mexican and I went up there she sees me but didn’t even ask can I help u or next person or anything so I ask her r u ready but didn’t answer looked at me with some kinda nasty look so I asked again didn’t answer again n the guy next to me was picking up something n she was smiling at him n spoke softly but than I went up to her her face suddenly changed in bad way I never felt so disrespected because I’m only bigger n nicer than her decided walk away but this is wrong very wrong n she don’t need work on any kinda of job that serves people this happen sep-28-2022 this post office service rating is so low wonder why
My package shows my package was delivered to parcel locker @ 10:14 am on 5/26/22 When I got at 5 pm the same day I went to check the mail. Key for parcel # 2 was in my mailbox, when I opened the parcel # 2 it was empty. What’s is going. I’m expecting more packages , hopefully I get the rest of them including the one missing. So irritating!
I have been trying to contact your Killeen office 76549 Copper Mill Rd. since 8:30am and here it is 2:57pm. I can't seem to get through. All the phone does is ring then the call drops. This is very upsetting. I also called the 1 800 number and the person i talk to was no help at all. When i asked for her name, her response was "Operator #4". This is no help to anyone who needs assistance. Customer service needs immediate improvement along with sensitivity training.
On Friday January 28, 2022 between 3:45pm and 4:00pm. I went to check my mail box and in my box there was key to box #1p. When I opened the box it was empty. I am expecting some packages in the mail. I would like to know why leave me a key but nothing in a box? A quick response is required. Thank you!
Our mailbox for our business doesn't allow us to open the box and has bent one of the keys when trying. We have tried repeatedly to call but can not get anyone on the phone. Please inform me on how we are to contact someone to resolve this issue and get our mail. Thank you for your assistance.
No mail delivered in over a week. Have filed 2 complaints..don't answer the phones..and I have informed delivery that tells me my mail being delivered daily and packages. When I check..nothing. I receive my medications through mail..explains why they only have 1 star. Ridiculous..
I have called everyday for the last week. Either no one answers or they answer the call and immediately hang up before you can get one word out. They have been delivering my mail to the wrong address even after verifying my address and changing my mailbox lock. I haven't gotten a piece of mail delivered correctly since i moved in three months ago. Id like my mail!! this is unprofessional and unorganized!
I read all these reviews and it seems like the postal service is the absolute pits. I live in VA and have the same problems I just read. What is going on with the mail and why doesn’t it get fixed? You are suppose to be providing a service that we pay for. Service SUCKS!!!!
My lock was changed on my box and all I was told was to fill out a piece of paper and someone would contact me. Almost 2 weeks later no contact and no one answers the phone. I would like to say that the are very disorganized and I'm tired of waiting for an explanation
Awful!!! How can we expect the USPS to properly handle our voting when they can't simply get a registered letter to the recipient??? Hold time on the 800 number was 98 minutes! This office doesn't even bother to pick up the phone. I have put in an investigation as to where my registered letter went and 3 days later, I am no closer to knowing where it is. What a joke! Don't trust the USPS for anything.
Beyond frustrated! After many attempts where the phone rang and rang, finally got to a Cynthia who claimed to be a supervisor. She said she would give me a number of the inspector general to file a fraud claim. After more than 20 minutes left on hold without another word from her, I began calling on another line. After mulitple attempts on that line she finally answered that call, meanwhile I'm still on hold on the other line. She claimed she was the only one at the post office and had other customers she was taking care of!
Customer service is HORRIBLE! If you are too busy too provide a number you take a phone number and return a call later. You just don't keep someone on hold indefinitely! Now I'm waiting for a Mr. Butts to call- we'll see how long that takes.
I rarely do online reviews but this was such an ordeal- do they wonder why the post office has such a horrible reputation with things like this happening! Classes in customer service would go a long way here.
Like all of the other reviewers, I've had a bad experience. First, I went to the post office on Stan Schleuter to report a lost package sent to me. They directed me to this post office, where I spoke with a supervisor who had me fill out a form. A few days later, I received a voice mail that the tracking number I gave the post office was wrong. I knew it was correct but had to go back to that post office and for the 3rd time stand in a very long line. The counter agent told me the number was correct, as he pulled it up on his computer and it showed that my package was delivered on a certain date, but I explained I never got it. He left to speak to a supervisor. When he returned he told me someone would call me the next day. No one called the next day. When I called the number he gave me, no one answered the phone. When I then called the number I found on the internet, no one answered. How frustrating!!!
I am so disappointed with the postal service from the Copper Mountain Post Office. I have had my neighbors mail delivered to my house or put in my box numerous times as well as neighbors in the general area. Because I am a honest person I took the merchandise to the correct address. Just recently I ordered an item that was supposedly delivered to my home which I never received. I wouldn't be surprised if it was delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully, the seller is sending me a new order without charge. Also, when making an attempt to solve my issue by phone is impossible because no one answers the phone and the 800 number is an hour wait time or call back time. I pray someone will read these reviews and try rectifying these problems.
I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH MY MAIL BEEN DELIVERED. THIS THE 3RD TIME MY RENT DID NOT MAKE IT TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER. i HAVE TO PAY LATE FEE EVEN IF i HAVE MY MONEY ORDER RECIEPT. WS YOUND DONT ANSWERAT ALL THE PHONE HANG UP AFTER 10 RINGS. NO I HAVE TO LEAVE MY JOB EARLY TO GO OVER THERE AND THAT REQUIRES ME TO TAKE LEAVE.
The incompetence of the service to rural postal patrons by the Copper Mountain Station master and Peak Lane Carrier is the best justification for outsourcing the USPS ever. The Carrier drops Amazon Packages on the ground a mile away from delivery destinations; exposing them to theft and rain, so they may be stolen or rain soaked. Then they lie by reporting to Amazon that the parcels have been delivered. Thankfully I was able to get a refund on my purchase of my last Amazon purchase. Let the USPS & Amazon resolve the incompetency issue!
Worst customer service from management to the carrier
On two different occasions I have received notifications that my shoes were delivered and then miraculously they disappeesr! No one knows where the shoes are but I can file a claim with who they delivered from in great hope that another could be delivered. I saw the mail
Carrier and I have package being delivered today so I asked him I could get it, she told me that she couldn’t do that. I asked why because it stacked in my truck already. Ok it’s a large package that I would to get right now since expensive stuff has a problem getting to me. Her response well I can take it back it’s the facility. Hell no leave my package at the door and if I don’t get it then your job will be on that line this time. I am tired of the unconcern and unprofessionalism in the facility
This facility as one of the rudest agents I have ever spoke with. He adamantly accused me of "hanging up in his face" his words exactly. He also stated he had 3 witnesses. I am in AZ he is in TX. I wonder how they saw me not hang up in his face. I am truly he floored and outraged with his absolute unprofessional demeanor.
looklikes this post office( 3100 wsw young dr), had same problem. they did delivered wrong address, after few times to talk they asked me to pickup my package at where is not the delivering address, well I will come to the post office tomorrow to findout.
I was able to finally speak with a post office representative around the last few minutes that they were open on Tuesday 21 Feb 2017.
I explained that I received a notification that a package had been delivered on Saturday, but was not in my box. I gave him the tracking number, he looked it up. He said its in my box. I explained that it was not in my box, but I did receive my neighbors mail in my box (which I brought it to their house and dropped it off). He argued the point that it was in my box and I needed to check it again. His attitude wasn't helping the situation. He then told me to call in the morning at 0830 and speak to my mail handler. I asked him who it was so I could ask for them when I call.. he said he doesn't give out that information.
I called this morning for an hour straight. I kept hitting redial, and made over 200 attempts, and the line was busy the entire time.
A few choice words come to mind, but the unprofessionalism of a US POST OFFICE should have a supervisor who would at least ATTEMPT to maintain a standard and hold their employees accountable for conduct such as this. But when the supervisor doesnt care, how can you expect the employees to care.
Sad day and age we live in when an agency such as this treats the public with such disrespect. SMMFH!!
I am a visitor to this fine state of Texas but this is my second experience with this PO. THIS visit warrants a review. The mail to my daughter in law sent from AZ was returned as unable to forward. Not only does she live on the street directly BEHIND this PO. A neighborhood that has been there at a minimum of ten yrs., two of which she has been here. I went with a picture of the returned mail and its label to return to sender. I first spoke with the clerk who said , "talk to the supervisor, I only deal with people who have money." Yes, STUNNED, I stepped over one window and the supervisor with the same attitude tells me the carrier or the computer did it. AND??? And now what do we do? What if other things were returned? Who was paying for the postage to resend? I was nothing more than an annoyance to her, clearly. Never again
busy busy busy signal... ugh.. I just want to know why my mail is now being delivered mostly after 6pm... pretty sad when it went from noonish to 1pm to 3 and now 6 or later at times. Why can't we come home in the afternoon and have the mail delivered at a normal time
Repeated busy signal on phone every single day! Management needs to be more competent with their services. Been waiting on mail box lock to change and it still hasn't changed. Don't tell customers within 48 hours if it's not going to happen within that time frame. Very poor customer service!
I have been trying to call the office for a half hour straight during business hours to try to find a very important piece of mail but all I have gotten for that time and repeated calls is a busy signal every single time. Please at least get a phone tree to call.
Something is definitely wrong with the mail service at the Copper a Mountain post office; my neighbor just delivered a pice of my mail to me...now I have to deliver 3 pieces of mail to another neighbor that was erroneously placed in my box. Totally unacceptable! 3000 block of Levy Lane.
Have you been to the Copper Mountain Post Office on W S Young lately, it's disgusting. The next time you're there just take a moment and look around; there is no pride in that place at all. The white displays under each counter are marred by children scribble, the temporary signs that has now become permanent taped all over the place, and the employees' attitudes are as if they've been sentences to life in prison. I don't want to write the Local Post Master General and risk having my mail lost. Maybe someone in the system will see his post.
