It a real challenge to mail a letter. To have a glitch in the system that fertilizes non delivery creates chaos and confusion. DSFORD 😊!

Moved in new place almost 2 weeks ago. Have not been able reach post office for mailbox location and key. Dam automatic system sucks!!

Mail Carrier for 510s 58th st aptA hasn't picked up our out going mail in 3days, flag is up & everything. This isn't the 1st time we've had this issue. PLEASE COLLECT OUR OUTGOING MAIL AS SOME LETTERS ARE TIME SENSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!! will b calling for help in the morning.

The mailman that delivers to 301 Liberty st today left out mailboxes open, now anyone can grab mail.

When will my mail will be delivered today?

Horrible service, waiting on packages to be delivered to a retail store. IF a delivery attempt is made they throw it at the front door during business hours, if they decide not to deliver for whatever reason, there is no explanation given and if you try to call they just look at the phone and decide to ignore the call. Horrible use of taxpayer money.

Our mail carrier on Lisa Ln is screwing up just about everyday with our mail and it's not just us, I've actually talked to two of my neighbors that have noticed the same thing. He's always talking on his Bluetooth and you can tell it's a personal call but he's not putting the right mail in our boxes so we have to take it to each other and then he's driving up and down the street to go and fix what he's noticed he's done wrong. Me personally, wants a mail carrier that's gonna take his job more serious!! I've turned him in once before but evidently it never got read or they just don't care what their employees are doing 🤨

Good day, this the eighth time that our mail carrier has misdelivered mail. The folks who get our mail also have an address of 5504 on Carlee Ct. Our address is 5504 Eldie Ct. Can we get this problem taken care of please? I have talked to her (our mail carrier) about this but I guess she does not learn. Also, our mail carrier put a certified letter for us in our box, rather than knocking and getting the required signature. This is now beyond the point of ridiculous. Please get a new, better-trained carrier on our route.

Worst mailing company I’ve ever seen. Package says it’s being delivered for a week and still hasn’t been delivered.

My package has been at the post office for 5 days. I call to see why it hasn’t moved and no one has answered the phone in 10 minutes. I’m assuming they don’t want to deal with people over the phone so they’re just not answering. Very frustrating.

I live in Killeen Texas it is Feb 20, 2021 when will our mail be delivered all other post office in circle around us are having mail delivered but it’s been over a week. I can’t buy food my check is mail which has already been delivered. Snow cleared up on Feb 19 roads were clear. Not happy

All I want, in the whole wide world, is to just make an appointment to get a passport. The instructions are so convoluted! Every time I go to the postal employees, I'm directed to the end of the counter where the applications are. The office where the passport guy used to be is always locked. Can a sista just get a freakin' passport!

I ordered a package from Amazon with next day delivery to Fort Hood were I am currently visiting. Yesterday I received a message my package was unable to be delivered. That the post office was closed, where my son PO Box is located, yet the lobby is open 24hrs 7 days a week. I checked USPS website and tracking said my MEDICAL items I ordered would be delivered next business day which is today, yet the tracking said it never left the Killeen facility. I'm leaving 2morrow back to CA and I can't even get hold of the post office itself. This is ridiculous.

I shipped an item and from the tracking records has been sitting in the Killeen post office for OVER 2 WEEKS!! You not delivering someone's mail/package is absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable.

Normally, I wouldn’t leave a review for a post office, but this one.... I had a package that was supposed to go to Fort Hood on Saturday but the mail room wasn’t open on weekends, ok no problem. The tracking said that it will be redelivered on the next business day (Monday), however it is now Wednesday at close and no package. I tried to contact the post office in Killeen but they don’t seem to want to answer the phone. This is ridiculous, I had the package overnighted for $60 and now it is being sent back. I am leaving for deployment too so now I will have to send it halfway around the world. I would say you guys really need to consider why you’re reviews are so horrible.

tracking number 9400111899564494015745, I am under the impression this item is being sent back to Canada. I have been waiting for this item for over a week, If I were not home, the item could have been left with the apartment manager! This is unacceptable service!!

Post office consistently places other people’s mail into our box, which makes me believe that my own mail is consistently placed in other people’s boxes. I can’t trust or rely on this means of mail.

Need a passport

Willow Springs is the worst in lazy carriers. The Supervisor is a NASTY, Don't Want To Work person I have ever tried to talk to. NOW WE KNOW WHY THE POST OFFICE IS ALWAYS BROKE> LAZY LAZY LAZY

I had the worst experience ever with the woman in the passport office, Ms. Price. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would like to think that she was having a bad day, but after reading other reviews I realize this is her normal mode. When she took the last person to the office, she did not tell the nine people waiting in the waiting room that no more people would be able to be processed. Do not get your passport at this office unless you like to be treated like pond scum .

Probably the worst post office I have ever used and seen. Trash.

Currently I am waiting on the mail to run. I have alerts on my phone. The mail has not run yet but my tracking tells me that “notice left (no authorized recipient available)” I’m still waiting for the mail to run.

One job, people. I had a package returned to sender because the note from the post office said the address of the business was not valid and my package was undeliverable. I don't have a business, I have a house...and never before has there EVER been a problem delivering my packages. This is ridiculous. I order by mail to help keep the post offices open. You have one job...many of you may be doing different jobs, but ya each have ONE JOB.

you suck several times when i have parcels due and tracking says out for delivery you always end up with undeliverable again im going to make major complaint
