Send letter 3 Feb/23 con cheque renta y el destinatario aún no lo recibe. El mes pasado sucedió exactamente lo mismo. Temo que en esta misma fecha envié otro cheque a DMV para renovación de las placas de mi carro y suceda igual. Por favor les agradecería u a explicación al respecto.

Why does the Middle Village post office NOT answer their phones? I am concerned about a package that was handed off to the USPS (with good reason) by Fed Ex. I do not want my package left unattended if I am not home to receive it but I can not get in touch with my post office to let them know!

There is no oversight in these post offices. The office on Woodbine and Fresh Pond Rd. CLOSED FOR LUNCH form 1pm to 2:30pm signed the Mngr. Are they kidding? This is the second time in 6 months that I have gone to the PO where they CLOSED for LUNCH. What business closes for lunch? Are they for real, where is the supervision in these offices? (This is not Mexico where they siesta, this is USA. What a great country.) Put on one of your beautiful regulation grey sweaters. And DO YOUR JOB. Postal CLERKS are the LAZIEST. They work at 2 speeds SLOW and STOP, with an attitude like they are doing you a favor for being there.

have disappeard over a period of several months. This never happened with packages delivered to me by the Ridgewood post office or any packages ever delivered by UPS or FedEx. When I contacted the post office they told me that the packages were delivered and they are not responsible after that. If the packages were stolen, how come that none of the packages delivered by the other companies mentioned above disappeared? I would understand if this happened once, but TWO TIMES? Give me a break! Something is not right here.
