My boss called to see if I got a package he sent me. Unfortunately I realized he used my old address of 3310 Wilmington DR 75052 instead of my address of almost 3 years 402 Dawson Circle 75051. I definitely has an address update but didn't know if you would still have it now. Can I find out if it was delivered? If so where? Or was it returned? It was sent with your fast option.

Why hasn’t our neighborhood received mail this week. I thought the post office delivered rain, sleet or snow?

I laced a change of address over a month ago. From my mail delivery alerts, my mail is still going to my old address. The old address is: 3655 Prairie Waters Drive Apt 4321, Grand Prairie,75052 My new address is: 401 Northwest Hwy Apt 3127,Irving 75039. This should have been corrected but it’s not.

The Grand Courtyards Apts. have not received any mail within the last 7 days and maybe longer. We have reached out to our local post office and was told the mail is being delivered. But since last Thurdsay we still have not received any mail. We have had several residednts come into the office because they have a nonprofit helping to pay their rent. I have reached out to the nonprofit companies and all of them have told me the check was mail at the 1st of November. I have residents in fear of evictions. Please help. Thank you!

9449008205496155713785 I saw your driver pick it up he this morning but failed to scan it. Therefore if it gets lost, it looks like I printed a label but never shipped it. I get a different driver every day here on this non-route so I don't know who the driver was this time. Please find it and scan. It says I printed a label at 7:00pm when in fact I printed it this morning. Still not scanned! Yesterday my medicine and new eyeglasses were delivered to my neighbor and they refused to give them to me. Saying they were given it so it belongs to them now. Our carrier puts mail in wrong boxes continually and this has gone on for many years without improvement. Can anyone help???

First there was the issue of having mail stuffed inside catalogs, magazines, etc. Now the entire set of mailboxes has been broken into and no mail received for 3 days. Surely the mail carrier could tell the lock was broken! Speaking of carrier: what has happened to the uniform normally worn by the carrier? When my carrier delivers packages I don't know who he is because he is in baggy shorts and a tee shirt. What is up Post Office?????!!!!!

Retired rural carrier here - do you live on a rural route? If so, please be advised rural carriers do not wear uniforms. Never have, If you are on a city route, your carrier might be a sub - they normally do not wear uniforms, either. Call your local post office - if they don't know about your problems, they can't fix them. If you get no satisfaction, call 1-800-ASK-USPS...go over their heads!!
