Absolutely no way to get in touch with this post office. I've tried numerous times. I live out of state and it's very very frustrating. I have no way to leave a voicemail/email or text message.

Received initial investigation call from Hampton location regarding my lost GUCCI package and have been playing phone tag with “Elvis” the one in charge of my case, for the past two days. I have a job and cannot always answer- he leaves voicemails saying things I already know (tracking information). My tracking information makes ZERO sense. A gentleman told me yesterday (11/19/19) that Elvis gets in around 12:10-12:15 and to call back then. I called at 12:20...not one person picked up my call (aka the business phone. Are your people working?). After calling several times the same gentleman picks up and says, “Elvis is uhhh, hold up.” I am on hold for 7 min before he comes back on to tell me Elvis is not in and he will have him call me back. He also acknowledged that I called earlier and assured me Elvis would return my call. Elvis called me back today (Next day) while I am at work, left another voicemail saying he is personally looking for my package. I returned his call one hour before closing (4pm) only to have the phone continue to ring with NO ONE answering the call....again! I continue to call and the phone rings for almost 5 minutes before the line went busy. I call back again and somehow I get hung up on after thirty seconds. This is ridiculous!! I need to know where my package is and your lack of communication and unprofessionalism of this office's location is awful to say the least. How can my package be scanned as delivered and 7 days later my tracking information says it was forwarded!?! To what address!?! I have NOT changed my mailing address and have NO package with EXPENSIVE content. I hope this concern reaches someone of value and who actually wants to work and help me immediately.

This post office has the largest collection of incompetent employees I’ve ever seen at one station. They keep rotating different carriers in my neighborhood because we continually complain about our mail getting delivered to other people’s houses. However, each new carrier continues the tradition of ‘misdelivering’ the mail. My latest complaint is about a hold I requested be placed on my mail Oct 2-7, 2019. My carrier started holding my mail a week and a half early and who knows when he would have stopped if I hadn’t brought it to their attention. ‘Good enough for government work’ isn’t just something people say to be mean or funny. It’s a real thing.

They have the worst mail people ever. Always leaving packages right in the open, and always deliver to the wrong house... they also put “Delieverd” when it’s not even delieverd yet. Not to mention they can’t even answer their phone lines. I called so many times and no one picked picked up. I’m still trying to find my package... it got deliverers two days ago and I can’t even call them to tell them I already made a case for it because THEY WONT ANSWER!

THE ULTIMATE WORST POST OFFICE EVERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! Because of this post office, I DO NOT have 3 packages - accumulating cost of $214.86. I have NO earthly idea as to why my package would circulate to this post office even though my address is DIRECTLY on the package. The 1st package is lost at Christmas time. A very special gift for a 7 year old, bought here in the U.S. and that 7 year old DID NOT receive it! Not only did the missing gift make the 7 yr old cry because she DID NOT receive it, but it made me highly upset because it ruined her (our) Christmas. It wasn't so much about the "gift" but the principle of the matter of this post office's actions! The post office RETURNED the package to sender WITHOUT notifying me as I waited & waited! The 2nd package was VERY important items that I ordered from here in the U.S. to use while I am volunteering. The tracking kept saying it was at this location, so I called to find out why it hasn't been delivered to my house. As they took 30 minutes to 'search', turns out, it had been at their location for 5 days BUT since "I didn't come retrieve it", they sent it back to the original company! Keep in mind - it was supposed to be delivered at my house! I check my mail DAILY!!! But this post office is VERY INCOMPETENT of handling every day postal customer service. The 3rd package is why I am on here TODAY! I ordered an item from China for a special occasion. I watched the tracking day to day. As it got closer to delivery date, I'm questioning the sender - WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?? Turns out, its not the sender's fault but the JOE POOL POST OFFICE fault! The package somewhat arrived on time....BUT....because it routed to JOE POOL STATION, it SAT THERE for over 10 days!! No one called me, emailed me or left me a notification at my door or in my box! I'm an epileptic. So I was trying to remain calm without having a seizure because of stress... I called JOE POOL STATION and talked with a guy named Michael on the phone this morning and to his knowledge, they do not know where my package is!! I WAS FURIOUS! So, now, I am on the phone with USPS CORPORATE to relay this information because I have had ENOUGH of their ridiculous incompetency, laziness and unprofessionalism. In the future, DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!

My mail in my area has been delivered to my neighbors house multiple times in the past two weeks. I’m getting very upset and it’s becomung a hassle. My neighbor shouldn’t have to come to drop off my mail to me or I shouldn’t have to ask to her if she has anything of mine. I don’t want them knowing anything about my personal life or my purchases. Who can I talk to to complain about it to get it corrected??

Mail is not being properly placed in mailbox of residence. Mail is folded over and the lid falls on it and bends the envelopes. I want to file a complaint. This has to be corrected. The mail man needs to place all envelopes properly. Is it too much to ask for some respect by the postal carrier in my area?

In reference to the services that Joe Pool USPS station is providing, I have had a few poor incidences that I would like to share due to the fact, I rallied for their jobs. I have had packages that were delivered on time (considering the "system" of the post office). Packages that may require a two day delivery, comes to me generally in four days. I was supposed to have three packages delivered by Saturday, May 9, 2015- but as of today, May 11, 2015, they have not arrived. The packages in question were "Tendered to USPS" on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 9:02 AM. I can understand weather and other personal matters that may come up, but isn't this why there are alternates? I mean, if some employee dropped the ball or called in sick, shouldn't their be an alternate for these individuals? Is it because they (USPS) may have to pay out more in terms of pay? What one employee lost in wages, should be an incentive for another employee to pick up some extra hours.
On top of the miscommunication of the employees to the staff and supervisors, I have had the unfortunate event of having my mailbox being damaged because one of the (temporary?) mail carriers (not our regular scheduled courier) decided to force and apply Physics by inserting the package into this limited space.
Although they may be the, "sweetest and kindest people," nothing great can be said about the accuracy or efficiency of their "system."

I agree, those individuals that are "at work," but not doing their jobs should consider another line of work.

Ok I had some mail delivered to me on Saturday April 19, 2014 and I was not at my residence so the mail carrier left a we miss you notice, and I signed up for redelivery, but as of today it's the 24th and I still haven't received my mail so if you have mail being delivered by the U.S.A Postal Service in Dallas,Tx be aware of the Joe Pool Post Office they give you the runaround.

Maybe your mail carrier does not like the fact you generalize about all mailmen in Dallas, based on a single incident so he wants you to come to the Post Office and pick it up yourself.

U r absolutely correct in your statement. THEY ARE VERY
LAZY. I had an incident to occur at my home, they want to walk across your yard that you spend monies on trying to make your yard look decent. And here they come making a TRAIL, causing your lawn to look tacky. Do your JOB BY USING THE SIDEWALK, YOU THINK?.!¡ I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE US POSTAL SERVICE. CAN I GET AN "AMEN," FROM ANYONE THAT IS IN AGREEMENT WITH ME. Jfay :-)
