After seeing on the news that there has been mail stolen from the mailbox outside the Horsham post office, I have been paying attention to any mail that included a check that I have had to send through the USPS. On Sunday, August 8, I mailed my Horsham school taxes to Hatboro Federal Saving. In checking with them yesterday, after 9 days, they have still not received them. My question is this: Does anyone know if the Horsham post office has a security camera to monitor this box, especially now in light of the recent thefts?

A package was shipped to me from Horsham on 6-17-21. Status is STILL pre-shipping. Why are you holding onto this? Please send immediately. Today is 6-28-21.

They still apparently struggle to answer the phone. Let the phone ring for over 20 minutes before someone picked up and they refused to look for my package that has been there for 4 days.

Been waiting for a package that according to tracking arrived at the Horsham Post Office on May 13 and it never left. I have tried to call but phone rings and rings. Not sure how to proceed. It needs to get to Philadelphia.

Things seemed to be getting better at this location...until today. I was treated rudely by the clerk who waited on me. Not happy.

I am very annoyed. I mailed a Birthday Card and put two stamps on it. It was returned today for “Postage Due $2.70”. You are saying it’s a “Parcel”. It’s a regular size Birthday Card. It is a musical card, therefore, a little thicker. But $2.70?? The worst part is someone at your Post Office put two postage due stickers right on top of the address!! Now, I don’t have an envelope and I’m out $1.10 for two stamps!! I’m in my 70’s and high risk for this virus, but, now I’ll have to come to your Post Office to get this straightened out.

I would like to issue a complaint about your Post Office. Two years in a row I have sent a Christmas card with a gift card enclosed to my sister who lives in Horsham. This year I sent it to her old address (by accident) and it has not been heard from since. Usually the Post Office puts a sticker on the envelope that this is undeliverable and returns it to the sender. We have not had it returned and my sister has not received it. Since this has happened two years in a row, I feel that there is some problem with your particular Post Office. My sister has lived in Horsham the whole time. Please look into this problem. One of your employees has been enjoying dinner at Olive Gardens two years in a row.

I visited at 4:15 on Monday, May 21 and was treated very poorly. A week prior I was told that I had an 'improper label' for the weight of my package. So I cam back today with the intent of purchasing the proper label. The woman who helped me today refused to weigh my package, was planning on charging me for tape, and told me I did not need the 'new' label. This information is conflicting, so when I tried to clarify with the worker she did not attempt to clarify anything. For a second time, she refused to weigh my package to clarify the label was correct. She then told me to go home and put it in my mail box. I did not spend 30 minutes in the car to be told to put it in the mailbox at the end of my driveway. I was intending on shipping this package out today. The entire time I spoke with her I was treated very poorly, after working years in retail and customer service I have NEVER treated a customer this way. Unfortunately USPS has a monopoly on the shipping in Horsham so I am forced to give you my money. I am not pleased with my treatment and encourage management to work with their employees and their customer service skills.

Hello. Our postal deliver person for Downey Drive and neighborhood cannot read. Please replace this person as we continue to receive other peoples mail. Also putting a note on other peoples mail received in our mailbox, the mail person ignores to pickup the others peoples mail with a note on it. Thank you.

Hello, I have visited your new location in Horsham, PA. You should be aware that I was served by Latia (sp?) at the counter today and on prior occasions. She is quite unhappy and really seems to hate her job. Her manager should speak to her about this.

Poor service. I am tired of the worker delivering the same piece of mail 3 or more times to my house for a different address. Now, I received notification that a package was delivered to my house today by USPS. NOPE. I was home all day and saw him put the mail in my mailbox. This package would have been quite large. If you didn't feel like getting out of your truck, don't mark it delivered. I think the USPS is their own worst enemy. No Christmas bonus for this guy this year.

Dave is so incredibly rude. Alex Yamach,
What job do you work at where you deal with courteous, polite people 40 hours a week? We all work with stupid, ignorant people but this guy is just unprofessional. He screams in my ear to ask his drivers questions, instead of putting me on hold. Numerous times my package has been delivered to the wrong apartment complex and his only response has been "my post man left it right there under the mailbox." Even when I tell him I've been home all day, it never came, this happened before and people from the other apartment complex drove here to give me my package, he still says "nope, my postman left it right there under the mailbox." Obviously he's union, otherwise he wouldn't have a job. He is the absolute worst.

Dealing with stupid and ignorant people 40 hours a week will make anyone snappy and rude.

Yes! The man that works there is always very rude- I even saw him get snappy with a sweet elderly lady who was worried about her package getting to its destination on time. He is always nasty, snappy, and rude. This is my local post office so I have to deal with his nasty attitude often. He shouldn't be working with people.
