I am writing to formally report a deeply troubling experience I had at a USPS location on Saturday, July 26, 2025, regarding a package that has been missing since July 7, 202 The tracking history shows repeated failed delivery attempts, with the package being rerouted to a post office 45 miles away from my home. After calling the USPS 800 number, I was told the package was at a nearby post office. However, that location then claimed it was at another post office across town. The sender confirmed the correct ZIP code was used, so this appears to be an internal USPS error. 🧍‍♀️ In-Person Experience I visited the post office and spoke with a female employee who searched briefly, then told me she couldn’t find the package and didn’t know where it was. When I asked what I should do as a customer, she casually said, “Well, it’s not here. I guess whoever scanned it put in the wrong number,” and advised me to file a claim. I requested to speak with a supervisor. After initial refusal, Mr. Dominguez came out visibly angry and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. He was an oversized man. His tone was hostile, and my husband had to intervene to de-escalate the situation. Mr. Dominguez offered no solution and simply stated he didn’t know where the package was. This experience was not only frustrating—it was demeaning. I was treated with indifference and aggression while trying to resolve a legitimate issue. I am requesting: A full investigation into the whereabouts of my package. Accountability for the unprofessional conduct of USPS staff, especially Mr. Dominguez. Clear communication and resolution regarding this matter. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. I am happy to provide the tracking number and any additional details needed.

I am in shock at what I saw at this branch of the U.S. postal service. First. The fact the employees were ignorant to the Constitution of the United States of America. And second. The serious condition of the Postal officer's at this location being Grotesque and obese. If there are not statues in place concerning the physical fitness of the people we are entrusting our very safety to each time we visit this post office there needs to be asap. Every single officer was exstreamly over weight. Walking heart attacks. I respectfully request these issues be addressed accordingly.
