Well, yesterday I spent most of the time on the phone with a Miss Betty filing a complaint against the post office. My postal delivery person at crossroad 6210N Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV I got a message saying my package was delivered go out into the mailbox and it’s not there. I have somebody else’s, I’ve ordered things getting ready for Christmas. Not only did I get one package that was open all the information contents was taken out and put in my mailbox. Somehow my absentee ballot was tried to open and I guess maybe they got caught it got halfway through and then now my package that says it was delivered Yet it’s delivered but not to me and this is been happening getting other people‘s mail. I’m still trying to figure out how they got this box in my mailbox that was completely open and everything contents taken out except for the bottles I’ve tried now to call them at their post office and all it does is rang. I don’t get an agent 702-839-4471. I’m tired of my mail, not being delivered. I’m tired of my packages not showing up when they stated clearly because I have to scan it saying it was delivered in your box. What guess what it wasn’t Opening mail wrong packages. I would like the package that I ordered back in my mailbox but I doubt it because somebody has it and they’re not gonna give it up. I’ll be down either Monday or Tuesday to see the delivery supervisor and yes I did file a complaint and as you can see this post office has two stars and they wonder why if I get the runaround that’s fine I will call the agents toll-free I said Miss Betty was awesome and very clear that it was unacceptable and the same thing how do we get an open package put in your box getting mail from other neighbors should we drop it off this package? I’m gonna go ahead and take to the post office first going to see the delivery supervisor .

Over the past couple of years, the mail carriers from this USPS location are incompetent ever since Vince (the best mail carrier) had retired. I always get mail from neighbors in my surrounding area as they have received my mail. Postal workers are paid very well including retirement, health/dental insurance, paid sick leave and vacation pay. There is absolutely no justified acceptable reason for their ineptness…what does anyone expect, this is a federally operated organization, totally worthless…

When I opened my mailbox there was a key to open one of the lockboxes which I did but it was empty apparently the mailman forgot to put the package in the box because the box was empty. Can someone please help me? My address is 6741 N. Decatur blvd apt 272. My phone # 702 289-8201.

I have been trying to reach this office to inquire the status of my lost/delivered to the wrong address mail. I have called several times only to be hung up on after several rings on the line. If they found the mail at the wrong address, I just want to know that it was retrieved and sent to the rightful owner. They have my number

calling and calling voice says hold for operator and then ringing and ringing then disconnected

Horrible service. I have to say that this is the only post office that can't seem to find my address. I have had 3 packages returned to sender and it is ridiculous! The phone never gets answered as well. How can I tell them I want a redelivery or put my mail on hold when no one's answering the phone??

my tracking number AQ826770475CN my parcel was reported delivered it was not delivered to my address or my mail box i came down to the post office to report it ,i was told that the postman would have to go find where he delivered it to after he came back so where is my package as it took 11 days to get hear from china and you lost it todays date 07192021 please let me know what is going on thank you

For gods sake get someone who can read to deliver the mail! you have not delivered mail that appeared on my daily postal report. One had a P.O. Box address and zip code in view, but a return label over my return label. It did have the zip plus four printed. Now why was this not delivered? You could see the address? Why was your label put over the return label? Why did the carrier not deliver with the plus four? Where is it now? Just yesterday you took back a tax refund check for my 90 year old mother. Yes it had the wrong address BUT it did make it to my report with her last name. Her name is in the mail box why was it not delivered? It is not a Common name! Where is the check now? Just the beginning, just how many of my boxes do you have to put in my neighbors slots. One box even had medication! Luckily my neighbor returned it to me. But many items are never seen again! And you don’t care. PLEASE GET SOMEONE WHO CAN READ!

No one answers ANY USPS phone number! I'm informed with tracking that Rx medication shipped from Canada was delivered to my mailbox last week, yet it was never received. Sender wants USPS Claim number, but website for USPS.com doesn't work. My mail carrier useless; she'll " look around". Seriously? O wasted 5 hour's on this today. Ready to scream and accept $ loss!

Horrible service!!! Lived here for 2 months, mail not delivered four times. I know I have mail, I am signed up on My USPS, mail is not even scanned sometimes, but I have mail. Post office will not answer the phone.

We have lived in the Las Prados community for 22 years. For most of these years, we must have been on the very end of a mail route. These past few months, our mail has routinely come between 7:15 to 8:00 pm. This has made depending on arriving checks getting in the bank and other things most difficult. The night we received our sample ballots, our mail arrived after 9:30 pm. Maybe because of the dark, a neighbor received two important pieces of our mail. We realize that the post office has been cutting back, but I would guess someone is being paid overtime for this. If nothing else can be done, maybe reversing the delivery route would be in order for a change. Would love to see what it would be like to receive mail while the banks are still open.

The postal lady Stephanie has 13 packages and does not want to deliver them she came in to my place of work saying these packages are not her problem, it will take her 2 hours to find these units and it is not her problem and says she is new and will go back to the office and will not deliver anybody's packages. She was rude and was talking trash about the packages.

my mail carrier repeatedly delivers mail to wrong addresses, somehow my mortgage check has been lost 2x and never received by mortgage company, I have talked to manager and am now getting a po box at a reputable company because they cannot resolve this issue.

My mail box was broken in to and the package box has been broken for over two years. How do we get this repaired? Who do we contact?

Call me immediately. Someone fraudulently changed my address to an address in your area. You currently hold a package of medication for my dog that I expected in Iowa City. The local post office informed me that it takes time to cancel a COA and that they were unable to reach you because you did not answer your telephone. I need you to NOT deliver the misdirected mail and to send it back to me. Call me please. 319-621-8643!!!!!!!

Someone there is stealing packages instead of handing them for delivery. 3 times now, I have ordered a product (new phone) to be delivered & 3 times it has not arrived. Because I live in a large complex, I guess someone figured it could be blamed on the property's management; but I've stood by in the office on supposed days of delivery & saw for myself that NOTHING CAME. How many phones can someone need to steal? Unless they are reselling them, I don't see why this has to happen every single time! I've filed a complaint. If anyone else is having a similar issue, please do the same. 3 out of 3? I can't be the only one...
