Postal Locations

The most unprofessional organisation I've ever run across, The workers are mostly Lazy entitled thieves and I wouldn't trust them to water my flowers which is why I now use Fed Ex and UPS. I hope and prey that congress shuts you people down and I will not rest until it happens, For twenty five years I've received the worst customer service imaginable from this location.The staff has always been rude, unwilling to engage with customers and is dismissive of customer concerns.It once took me three days to receive a package they held at the location because "Because they felt like it" her words not mine. best keep your camera phone on if your gonna go their because regular people will not believe you when you tell them about this place.

Called all day and no one answered the phone. I also called the toll free number and couldn't understand my question. Is this 718-418-1185 a working number that's posted on the website . I also called two other USPS in the are with same zip code and no one picked up the phone as well. Very upsetting of service given to customers.

Attempted to contact the post office at the # above for 2.5 hours today . Phone continuously busy . At 1pm & now again still busy which leads me to believe this is not a working # and I wasted my entire morning . Called the toll free # 3 times but because the program could not understand my request it ended my call . I have a serious complaint regarding a package delivery and can't seem to find anyone to help . This is ridiculous!!!!!
