Order from Amazon not left at house by USPS from White City. Tried NUMEROUS TIMES to contact the White City USPS and they just don't seem to have time to answer their phone to ask about options for delivery. No wonder the USPS has such a horrible rating and is going broke. Should end and have a private organization take over. Gift for the other child WAS DELIVERED by UPS. Unfortunately, I had no option to ask to NOT have delivery for this gift by USPS. You just disappointed a sick young girl.
I have some packages that were sent out to my address but I never received them. According to my tracking numbers they should be here! Can you please follow up with me to track them down.
Horrible customer service at white city location and failure to deliver multiple packages are the reason I'm writing, I live slightly out of town and have had many of my packages over the past few weeks not delivered due to a failure to read delivery or redelivery instructions of simply leaving packages on the porch, I also have people around the house every day to receive any package coming our way and yet again USPS leaves a note saying they missed me.. please, I'm right here at home
I was supposed to receive a package/letter yesterday # 9505516317471042589369 in parcel box , which was posted as delivered at 13:47 hrs on 02/18/2021 which I received notice that it was delivered through my USPS on line account, it was nowhere to be found, and this is not the first this has happened
My mailbox has been super group chat and I need my mail can you please get in touch with me I have reported it to your federal law-enforcement and they said they were going to see about getting it re-keyed but I haven’t heard anything back and it’s been a week and I need my mail.
I have a problem with the mailbox for our item to be recieved cause there is a key broken in the door that holds my item, how does that get fixed or do I have to get it open
