if you mlive in a tailer park that has only 3 trailer you might get mail once a week if your lucky
I put change of address did all forms even went toed post office to sort it out NOTHING but telling mr it costs1.120 in paid 1.10 ( that's new)basiclly the lazy mailMAN is taking matter to his convienience, you might get mail delivered 1 time a week if your lucky
Extremely poor customer service.
They cannot locate packages... of 5 people ahead of me only one was lucky. I guess there is no system with check and balance.
I been waiting on medications that were overnighted to me on Wednesday, its now 7:00pm on Tuesday and its still not arrived but tracking says its on the truck for delivery since Saturday. I need these medications to breathe thats why they were overnighted from, White City to Medford but still nothing in a week.
Its really sad when 30 ppl on a carriers route sign a petition to get RID of a TERRIBLE carrier, and it gets RIPPPED UP AND TOSSED. While Travis LAUGHS with his buddy the crappy carrier. He was even FIRED once, but pulled the "race" card as he is Mexican decent and CANT read ADDRESSES! This went on for 3 years! NONE of his bosses give a DAMN! THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT COMPLAINTS. Our STATE REPRESENTATIVE ALSO COMPLAINED and it landed on DEAF EARS when it reached TRAVIS! They got a GOOD OLE BOY network that prevents ANYONE that is Travis's buddy to be diciplined. He REFUSED to deliver our mail, and they told me that would be the ONLY reason a carrier could be fired or removed. When I complained 3 TIMES about Gomez REFUSING to deliver CERTIFIED LETTERS, they did NOTHING ABOUT IT! Its OUTRAGEOUS they would allow this and still have NO PROBLEMS raising rates. This jerk threatened us, that if we made ONE MORE COMPLAINT, he would NEVER deliver our mail again, and we would have to pick it up onSage rd, the WORSE PLACE TO GO EVER! Ive NEVER had problems like this in 25 yrs living at the same address. I got mail from EVERY street in Medford. He OBVIOUSLY cant handle the job. His replacements do a better job than he could on a daily basis. NOBODY liked this guy. The other carriers CANT STAND HIM, but Travis (the boss) is his buddy and covers for him by THROWING AWAY the complaints b/4 they make it to Portland. Ive NEVER been so frustrated with the post office EVER. EVERY complaint falls into the round file. TRAVIS SHOULD BE FIRED FOR THIS
I am going through the same situation. He was inappropriate to my 10 year old, when asked his name he said “None of your fning business” taunted us with our mail and packages and drove right past us. When we went to the facility itself for the second complaint the supervisor refused to help us and tried to say we threatened him, which is a complete lie. They are a government office and the worst customer service. I want to reach the head office.

Angelhawk, you may have the same carrier, he got transferred from our route (thank God) WHen you get a bad one it can really be miserable. I HIGHLY recommend you dont give up and take as far as you possibly can. Best of luck
