The sidewalk at the Handicap parking spot is a Safety Hazard at the Upper Southampton. Post Office This needs to be repaired or Replaced. ASAP As a Handicaped person this is a Safety Hazard and a problem getting into the Post Office Safely Thanks. Warren

My address is 16012 Beacon Hill Drive and some mail is sent to 1612. I was away and when I cme back the virus 19 was in effect. Did I pick up my held mail. Thank you. 215-579-8456

I moved didn’t want to forwarded my mail to new place, I asked employee also manger for the form to fill out for this. I was told “ just walk away and that’s it don’t have to fill out anything “ when that’s a lie because actually there was a form a change of address to fill out and I would check the box to not forward my mail. Manger was no help just brushed me aside

Had a terrible experience getting my mail out of my mailbox yesterday March 22. There were several pieces of mail plus a cardboard box containing a paperback book. The mail was all crunched up and the box was wedged in and unable to retrieve. Had to tear the box apart to get it out. UNACCEPTABLE. Box should never been put in mailbox.
