30 calls back to back and they never answer the phone!
Had a box from NC make it to Dallas and instead of going to Houston it goes to NJ! Really! The box should have been here on Oct 8th...it’s made it back to Dallas and hasn’t moved since the 13th! And the post office wants us to trust them with mail in voting ballets! WOW! Dallas can’t send boxes to the right place how can they move letters! Who do people that work there keep their jobs, apparently they can’t read to sort the mail and they don’t know how to answer a phone!
I am looking for pkg that my brother sent from Teague Tx prison coming to me in Channelview. I was sent out a month ago and I still have not received it. I was told that from Teague Tx it goes to your facility in Dallas I been trying to call but I have had no luck in reaching anyone to talk to everytime the phone ring it states that the person you are trying to reach is unavailable

I mailed a birthday card to my daughter two weeks ago and she still has not received it. This is the second card my family members have not received from me. The first was in February which was mailed from South Dallas location and my daughters which was mailed from the Grand Prairie location on Westchester. I'm so disappointed with the out going delivery service here. I NEVER experienced this when I lived in NM. I will now have to send all my mail overnight with a tracking number. RIDICULOUS!

How do I make a formal complaint against the Duncanville Postmaster named Stacy Tapalin? She treated a customer in a very unprofessional and extremely rude way by yelling at him threatening to call the PO PO(as she termed it) for no provocation at all ? It was a good thing her postal staff were level headed and did not follow her example.
Spring Valley Station Zip Code 75240
This morning just prior to 9:30 I rang the Package Pickup Bell at the side door at the post office for Spring Valley, Dallas, Texas Zip code 75240. Waited, rang the bell many more times and waited. Finally, went to the front counter where one postal clerk was working with a long line of people, and asked if someone was working the package pickup door?? Was told "They were on break" Really!? You just opened and they are on break?? Where is the person who takes their place when they're on break?? So, I was told by the clerk to wait for them. Went back to the side door and rang the bell again and waited.... Now, another person is in line with me. Rang the bell and waited. Now, the only person working the front counter (1) is yelling to come to the front since evidently, nobody was working the package pickup door! 15 minutes have elapsed and now the line of customers is out the front door, and still, one clerk is working the counter!! In the past at this post office I've waited in line at the front counter when only one clerk is working and after waiting in line for some period, arriving at the front of the line only to be told to go to the side door as the clerk was the only one working and could not retrieve packages!! So where is the consistency?? This post office is dysfunctional as it appears their management has not implemented any rules governing when the side door is staffed when workers either take a break or are not available to perform at their work stations. First and foremost, if the side door package pickup window is NOT staffed, there should be a sign placed on the outside of the door alerting postal customers to go to the front counter, not the discourtesy shown clients with the current less than satisfactory operation. This is not the first time this has occurred at this post office!!
Would like to get intouch with someone about my 90 year old mom needing her mail delivered to her door. She lives in Tyler and I took a doctors prescription (note) to her post office and they said they had to send it to dallas for approval this has been two months ago and have not heard from anyone would like a phone number to reach the person in charge of this. THEY STATED THEY ARE AWARE, ITS IN OPERATIONS SUPPORT DEPT. CALL HIGHLAND HILLS STATION AGAIN, THEY RETURN PHONE CALL FINALLY. THE MANAGER IS AWARE AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. ORDERS COME FROM THE MAIN POST OFFICE BUT WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW UP, GAVE ME POST MASTER NAME FRANCIS LOVE, ALSO REACH OUT TO CHAD BROOKS....
