i would like to inform the postmaster that you have a delivery person driving from house to house Collage ,Preston and Columbia parking in driveways or in front of them getting out putting the mail bag on to walk ten feet to the mailbox ! wow gas must be free ! fill ins must now they need to walk the route! this is the second day i have seen this happen if they don't want to walk put them in the back room sorting .
As of 2/4/21: i have not had any mail delivered from the Willow Grove post office since Saturday a week ago. I realize we had the big snow storm that was too tough for delivery. However, the carrier has a clear path to my mailbox to deliver my mail!
I am over in Upper Dublin on Alba Rd and I had my mailbox partially destroyed by a recent plow. It knocked the door off the box and I would like to thank my carrier for being awesome and putting my mail in a plastic bag to keep it dry. It's the little things. Thank you so much !
We get great service at our business. Tom and Kien are both great! However, when the central office told us to obtain and fill out a certified mail refund form from the post office, they gave us the form but then refused to refund us. I didn't think that was at all appropriate.
Again last week I received no store advertisements. This is not the first time this has happened. We always received our Ads with Thursday’s mail. We depend on these ads to ascertain where we will shop that week on condition to who has which items on sale. This is inconvenient to us and is unfair to those who pay for their ads to be delivered. I am hoping to receive my ads from now on.

Incredible customer service! Tracy was amazing. She was extremely kind and professional. She did a great job of helping me through the process to get passports for myself and my 3 (slightly impatient) children.
