Worst customer service I ever got, after being put on hold for 25 mins I finally got some dude obviously in another country cause I couldn’t understand a single word he was trying to say so obviously I hung up and after tracking my package it says it got to Medford Oregon yesterday and I would receive my package by the 28th of February, which is weird cause I’m only about one mile from the post office and then I track it again and it’s in Compton California, which again is weird cause now it’s going the wrong way, I tried to get a number for local post office so they could type in the tracking number and tell me what’s going on in literally seconds but you ppl would rather see me go through hell and waste my unlimited mins and then my phone dies , you ppl suck never again will I use the post office , that would be stupid of me to use a place that does shit ass backwards I give you zero stars but I give 10 stars for your since of humor ! No question this was done on purpose by someone that hates there job thank you and may your day be filled with death

Why is it, our letter carrier CANNOT get herself out of her vehicle and deluver our packages? Instead, she will leave notice in our mailbox that there was not a secure place to leave it, and package required a signature. Our secured mailbox is 20 ft from our front door. This is a CONSTANT PROBLEM with the carrier on N. Deanjou. The laziness is out of control
