I'm at North Fort Hood and I'm told our packages have to be quarantined for two days. Which makes no sense if a person is receiving these daily. It's been 5 days since my package arrived and still haven't seen it. You have some people receiving there package the same day it was delivered to the post office. This is very frustrating!

I sent 3 larges boxes to my son stationed in Fort Hood. The tracking information showed that it was picked up by Agent but he has not received his packages yet. The packages were suppose to have been sent to 322 batallion Avenue according to the tracking info. The line is always busy. I will be filing a claim because they were insured.

Sent my son a birthday card last week. It should have been there within 3 days yet they keep telling him it never showed up. Well it was addressed correctly and wasn't returned to me.

Package was delivered to POST AGENT - at 9:39am on Dec. 23rd. MY son has still not recieved his Christmas package. The phone is busy - even when I hit redial over and over again for an hour. WHY can't packages be made available to the soliders - there are valuable items for Christmas that are sitting somewhere in limbo -- ON POST!! Where is the accountablity. As a veteran, I know that I did my job or I was held accountable. What happened to military integrity. I am very upset as this is not the only package that did not arrive for my solider. My mother also sent a package that arrived on Dec. 14th and this one is also missing!!! Time to call the commander!!!

Reviews from 4 years ago state that the line is always busy and you can't get through. Well, nothing has changed. Typical government- Lazy and don't fix anything

The previous reviews are correct. The phone line is constantly busy! What is the excuse in this? Getting packages to our soldiers is important and should be a priority at this APO. Somebody isn’t doing their job and apparently hasn’t for years...

I sent my grandson his Christmas package using priority mail Just after Christmas as soon as I had an address for him. Tracking shows it was delivered to "Agent" in Fort Hood, but he still has not received it nor can it be found. I'd just like to know who "agent" is and can I get it back? so frustrated!

You cant get through to anyone in this office, the line is always busy! My brother had sent something over 2 months ago and all we want to do is try to find out where it has gone as it was something very important! This is absolutely ridiculous!

The place is a mess. The phone line is always busy and the woman that works there is constantly on her phone talking using her Bluetooth during transactions with customers...

Called several times at several different times of the day, can’t get through. Line is always busy. Set my son in the army a package three weeks ago that he has yet to receive it. Trying to figure out why he didn’t get it, tracking says it was delivered to Fort Hood post office. Now he is in Korea without the package sent!!!

Dawn, was this ever resolved? The same thing is going on with me. Sent my son a package a month before deployment, delivered 3 weeks before. He went there every day before leaving and they kept telling him they couldn't find it. Call constantly and phone is always busy! UGH. Now he is in Europe and what I sent him is in limbo!!!

Package was marked as delivered to my mail clerk on 15th Oct 2016. Here I am, with no package. My mail clerk does not have my package. Where is it and why is the phone line always busy?
