No one answers the phone...ever...it rings till it goes to hang up... Did not deliver mail/package yesterday, reason being that there was no access to mailbox. Not true, there is always access.

My January 30, 2021 TV Weekly Magazine was delivered yesterday March 31, 2021.from the Warminster P.O. What am I supposed to do with that?? This has been going on since last September 2020. In 7 months I have received 5 issues on time. The rest were not delivered or arrived like this one...too late to be useful! It is interesting that this all started when the previous president's "slow down" in the USPS began. Maybe hiring a few more postal workers would help pick up the slack in Warminster's post office.

Over the last few months, my place of business has had a problems with our afternoon pick up. We don't know if we are going to get one or not. Then when you call the Post office on Mearns road to find out what is going on, they don't answer the phone and let it ring for 5 minutes. These lazy government workers are getting paid way too much for the crap job that they are preforming.

This morning there was an obnoxious mail man filling in for our normal mailman. First, he drove the truck into our trash can and pushed it about 5 feet from where it was place. Mind you, it was not in the way of the mail box. It was only in HIS way. He then put the truck in reverse and flew back to the neighbors box. Following that he floored it to my other neighbors mail box that’s about 4-5 car lengths away. This is unacceptable and not how you drive in a residential neighborhood. This was on Whittier Dr, in Warminster. June 19, 2020 around 9:30AM

Our mail man Anthony "Tony" is outstanding and truly represents what it means to "deliver and serve" his mail route. No matter the weather his brisk walk and smile is always a welcome sight, not only is the mail on time, it is delivered dry and as mailed. What a treasure!

I am concerned that the mail carrier that is currently working the stations at bucks county in Warminster is sick. He is sneezing and coughing at the mail boxes and is not wearing a mask. He is clearly under the weather. What is being done to address sick mail carriers? there are a lot of elderly folks in our community

Today there was a downed power line that restricted access to a few houses on Sharon Street in Warminster. However, there were 8 houses that she had access to that she blew by at 30 miles per hour and went to Knight street. I'm expecting a package that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and most definitely should have been delivered today. Instead she neglected to deliver mail to 8 houses. Why did that happen?

I have such negative things to say about this postal "service". I lived in apartment complex with a bank of mailboxes, and I constantly received mail for others, but not my own. When I moved, I processed a forwarding address. It has been over a month and nothing has been forwarded - NOTHING. Also, when I tried to return my mailbox keys to the PO, they threw the keys in the trash in front of me, but I guarantee they are still "processing" mail to my old address.

They decided rather than looking in their registry of addresses....or just leaving the package with my main apartment building office....to send my package all the way back to the sender....why...really lazy. get out of the car....go into the office...say "hey, is there a person by this name? Oh yes...okay let me leave it for them...". Instead I need to waste an hour on the phone with USPS to say sorry we cant hold the package as it is already scanned to send back....Thanks for wasting my time, my money, and my patience. Worst office ever...this isn't the first time.

all the time it says my package has been delivered and I wont actually get it for days. they actually complained about having to lean too far out of their truck..... so they wont deliver packages if they don't feel like it as if their doing you a favor and your not paying them. so right now I have no idea if my package is lost or they just don't feel like giving me the item. I call and they are rude on the phone they are just a bunch of lazy self centered assholes

Guarantee Priority Express Mail Tracking A JOKE. I was told my letter was guaranteed to arrive by12 noon the next day. Also told I could track my letter online through tracking number. I tracked my letter and the system said it was "in route" at 1:00pm, 5:30pm, 7:30pm--the day it was to arrive by 12. I called this post office and they told me it was in route. I was upset it did not arrive on time but felt I was going to get my money back as a consolation. Guess What the following day (day after guarantee) amazingly the post office says it was delivered at 10 am when it was due. WHY TRACK IT if they claim they cannot guarantee when the tracking information is updated. Don't sell me a service and then fall short of fulfilling that service.

Worst post office around, horrible customer service and when you have your mail delivered to others all the time or receive others mail it's frustrating! Don't look for answers or help here!
