I am missing a package. It is from China and should weigh about 50 pounds. The shipper shows it delivered.. How do I get it?

I am missing a package which seems to be left at your facility. Please let me know if it has shipped. This is an important gift. It was left on April 28th at your post office and was sent priority! When I check it says acceptance pending!! PLEASE find and send... thank you

I went into the Cedar Hill location today to ship off two packages that were being returned I was told I had to purchase a roll of tape for my smaller package because it wasn’t priority mail! I stood in line for 10 to 15 min for the lady to tell me I couldn’t have one little piece of tape for one of my packages but could for the other so of course I just left and will take them to another post office because I feel like the situation could have been handled differently! Not only that but she wanted me to step down all the way to the other end of the post office to tape package but there was tape right there in front of me! I’m so upset and will never return to this post office ever again! Also I spoke with manager over the phone her name is Angela and she assured me it was policy and if she gave me tape she would have to give other customers tape as well and she is not going to do that!

I have lived at my address for 2 years and even though I have spoken to the mail carrier and have a detailed note inside my mailbox door she CONTINUES to leave other people's mail in my box. I am not talking about Current Resident mail, she leaves other people's mail she knows full well no longer or have ever lived there. If delivery staff can't read, then they need to be moved to a position that doesn't require they be able to read. In addition, she is nasty and spiteful. Anytime I put my mailbox flag up for her to take the other people's mail back, she doesn't put the flag down. She did it again today. It is no wonder the prior government wanted to shut down the US Postal Service. If you want to keep your job, then do it properly and without nasty, spiteful behavior. If this only happened occasionally, I wouldn't complain, but this a regular occurrence in my neighborhood. Many of my neighbors say they get other people's mail on a regular basis.

I am missing mail...this has been on going for awhile but reached a point that need something done...since January 2021.......2 thank you notes, 2 Mothers Day cards, and 2 Dillard's bills. None were returned to sender so have to assume delivered to wrong address. I am on Bradshaw St Cedar Hill. appreciate you mentioning to our mail carrier.

When can we expect mail delivery to start up again?

This location will open your Christmas/Birthday cards to look for money. They will mark your packages as delivered and not deliver them. The will say they attempted to deliver a package and never show up. They will mis-deliver your package to someone else. I know this all because it has happened to me on several occasions and I file complaints each time. I get that no one is perfect but SURELY our postal workers have to do better. At least act like you care.

I received a notice that I missed the carrier. He never came to my door. I've been here every single day. Is this someone just being lazy or is there another reason. Oh, and by the way, nobody answers the phone in your office!!!

We have not been getting our mail or mail picked up all week. You cant call anyone and ask about it. Anyone out there have an answer to this problem? Thanks

Apparently, our mail carrier has not been delivering the mail to our boxes, but has just been returning it to the post office. Today, one of our neighbors went to the post office to ask why she had not been getting her mail. They handed her a tub of mail and our mail was mixed in with hers. To my disbelief, they asked her to bring our mail to us; which she did. I'm so glad she was an honest person! On Monday, I'm going to head up to the post office to see what in the world is going on.

I get my medicine from the veterans hospital at this post office. There is an ongoing problem with the controlled substances just disappearing. It really irritates the supervisors when you notify them about the thefts by their subordinates. I pick them up at the post office so the only people that has access to them are postal employees. I don't know if they are using them themselves or selling them on the streets all I know is that it is just the controlled substances that disappear.

Carrier scanned my package delivered but I never received the item. Horrible service

The package drop off is ALWAYS full. Every time I go to drop a package the door is jammed and will not open. I've heard this complaint from several residents.

There has NEVER been a time when I've gone to use the self serve kiosk and there are adequate supplies available for priority sending. there aren't labels, boxes, envelopes, slips to be able to mail a package. One could respond by saying people take them however on many occasions, I've gone to the kiosk right after closing and there are no supplies. PLEASE ensure employees refill the kiosk Before they leave each evening. Yesterday, I had to take my package back home because there were no supplies for mailing!
