Postal Locations

I just want to say that the Hatboro Post Office, PA 19040, is a very nice place. I was recently there to post a package. The window clerks were nice and pleasant. I live in Willow Grove PA 19090; but I vowed never to go into that post office again due to a disgraceful incident on October 22, 2021. I reported it to the Home Office; but as of this date, I have not heard back from them. I will visit Hatboro PO again. Thank you.

Could you please ask your mail carrier to use some common sense before walking across an area that's clearly being worked on with no regard? There's steps in the front of the home designated for getting to the front door. Instead of using those this man decided to be extra lazy and walk across the packed sand, leaving me to have to repack all of it. Clearly, he didn't give a s-it or really is just plain lazy. Further, it's a front patio being constructed. It's not the safest path to the mailbox. Truly, I expected better from our postal service.

While I undersand some things do not fit in the mailbox, please have your carriers close the doors tightly when leaving packages between doors. It was just a flat USPS envelope. 3/22/17 was the 2nd time the mail carrier has damaged my storm door by leaving it swinging in 40 mph wind. The first time was fixable, this time it is all twisted out of shape. Really, I should hold USPS responsible for this damage. Storm doors are not cheap!!! I may still file a claim. I cannot use my front door til I get a replacement.

So I call the post office on 12/24/14. Yes Christmas eve. I've tracked a package that says its out for delivery and my post man already came...then I see another post truck deliver a package to my neighbor. So concerned that my Christmas gift which was promissed to be delivered might not come I decided to call and see if its at the post office. I really want to be able to give my son his gift on Christmas. So I call and a colored woman answers. I ask if she could look up a tracking number for me real quick.....Her reply "We closed at 12 noon, you're seriously calling me at 3:50 and want me to track a package for you....are you serious...you've got to be kidding me!" Nice....real nice lady...I hope santa poops on your floor when he drops off coal for you this year....your customer service is absoulty terrible....Thank you very much....you just made my Holiday! Oh yea by the way I have a friend who is a postal supervisor in another town....I'm going to be sure to inform them of this call.
