My package says delivered but I have nothing I looked all around my porch and mailbox. When I try calling the HH USPS it just rings and rings until it hangs up on me. I am very frustrated.
This post office is so bad they lost my package and trying to talk with this supervisor there is impossible. She claim they will look for my packages this happen back in March here it is December and I still have not gotten my package yet. Now they will not put packages in my p o box the put a piece of paper in my box for me to pick up the packages which is a big inconvenience to me I work out of town so when I get back they are close and my weekends or just that. I would like to sleep in on one of my off days! Sundays is the LORD day so I'm in church
The African American lady that supervised the clerks is absolutely rude and uptight . She won’t let a simple conversation about a tired mom and her life go on without accusing me of campaigning like an uneducated person. I’m not even from the same city I was simply dropping off a paperwork envelope and mentioned I was tired and dreaming of getting 100k votes on an unrelated item . This lady was rude and loud and is not the first encounter. Absolutely the last tho, she humiliated me the clerk and quite frankly the office itself .
I called the post office because I was tracking a package that was not delivered. The lady that answered the phone was rude very rude. When I was asking her questions about the delivery she was indignant, rude, and very UNPROFESSIONAL. She said she is a supervisor and her name is MS. Foster. I asked her why she seems to have a nasty attitude and I wanted her name to report her. I had to ask her several times for her name. No one with that stink and rancid attitude need to be in customer service much less being a supervisor. She did not display professional at all. She was yelling at me until I asked for her name and told her I was going to report her. Thank you in advance for looking into this matter.
walked in when Post Office was empty...one cashier in training was open, everything else closed. Unfortunately she was unable to handle sending international package so I was asked to step aside. A line of at least twenty people formed, two of whom stepped in front of me, a manager stood by an watched the line of people going out the door and informed everyone that he could not help them (nor did he help me, he just sent me back to the employee in training who still could not handle the issue and he did not offer her any assistance). She became frustrated, understandably, he remained smug, and the crowd continued to grow.
Good choice during the height of holiday postal season!!!
P.S My mail man consistently delivers other peoples mail to my house, including what looked like a pay check, and certainly some bills (which I put in the correct boxes). I wonder what mail I am missing???
I just had a package delivered today that was just tossed onto my front deck... It's a motherboard for my dishwasher which could have been busted apart and parts busted off of the board itself because the mailman decided to just throw it on my deck... I'm highly upset... It was the African American mailman that delivers in my area once in awhile and he races through the neighborhood like it's a race track as well.
Whoa, the African American who seems to be the supervisor is SO UNPROFESSIONAL (not the one that often smiles at you from the counter). This women barely shows up. I had an issue with a express package with different time frames online than in the postal service database. Once I realize that I was not going to receive my money back, I said, "Dam that is not good" in a passive tone. I am serious I was not screaming; I am a passive person.
This women got so upset and offended by that word. She said that "dam" was a vague language (I didn't said Dammit) and that I should watch my language and remember that I was with my daughter. "The post office doesn't tolerate vague language. And off course, the post office was full of people.
I am not sure who gave her an authority to tell someone how to express their feeling or what to say. She is clearly lacks empathy. I told her that I lost 117.00 and she still made comments such as "What do you expect, to collect money and give it to you." Lady, AT LEAST GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IF YOU CAN NOT HELP YOUR JOB IS TO DIRECT ME TO A POSSIBLE SOLUTION EVEN IS THEIR IS NO SOLUTION.
On the other hand, I seen how she manage her employees when she walks to the front of the building. (I send packages almost every day). Her tone of voice is inadequate when addressing employee's questions which is one of the signs of poor management skills. If the building is full, she gets upset and tells her employees to hurry up in a strong tone of voice.
Lady, Do all of us a FAVOR, STAY IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING WHERE NO ONE CAN SEE YOU! Employees know what to do. As a regular customer, I understand that the employees are working as fast as they can; I can see them working fast already. Their is no need to tell them to hurry up when they are handling money. That is when mistakes are made.
Of course, you will not feel this way if you encounter the employees who work hard all day receiving your packages at the counter. Their customer service is excellent and they always made me feel welcome at the Harker Heights Postal Service.
Unfortunately, today my question was handled by the wrong person. I never felt so diminished and offended. Lady, I still which you a good day and I hope that the future you incorporate your time in workplace cross-training and customer service courses. This way you can understand customers' and employees' relationships and improve your managerial skills (Leadership, Critical Thinking, Definitely Problem Solving and Communication, Conflict Resolution, to mention a few).
Terrible, terrible, terrible. And that is the best I can say about the Harker Heights USPS office. I had to call the national number to get the truth about what their policies are. The local rep, a black woman with pink hair working on 28 AUG 2017, literally told me "well then you have a problem because I am not going to look through any mail" in reference to a package delivery when we were never given a delivery slip. It is called customer service. I guess this is what we get when lazy people are given jobs without any accountability or expectation on them to actually do their job.
This place is The worst post office I have ever known. we just moved here a year ago and have had so many packages not delivered I went in and made a complaint guess what next day off I get a whole load of packages today the post lady drove so fast by my mailbox and didn't even stop I have a business and order every single day so I know she was running late and did not bother to stop at all the places this is happened several times sick of it
This post office has made major improvements since I've been here. The service is fast and I don't have to wait forever just to get serviced. Or maybe I've just been coming in the right time. Either way, I am very pleased and i hope it stays this way. Please keep up the good work.
I was tracking a package that was transferred to the post office to be delivered on 05/24/2016 Tracking states that package was delivered to my home on Rattlesnake Road which is off Indian Trail but I have never got my package. This has been a real issue within the past few weeks. I'm also getting other peoples mail. Please speak to your mail person/persons on this route.
To the postmaster!
I am very upset with your organization. I have put my mail in my box on Wednesday with the red flag up. Today is Friday and your delivery guy did not even bother to stop at my address.
My address is 1510b Indian trl harker heights, tx 76548. I will wright an official complaint to the postmasters office.
My bills are sitting there for 3 days . How can I trust the postal service anymore? Who ever delivers Mail on my street needs to puniched. Take some of his or hers pay away. It is the taxes I pay!!!
Completely, unprofessional. "THE MANAGER" WOULD NOT BE QUIET LONG enough to find out what the problem was. Just kept telling me about "policies"that she could never produce. We were given the wrong key for a mailbox, and when we were told by the postman to have it exchanged, this is what my daughter and I encountered. A smart mouth clerk and an even smarter mouth so called "Manager". Would not give me her name. I said that's ok, I WILL GET IT.
