I have lived in Maspeth at the same address for over 30 Years. I have encountered a female, tall thin blonde postal worker. (she refuses to give her name) not delivering my mail in a proper fashion. Today I received my mail soaking wet. She also does not close the gate to my walkway even though I have asked her numerous times. She also leaves the cover of my mailbox open. It was pouring rain today. My mail is damaged and soaking wet. She is harassing me alone as she closes everyone else’s gate except mine. The reason behind this is bc a friend of mine who lives on the same block filed.a complaint against her and since then she has felt the need now to harass me, I’m a 76 yr old senior. When I asked her to close the gate she said it was too heavy but I have witnessed her closing everyone else’s. Please change her route off of 63rd Street and 53rd drive. I feel I’m being targeted. I called the local No and they said they would speak to her but nothing was done. Please follow up and advise me what steps I need to take to stop the harassment. This has been going in for two years. Thank You

Good day, we have already sent two large packages to the address on 5912 61 Street Maspeth,MY,11378 to the receiver is Iosif Rezi at the 21/07/2022. Please find attached the shipment numbers. Unfortunately, we were informed that there was no pickup slip in the mailbox and therefore we do not know where the package is. According to the tracking the packages should be in the post office US, PLZ 11378. Shipment number: CA110888929AT & CA110888932AT Could you please tell us what the exact address is so we can pass it on. I would be glad to hear from you soon. Thank you very much. I never received my package when I checked the tracking no. It said a attempted delivery was made on 1201/21 @11.55 AM. That's a lie I was home all day that day and no one ever came. Then it said wrong address and that's another lie. I checked my address with the store co. And of course the right address. Then it said return to sender, no made a 2nd. Attempt nor did I receive a card from post office telling me I have a package. The fist choice wad to send back to sender after waiting a month already. Needless to say I am heated. Totally incompetence. Worst p.o. ever dealt with. Good for nothing!!!

I have been going to Maspeth Post Office for over 17 years. It has always been a very friendly place. That has changed. I drop off my processed and pre-paid packages everyday. There has always been a friendly person to take my processed and pre-paid packages. Since December I have been told to wait on line. This is a health risk during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are too many people crammed into a very small area. There is no reason for a person dropping off processed and pre-paid packages to wait on a line. Why is the manager of the Maspeth Post Office putting people's lives in danger!

Have been calling their number (718) 457-5623 for nearly two(2) days straight now. It rings for about 3 minutes then disconnects. Nobody even picks up, and you can't leave a message. Spoke with reps from the 800# and all they can do is to say to just keep trying their number

I have posted signs both outside and inside next to the mail box telling the postal worker to please put the mail addressed to the recipients with a mailbox inside and not leave it on the counter. this was in April on 6 different occasion the mail has been left outside of the mailbox. Please address the issue with the carrier standard operating procedure should be putting the mail inside of the recipients mailbox where it is secure and for privacy. thank you

Worse post office ever,never answer phone ,always messing up the mail,incompetent, lazy ,disrespectful, illiterate,stupid people.i dnt even care if i get my mail becuase i dont get it anyway,its always in wrong mail box in building or a block or 2 over.instead of shutting down schools ,mayor should consider shutting that crap whole down! Maspeth postal office is the worst I ever was.I went with photo ID and avizo my mailman left. They said I need to bring proof of my address. I found in the car letter from New York State but they said it is not enough it should be certified mail.I am not sure it is stupidity or nastiness.

This is the second worst post office the first is at 11385 zip code. here at 11378 the female black carrier, thin build, 130 lbs. short black hair, always on her head set yapping on her cell phone. she has the route on 59th road, and does pick ups at the green box there. has been skipping my address. i have complained to her supervisors which also need supervision because they do not answer the phone or update their fax number. when i did bring my problem to their personal attention nothing was done to remedy this problem. the supervisors i have spoken to always have the same excuse we will call you, but never do. in the private sector these people would be fired or suspended at the very least. this does not happen constantly at other carriers, ups, fed ex or dhl. that is because they would be fired for not performing their jobs. i rate these postal employees and my congress woman grace meng at 00000. that is because she also failed to help me on this matter. try the phone numberS and see where it takes you....phone: 718-457-5623 fax: 718-460-5537

Someone in your office claimed they delivered a package at 10:37 on Saturday June 3. I have been all day and nothing was delivered. I tried calling for over 45 minutes and no one answered the phone.

Typical New York people at this post office. Mail was addressed to street instead of lane did they check the name NO. It was a gift did they hold it for 3 days NO! They sent it back right away these mail people are real morons who would not get a job outside of New York!!!!

Ok. The managers name is Anabel. An bad attitude Asian women. I went personally to the branch today, ask for my package she told me was in the street with the mailman. He NEVER rang the bell and left a sign. I went back to the office they were close, but a mailman saw me and told me I will go inside and take them for you. Guess what ? Anabel came out screaming on me telling they were closed and throw my usps paper in The floor...
I paid the double of the price to have my package on time, and now, have to wait the weekend to get it..

Plz let someone else deliver the packages from this post office their service is horrible and the mailman is a jerk

Where is my package?

Do not go there. Bad attitude, no parking, long lines. They did not scan my package on the spot,so no trucking number. Have to pray for other side to received it.

Were very rude to me ! and, seen them being rude to others. witnessed arguments. spent, my whole lunch hour here yesterday .trying to get work stuff done. they, did not know what they were doing at all!!! I came with appropriate paperwork . and, forms. and they were clueless. The manager i asked for Annabelle was not helpful or professional. i knew more then her. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! I am complaining about the manager and another person at a window.. BY NO MEANS ANY MAILMEN. and , today now i gotta go to another post office on my lunch hour and HOPEFULLY they know what they are doing.

This post office service is the worst I have ever experience in my life. I check my package online and says I missed the first delivery attempt and says left notice at my door but didnt receive any notice at door. I called that number to check the status whether my package is on way. They didn't ask anything about my package and said check to local post office and then later I went to check my package on local post office and they said they don't have my package. I called mespath post office again to check. You know what they said wasting his time. Can you imagine that's how they treat customer. Worst worst n worst experience in my entire life
