Please let me know why my package is still there and not moving.

A mailman that comes by our neighbor in Capetown Dr Grand Prairie Tx he’s literally been kicking our chairs that are in our front porch and swinging them out of the way because he’s too lazy to be going up and down the stairs in our house. He’s been doing this for months and today he literally threw our mail too the ground. We don’t know this man or what his problem is but we don’t want too confront him until you guys do something about it. He’s always walking across our yard and never using the sidewalk. I had a 5 lb package that was confirmed as delivered yesterday Saturday the 4th but It didn’t arrive. I was outside when the carrier came and I know for a fact they didn’t deliver it.

I'm making a report on your postal worker that delivers mail on Bonham Street 7th and Bonham he's an African American male always has an attitude has a very cocky attitude when giving mail to us. When being greeted he has never acknowledged and greeted us back when we say thank you he doesn't even say anything about that just keeps on walking what kind of a postal worker is that we've been here for over 20 years I've never had a problem like that wish we could get any of our old postal worker back at least they had manners. If he has a problem working as a postal worker where he has to meet people and he shouldn't be doing that shouldn't be delivering mail. Where are both elderly and disabled I love communicating with our postal delivery person but not this one he shouldn't be a postal worker where he sees people everyday he should be stuck behind a desk or he doesn't talk to anybody cuz it seems like that's only that's only thing he is good for.

Its sucks they have a sign saying they take walk ins for passports till 2 oclock as long as you arrive before then they take but that's not true today I went and the last person they took was @ 11:30 a.m so they just made my husband and I get out from work for them to say they are not taking nobody else till next day. I called the 1800 number gave me different offices in Arlington and they have real poor customer just like grand prairie except for the one Oakwood ln the man was nice and I really thank Sharon for helping us. And it's sad they have certain hours on website and they stop way earlier then the hours they have if they can't give the service they shouldn't be offering the service for passports
